I made a pillow!

It took four months of non-stop cross-stitching, but I finally finished a pattern I bought from @8pxl a little bit ago, and tonight in a bizarre burst of productivity I finally sewed a back to it and stuffed it into a cute little pillow! It ended up being pretty much perfectly sized for a neck pillow, but I'm a bit worried about it getting dirty that way.

I highly recommend the patterns from 8xpl's shop, there are SO many gorgeous ones to choose from. I might end up getting another one soon o3o

Sometimes people tag me in ask games, not as a participant but as an answer to "whose your favorite author?" and I get to see my name listed next to people like Neil Gaiman, Jane Austen, Terry, Pratchett, Tamora Pierce, Douglas Addams, Diana Wynne Jones, and I just have to lie down and breathe for a minute because I am so mean to myself when I'm writing.

I get so angry and frustrated that my ADHD means I've been writing the same chapter for a month. My physical health means I got nothing done for an entire year except survive, and I always feel behind and struggle to even care about what I'm doing some days.

It punches the wind right out of my self-loathing in a way countless hours of therapy a week can only aspire to. Seeing someone state with exclamation marks and firm resolve: That One. I want that one. This one is my favorite.

everytime antis bring up how “cringe” dream is and make fun of his neurodivergent traits i think about how much george unconditionally loves that side of dream. he’s always down to be silly with dream, do things he usually would be uncomfortable with (ex. sing on stage), he’ll partake in whatever dream is hyper fixated on, he’ll listen to dream talk about his interests even if he doesn’t particularly care for said interest. like that’s his fawking baby right there. he’s not ashamed or embarrassed and actively loves and supports that side of dream and it makes me wanna cry
