i am following the lovely @nancygillianmvp's lead here(check out her post here.) we do not deserve vile anons because of our identities or because we ship women together. this ship is what sparked creativity in me. i adore them that much.

shipping women is not gross or predatory. lesbian isn't a bad word. if you don't like a fic, click out. if you feel so inclined to go from AO3, to my ask box on tumblr, because women in love enrages you so much, you need to do some reflecting on yourself, not strangers on the internet.

II HANDS II HEAVEN might be my favorite, but I love TYRANT and I love how those two flow together so it feels like one long, amazing song. (Honestly, I love RIIVERDANCE too, so it's like one really long song.)

I loved Renaissance (All Up In Your Mind is my favorite Beyoncé song of all time) but something about Cowboy Carter has just really gotten to me in the best way. My last.fm scrobbles look ridiculous 😭

Granted those 400 are every time I've listened to a song on Cowboy Carter (and there's a lot of them) but I know for a fact TYRANT made up a fourth of these hahah

28. any writing advice that works for you and you feel like sharing?

read a lot, and read outside what you know and what you think you’d be comfortable/“capable” of writing to allow those words to inspire you. keep a note pinned in your notes app that’s strictly for loose-ends: dialogue, introspection, description, bits of inspo. and something i have to force myself to do: write it even if it’s bad, just to get the ideas going.

40. write a 9-word fic.
