Continuing my new annual tradition of drinking some wine and eating my favorite kind of Italian food while waiting for the ball to drop! Let’s go 2023!

things are materially better for me now than they were a year ago.I finished multiple university courses. My cooking and baking has expanded well beyond what I thought I would be able to do. I did a group therapy course in the first half of the year and have been able to put the work we did there into action. No everthing isn't all hunky dory and the global situation is nasty but it is nice to actually be able to not only count blessings, but recognise them as such.

To say goodbye to 2022, I’ve made a New Year’s illustration featuring all of the original characters I’ve drawn this year to bring it to a close.

From left to right the characters are: Aster, Laurent, Shion (holding my mascot Spiral), Aurora (carrying her bear companion Boris), and Eliza.
