A Mermaid’s Tale - Part 2 - Official Patch Notes

All text and images except for the Crimson Coral Cookie unlock screen were obtained from the official CRK Discord Server. GIFs from that server’s posted patch notes are not present here because Tumblr will not accept GIFs bigger than 10 MB, and they just happened to be bigger than that. My personal notes/comments will be displayed using this indentation format as normal.

Let’s take a look at the list of new features coming with the August 30 update.

Please note that there will be other fixes and adjustments to improve your Kingdom experience as well.

You can find the detailed list of changes, additions, and fixes in the patch notes published on the day of the update.

WHAT’S NEW

■ NEW SPECIAL EPISODE: A MERMAID’S TALE PT.2

- The second half of the Special Episode, A Mermaid’s Tale, has been added.

· Dive into the underwater tales to find out what happens to the kingdom of Tearcrown, unlock new Collection entries, and earn rewards!

- The Tower of Frozen Waves has been added.

· After clearing A Mermaid’s Tale, Pt.2, you can climb up the Tower of Frozen Waves along with Peppermint Cookie and Sorbet Shark Cookie!

- The Tower of Frozen Waves consists of 100 floors, ranging from battle and running stages to treasure chests.

- You can unlock additional stories by clearing certain stages. Climb up the tower and earn various rewards, including Life Jewel of Choice Chests, titles, and more!

Editor’s Note: The idea of 100 floors in the Tower of Frozen Waves was actually something that can be traced as far back as Cookie Run LINE. The inclusion of Peppermint Cookie and Sorbet Shark Cookie in this tagline references a similar story from the “Tower of Frozen Waves” event that originally aired in OvenBreak in July 2020; the last update before the launch of Season 5 and the Lost City of Sugarteara story and Breakout Main Episode, where they alongside Captain Ice Cookie and Pirate Cookie climbed the tower to unlock its secrets.

■ [SUPER EPIC] CRIMSON CORAL COOKIE

Editor’s Note: There’s no new Epic Cookie this time. Crimson Coral Cookie is the only new playable Cookie this half-update. As such, Peppermint Cookie remains the only new Epic Cookie this entire update, and their special gacha banner will remain as is while Crimson Coral Cookie’s Legion Gacha is live.

- Crimson Coral Cookie is a Defense Cookie that uses the skill, ‘Somber Affection.’

- Skill description: Crimson Coral Cookie's sisters will lend their powers to the crimson spear, piercing enemies and dealing damage. Afterwards, Crimson Coral Cookie will cast an HP Shield to the 2 allies with the highest ATK (excluding herself) equal to a portion of her Water-type Skill damage. If Crimson Coral Cookie is the only Cookie in the front line, she and her allies will gain the Coral Armor buff. Additionally, her Coral Armor's size and weight will reduce the effect of Knockback and Flying. When Crimson Coral Cookie is using her skill, she is not affected by ATK SPD changes and will become resistant to interrupting effects.

- You can now pull Crimson Coral Cookie and her Soulstones in the Legion Gacha.

- Collect or purchase Coral Tear Droplets and use them in the Legion Gacha.

- In the Legion Gacha, you can get Coral Tear Shards instead of Mileage Points.

- You will receive the same number of Coral Tear Shards for pulling Cookies and Soulstones regardless of the Cookies’ Ascension status.

- Once you have collected a certain number of Coral Tear Shards, you will be guaranteed to meet Crimson Coral Cookie.

- If you already have fully ascended Crimson Coral Cookie or have enough Soulstones to fully ascend her, you’ll receive a Super Epic Cookie of Choice Chest instead.

- After the end of the event, all remaining Coral Tear Shards will be converted to Mileage Points and delivered to your mailbox.

- Crimson Coral Cookie will also be able to equip Sea Salt Toppings.

■ [GUEST] GEM MERMAID COOKIES

- 3 Gem Mermaid Cookies are now available.

· [GUEST] Aquamarine Cookie

· [GUEST] Gold Citrine Cookie

· [GUEST] Mystic Opal Cookie

- GUEST Cookies cannot participate in Kingdom Activities and aren’t available for battles or upgrades.

Editor’s Note: They essentially share the same exclusivity and status as the 20 Disney Cookies from the Disney collaboration from Summer 2022. They’ll roam around your kingdom and can interact with their own special decorations, as well as your own Cookies. What you CAN’T do with them is have them produce stuff in your economy/production buildings, send them out on a Bear Jelly Balloon, or prepare them for battle through any kind of upgrades available for other playable Cookies. Unlike the BTS Cookies, they also can’t be added to your battle team, since they’re not set to fight unlike their more experienced sisters White Pearl Cookie and Crimson Coral Cookie. Also… where’s Frilled Jellyfish Cookie? She’s not here!

- Welcome the Gem Mermaid Cookies to the Kingdom through the Gem Mermaids & Iridescent Shells event!

- In the ‘Gem Mermaids & Iridescent Shells’ event, you can select one of the 5 shells to meet a Gem Mermaid Cookie or earn a different reward.

- When you open an Iridescent Shell 30 times, you will be guaranteed to meet one of the three Cookies whom you haven’t met yet.

- If you have already met all the Gem Mermaid Cookies, you’ll receive 1,000 Coral Tear Droplets if you meet a Gem Mermaid Cookie.

- You can open one free shell each day in the Gem Mermaids & Iridescent Shells event. Purchase Sea Foam Gems from the shop using Crystals to open more shells.

Editor’s Commentary & Painful Math To Prove A Point: You need 10 Sea Foam Gems to open a shell. Conveniently, you can buy packs of 10 Sea Foam Gems for 300 Crystals, although you can only buy 2 packs per day and claim 1 freebie before the counter resets. Assuming you meet all 3 Gem Mermaids through the 30th pity drop, this endeavor would be worth 27,000 Crystals worth of pulls before factoring in freebies. But because you only have about 26 days for this event, you’d be limited to 900 Crystals’ worth of pulls a day including freebies. If you log in all 26 days, spend 600 Crystals on pulls daily, and claim your daily freebie worth 300 Crystals, you’d accumulate 23,400 Crystals’ worth of pulling from this gacha. After discounting the equivalent Crystal cost stemming from freebies, you’ll soon calculate that assuming you log in and spend 600 Crystals on this daily, you’ll need to have spent 15,600 Crystals total on this gacha over the course of this event. Of course, all of this math stems from the assumption that you’ll meet a Gem Mermaid off the 30th pity guarantee drop every time. If you happen to roll the low percentage that gives you a Gem Mermaid, that will save you time, needed effort, needed persistence, and a lot of Crystals. Although… these Sea Foam Gem bundles can be earned by watching an ad instead of paying 300 Crystals. This doesn’t affect the total number of F2P pulls you can pool from, but it saves you a few Crystals for other things.

30 pulls needed for pity drop x 300 Crystals per pull = 9,000 Crystals’ worth of pulls for a Gem Mermaid in pity (including the freebies)

9,000 Crystals’ worth of pulls for a Gem Mermaid in pity (including the freebies) / 900 Crystals’ worth of free pulls possible in a day (including freebies) = 10 Days of persistent Crystal spending to get a Gem Mermaid through the pity drop

9,000 Crystals’ worth of pulls per pity drop x 3 Gem Mermaids = 27,000 Crystals’ total worth in pulls for all 3 Gem Mermaids in pity (including the freebies)

300 Crystals’ worth per daily freebie x 26 days in the event = 7,800 Crystals’ worth of daily freebies available

900 Crystals’ worth in daily freebies & Crystal spending x 26 days in the event = 23,400 Crystals’ worth of F2P pulls possible

23,400 Crystals’ worth of F2P pulls possible - 7,800 Crystals’ worth of daily freebies available = 15,600 Crystals required in total across this entire event to claim every F2P pull

23,400 Crystals’ worth of F2P pulls possible / 300 Crystals per pull = 78 possible F2P pulls

78 possible F2P pulls / 30 pulls needed for pity drop = 2.6 possible F2P pity pulls

TLDR: Meeting 2/3 Gem Mermaids as a F2P is essentially guaranteed if you log in and claim all 3 possible F2P pulls and spend 600 Crystals on this daily, even if you have to rely on the 30th pity drop, in which there are 2 possible as a F2P within this timeframe on every 10th day. Meeting the 3rd one will require you to eventually roll for a Mermaid, but not one you already met, as this gets you 1,000 Coral Tear Droplets and achieves nothing. The pity counter doesn’t appear to reset if you meet one through a lucky roll, so pulling and meeting a new Mermaid before your 2nd pity drop (your 60th overall pull) will guarantee the 3rd Mermaid in the 2nd pity. If you watch ads to pull, you can save your 300 to 600 daily Crystal spending for other things.

- After the end of the event, all remaining Sea Foam Gems will be converted to Coins and delivered to your mailbox.

■ SUPER MAYHEM: TEARCROWN

- A new season of Super Mayhem begins in the underwater Tearcrown kingdom!

- Just like in the previous seasons, you need to set up three teams with five Cookies on each team (a total of 15 Cookies).

- Your Team 1 will battle the opponent’s Team 1, and your Team 2 will fight the opponent’s Team 2 afterwards. The player with the most victories will win.

- Cookies participating in the Super Mayhem will receive a battle buff.

· Cookies boosted to Lv.60

· Cookie Skill Levels boosted to Lv.60

· Topping bonus effects will not activate: the main effect will be applied, but the bonus effects unlocked by reaching +6, +9, +12 will not.

- Every round in the Super Mayhem, the Torrents of the Sea effect and Aqua Shield will activate.

① Torrents of the Sea

- The Torrents of the Sea effect is charged by skill activations from both teams. Once the waves are charged enough, the Torrents of the Sea effect will automatically trigger.

- Torrents of the Sea will sweep away the Cookie from the opponent team with the lowest HP percentage, permanently incapacitating them.

② Aqua Shield

· The Aqua Shield will protect a Cookie from the Torrents of the Sea once.

· One random Cookie will receive the Aqua Shield at the beginning of a battle.

- Reach the Master tier in Super Mayhem to obtain the ‘Spirit of Blue Waves’ statue design.

- Rewards and tiers for the Super Mayhem have been updated.

· Season rewards and the number of required Trophies for the Master to Grandmaster tiers have been adjusted.

- Once you reach a certain tier, the team info of your opponents will be hidden.

· On tiers Crystal 3 – Diamond 2, the third Cookie and Treasures of the second and third teams will be hidden.

· On tiers Diamond 1 – Master 3, the third and fourth Cookie and Treasures of the second and third teams will be hidden.

· On tiers Master 2 – Grandmaster 1, players’ Kingdom names and profile pictures will be displayed randomly; their Power will be displayed in hundred-thousands and millions only, along with the first three numbers of their Trophy counts.

■ HALL OF ENCOUNTER: A MERMAID’S TALE

- The Hall of Encounter has been updated. You can now find Crimson Coral Cookie in the Hall.

■ NEW DECOR

- ‘Shimmering Coral Throne’ is now available in the Tropical Island theme.

Editor’s Note: This decoration will cost you 24,000 Rainbow Pearls to buy if you’re not planning on buying the associated package in the shop. It’s about as expensive as the other Legendary Cookie decorations, so it’s fair. Just keep trading in the Trade Harbor and play in events, and you’ll soon find out that you saved enough to buy it. You can have the 3 Guest Gem Mermaids, Crimson Coral Cookie, and Black Pearl Cookie interact with it all at once!

Y/N Cookie was a traveling mercookie, never staying in one place for so long. The one thing about them that passing by cookies will always remember…would be their amazing singing voice.

The harmonic balance of your voice was beautiful enough for the residents of Tearcrown to want to have you stay here, it’d bring them sadness if they could never hear your wonderful singing.

You never fail to attract a group of mermaids around you when you sing, captivating their hearts and souls. It surprises you when you finish singing to see that you’ve drawn in a large group of mermaids, holding back their emotions.

White Pearl Cookie especially coveted your singing. She’s too embarrassed to admit it, but she does tend to loosely trail behind you when you’re in the area, out of fear that she’ll miss an opportunity to hear your voice!

She’s always wanted to speak to you, but could never find the courage to. With a singing voice like yours, she didn’t think she’d be strong enough for a conversation with you.

Crimson Coral Cookie -> Y/N Cookie: [Friendly] “You’re safe with me, Y/N Cookie. Nothing will ever hurt you.”

Leaving the premises of Tearcrown is considered too dangerous for you alone, Crimson Coral Cookie refuses to allow that. So when you have to leave Tearcrown for a moment, you’re accompanied by Crimson herself or by a platoon of Tearcrown Elite Soldiers.

She has a soft spot for you, your singing has certainly captured her attention when it can soothe her mind from her job. She’d do anything to make sure you were safe, who knows what she or the others would do if you were caught by the land cookies.

Frilled Jellyfish Cookie -> Y/N Cookie: [Friendly] “What a nice voice, can I hear more?”

When it’s not White Pearl, it’s Frilled Jellyfish Cookie that likes to hover around you as you sing. You could hear her hum along to your singing and whoops! It looks like she’s clung to your side! Guess that means she gets to tag along with you for a while!

You didn’t mind her tagging along with you at all, in a way, it made her one of your closest friends here at Tearcrown. You’d sing to her if she ever wished!

You really felt at peace when you sang, it allowed you to express your deepest feelings in a way you were familiar with. It was something you wish you could do for your whole life lifespan. Singing with that voice of yours….

MerMay Bonus Art- The Realm of White Apathy (PureCacao The Little Mermaid AU version)

Considering that Mystic Flour Cookie’s update is officially out, I decided to make some art of her in my PureCacao The Little Mermaid AU! And yes, she’s Ursula in this AU. Plus, The Four Dumpling Gods + Cloud Haetae are the eels. Btw, Ignore how I drew the tentacles. TT-TT

And not just that, Resolute Amethyst (Cao’s Gem Merman name in the AU before he goes on land) swam all the way from New Tearcrown (Located off the coast of The Cookie Kingdom) to Old Tearcrown (Aka The Duskgloom Sea) just so he could become a land cookie.

And Mystic Flour is all like, “I can turn you into a land cookie if you give me that voice of yours. You have three days to get the love of that healer… or you can choose between these fates: You are either turned back into a merman and will belong to the Duskgloom Sea… forever. Or you fade away into bubbles.” Yep, she’s still got that apathetic tone.

And whatever you do, Cao… Do. Not. Ask. For. Eight. Legs. Also, the silhouette of him in the bubble of light created by Mystic Flour is basically being forced back into the merman form if you know what I mean.

Creature from Beast-Yeast

The sand kicked up into a cloud with their tail swaying as they rummaged the sand for bits of food, occasionally spitting out sand.

Meringue Cookie swam above the coral rocks, following the trail of moon jellyfish into the general medicine area of New Tearcrown. She spotted the aura of a juvenile creature rummaging through the sand, she peered around for any signs of Frilled Jellyfish Cookie.

"Frilled Jellyfish Cookie?" She called out, for a moment she was only met by silence. "My lady! You've returned." Frilled Jellyfish Cookie chirped, carrying a bundle of kelp in her arms. Meringue Cookie smiled and quickly swam over. "Mhm! I am, Sea Bunny Cookie told me of a new creature that's currently residing here. Could that be the juvenile they were talking about?" She questioned, motioning over to the hollow-whale like aura rummaging through the sand. Frilled Jellyfish Cookie nodded. "Of course! One of the elder crimson jellyfish informed me that they're possibly a shapeshifter? But, I am not sure... I didn't find anything in the archives." She sighed, Meringue Cookie crossed her arms in thought for a moment.

Suddenly, Meringue Cookie was nudged by something by its snout. She looked down towards her tail only to find the creature inspecting her carefully. "oh? Hello, I see you're a little better today." Frilled Jellyfish Cookie chirped, it turned its head towards frilled jellyfish as she spoke before going back to nudging Meringue Cookie around gently. "Ah- Hello! I'm Meringue Cookie." She greeted happily, putting a hand on its head. It tilted its body up slightly as Meringue stroked it gently before it suddenly darted away, almost smacking Meringue with its long tail.

Frilled Jellyfish Cookie pulled Meringue back gently. "Ah!- something must've spooked it.. Are you okay, my lady?" She questioned, Meringue Cookie nodded. "Yeah.. Just a little surprised, that's all!" Meringue's gaze followed its aura as it sunk to the ocean floor, slightly tilted. "Is it...Okay? I don't think its swimming properly." Meringue Cookie turned her head towards Frilled Jellyfish whom sighed softly. "Well, some jellyfish found it near the surface with fish nets attached to it with some other wounds. I think it got caught in those massive nets and thrashed its way out of it." She theorized. Meringue thought about it for a moment and nodded. "I see.. I'm going to visit my sisters now! I'll be at home if you need anything." Meringue Cookie hugged Frilled Jellyfish before swimming off and towards home. "of course, my lady! I'll see you soon." Frilled Jellyfish Cookie waved at Meringue as she swam off.

A moon jellyfish carrying a little sea bunny floated into the castle. "We've got news! We've got news!" The Sea Bunny chirped excitedly. "Ohhh, really?" Gold Citrine Cookie swam over excitedly. "The new sea creature can shapeshift into a mermaid! The rumors were true, Frilled Jellyfish Cookie sent me here to inform all of you!!" she squealed, waging her little button tail.

The other gem mermaids slowly emerged from their respective rooms at the commotion and the squealing Sea Bunny Cookie who was simply incomprehensible. Meringue Cookie and Aquamarine Cookie swam towards the two, curious. Gold Citrine Cookie whipped her head around. "Did you guys hear? There's a new mermaid in tearcrown, and they were that new creature in the medicine area!" She informed them shortly, Meringue Cookie stopped swimming for a moment. "Really? I'm going to see this for myself." Meringue Cookie clasped her hands together. Aquamarine observed the three in curiosity. "I'm following, I want to meet them too." Aquamarine Cookie began swimming towards the exit. "Wait for me!" Gold Citrine Cookie called out and quickly swam after Aquamarine. "H-Hey! Don't leave without me." Meringue Cookie almost felt herself pout slightly, quickly following the auras of her elder sisters towards the exit.

"C-Careful!" Frilled Jellyfish Cookie helped the guppy up from the coral rocks. "I'm fine...I'm fine-" They insisted. "Are you sure? You crashed into the coral rocks.. It can make your wounds worse." she guided them away and towards more open waters. The little guppy pouted slightly yet struggling to swim forward properly.

Peaking over the towering coral rocks, the three gem mermaids observed the two from a slightly distance. "Aww, they're a guppy too!" Gold Citrine chirped, turning to Aquamarine and Meringue Cookie. "Lets go and introduce ourselves, it is only polite." Aquamarine swam over the rocks and towards the guppy and Frilled Jellyfish Cookie.

"Aquamarine, Gold Citrine and Meringue! Did everyone get the news?" She peered over the guppys shoulder for a moment as the three approached. "mhm! Sea Bunny Cookie told us." Gold Citrine mentioned with the other two nodding along. "Do you want to introduce yourself or should I do it for you?" Frilled Jellyfish Cookie questioned, the young guppy stayed silent for a moment and turned around. "Hi...I'm, Moonflower Cookie..." she lifted her hand shyly, trying to stay steady. -------------------- I LEGIT RAN OUT OF IDEAS HERE!!! Bloodstone Cookie - A loyal, serious, and protective Gem Merman, he's the bodyguard of the Gem Mermaids, and is Padparadscha Cookie's older brother, he was in the darkest depths of the ocean, lonely in the twilight zone, until he was finally found by one of Gem Merfolks, and was free from the darkness, though still in his gloomy state, he was happy to be home, he gets along with his sister well, and is Frilled Jellyfish Cookie's best friend.

Padparadscha Cookie - a bubbly, kind, and helpful Gem Mermaid, she's Bloodstone Cookie sister, she has her way of making cookies smile, lightening others' days, and give the cookies she cares about, whether land or sea, some happiness, she loves making new friends, and she cares about her brother, she would do anything to make Bloodstone Cookie happy whenever he's down in the dumps, she also really loves baking, and flapjack octopuses, she has a pet flapjack named Bubble.

Lavender Quartz Cookie - A charming, and super flamboyant Gem Mermaid, she makes her outfits out of silk, and glitter, she owns a fashion store at Tearcrown, she designs her outfits for events, holidays, and many festive fairs, her inspirations come from the land cookie fashion designers, and how pretty the dresses were, she relates with Gold Citrine Cookie, due to their love for anything shiny

Star Celestine Cookie - A shy, timid, and sweet Gem Mermaid, she mostly enjoys the starry nights, and calm sounds of the waves, she is very gentle to all of her friends, and her family, and is very fond with land cookies, she's sweet to any land cookie, especially Captain Caviar Cookie, ever since knowing how kind, and charming he was to her, she started to develop some feelings for the captain, and that feeling... was love.

ANDDDD IM FINALLY DONE. WOW that only took about 5 hours out of my life ! But finally done with drifting kelp’s reference oh my god I’m gonna explode

quick lore under cut!

her lore is basically that she is a subspecies apex predator kind of mermaid that got brought into tearcrown after a few soldiers found her tanged in some kelp in the outskirts of tearcrown . She was promptly brought in and given a home within tearcrown despite her… non-conventional looks. She is entirely blind and her eyes are sensitive to what little light she can see, so she wears a blindfold made from kelp to regulate herself. During her prime she worked as a mailman for tearcrown, announcing important news and mailing gifts that sorta thing . She also had a thing for mystic opal cookie, and she also served specifically as the gem mermaid’s maid. (They’re just pining lesbians leave them be)

however, when white pearl becomes black pearl and the duskgloom sea is formed, drifting kelp cannot keep up with the other mermaids and is left behind in the duskgloom sea. She had to adapt to the now eerily quiet waters along with the threat of black pearl, so drifting kelp has changed quite a lot since her time in what was tearcrown

Nowadays, she scavenges whatever black pearl remains of her meals and hides at the bottom of the sea, searching for remnants of her life and perhaps something to eat thats alive for once

I DO have a post-tearcrown design for her but I haven’t had the time to draw it at all :( I’ll try to draw it at some point though since I’m a bit on a drifting kelp grind rn

Also I just want to give my two cents on these leaks here, because honestly, I don’t think they’re real

Saint-Honoré and Sea Urchin here I’d say are the most likely thing to be true. They sound like Crème Republic Cookies and I buy their potential existence. It’s everything else that I question

Like why is Lobster here, and as a Super Epic? Like even if this is the third part of the Black Pearl story, Lobster’s story is about Sugarteara, which doesn’t have anything to do with Black Pearl’s other than Sugarteara being another city formed around one of Sea Fairy’s pearls like Tearcrown, which doesn’t really connect. And why are they a Super Epic? Nothing about them dictates them being so. Like even if we question why Shining Glitter is a Super Epic, you can at least maybe say that it’s because of her fame and being a pop star, like she is THE icon in Earthbread. But I don’t think Lobster has anything that makes them worthy of being a Super Epic, even if I like them, other than being a former guardian of Sugarteara. And if anything I feel like Mocha Ray would deserve that title of Super Epic more, considering she was the last protector of Sugarteara and the one successfully fending off Lobster

Then there’s Black Pearl and Sea Fairy getting new Legendary Costumes, which I really don’t buy for Black Pearl. Back in December we had this whole thing where we didn’t want Black Pearl to win because she already had two Legendary costumes and didn’t need a third one, and in the description of COTY they ended up saying the winners would get “special rewards” instead of “special Costumes”, presumably because they knew three was too much (though it’s also possible they were planning on making a third Costume all along and realized a fourth one would be too much). And while Sea Fairy only has one, again that’s giving her another Legendary costume, and I’m not sure I see why. If this is the third part of the Black Pearl story, then I assume it’s because of the story, but I don’t see what might warrant costumes for both other than potentially Sea Fairy handing the title of Guardian of the Sea/Almighty Sea down to Black Pearl and Sea Fairy having a new role

Also since the most likely conclusion to come from this leak is that we’re getting the third part to the Black Pearl story, why are we getting it so soon? From what I understand, both previous parts came out in the latter half of the year, so why is this part coming out so early in comparison?

And then finally there’s the fact that the post was deleted. CRKNews usually doesn’t delete their posts, so I have to assume this is because the leaks were wrong enough that it had to be taken down, I guess to not spread misinformation? I’m not sure, but the fact that it was taken down makes me question the validity of these leaks

So yeah all in all, I don’t think these leaks are legit, at least not entirely. I guess we’ll have to wait another week and a half to see what happens though

Seaberry Delight Cookie is by far my most favorite oc out of all of my Cookie Run Oc's, so I feel like she deserves to have a backstory! Please keep that in mind that her story might contain tragic events.

Seaberry Delight Cookie is a berry theme mermaid of Tearcrown. She's a mermaid who have a lot of curiosity and has a kind soul to anyone. However, her past isn't a happy one as it reveals that she has parents when she was born, but unfortunately due to land cookies immediately attacking Tearcrown as well as her parents pass away, Seaberry Delight Cookie has become an orphan and is staying on Tearcrown orphanage hoping to find a new family. It wouldn't be until the Gem Mermaids adopted her as their little sister even though she doesn't have a gem of her own. For Seaberry Delight Cookie, she has the ability to make pearls as a whip to attack her opponents. This is when she starts training her abilities and skills with Crimson Coral Cookie and as she grew older, so does her powers. Now as a grown mermaid, she is now gaining full power of her ability and will do anything to protect the ones she loves after the loss of her parents. As for her pearl whip, she tends to wrap a band of pearls around her mermaid waist in case for anything that attack her.

Seaberry Delight Cookie also has a crush on a certain cookie, but that cookie is on land. And she never saw something so majestic in her life.

Lore: Crimson Coral does plays a role in the Mermaid’s Tale. She makes sure to protect Tearcrown from Captain Abalone. She also makes sure White Pearl is well protected. However, she had failed to save Tearcrown due to White Pearl’s, now Black Pearl, attack against Captain Abalone. The last we see of her was her and her kingdom going to find a new home.

Personality: Crimson Coral is strict yet kind. She makes sure that all sealife is well protected and have a place to stay.

Skills: Crimson Coral's Skill is called Somber Affection. This skill has Crimson Coral get an extra boost of power from her sisters and create a crimson spear. This will pierce and deal damage to enemies. Then, Crimson Coral will cast HP Shield to two allies with the highest ATK equal to a portion of her Water-type Skill damage. If she’s the only Cookie in the front line, she and her allies will gain the Coral Armor buff. Her Coral Armor’s size and weight will also reduce the effects of Knockback and Flying. Crimson Coral will not be affected by ATK SPD changes and will become resistant to interrupting effects.

Costumes: Crimson Coral has no costumes.

Cookie Decor: Crimson Coral does have a Cookie Decor called Shimmering Coral Throne. This is all shared with her sisters and they do look pretty good.

Ah, The Cookie Kingdom. The perfect destination for possibly any cookie on Earthbread! Great climate, awesome denizens, and new neighbors the Gem Mermaids!

Anyways, I was talking with Crimson Coral here and she told me that she and her family alongside some of their friends were on their way to New Tearcrown when they stumbled upon this artificial reef! And they decided to stay!

Anyhoo, that’s her seahorse steed Seabreeze out there in the water, and her sisters are having some fun sunbathing. While Frilled Jellyfish gets some mango milkshakes.

Anyways, we don’t have much time left here, so let’s go!

The new hire’s interview has been scheduled. They will be meeting with our Board of Directors behind closed doors this week.

The results of the first Open Board Meeting on 4/29/24 have established the objective for posting a daily report about anything relevant during the working week. Weekends optional. The objective will go into effect starting with the business week of Monday, 5/6/24.

Tomorrow’s Open Board Meeting will cover the designation of potential patterns.

Frosted Strawberry Shortcake Cookie visited from southern Beast-Yeast with two other guests from an occult club to discuss with Night Raven Cookie the potential for future incidents across Earthbread. Specifications will remain confidential.

Expansion plans have been finalized to seven branches currently, with two more branches in the Crème Republic and the recently-spotted Pancake Tower being negotiated so far. Our studio branches are as follows -

Cookie Kingdom, Town Square (our main branch established in April 2021, recently opened relations with Caramel Choux Cookie following talks regarding internet maintenance, covers most news regarding the Cookie Kingdom and everything in western Crispia)
