I've been loving the daily dragons so as thanks for their art, here is @one-httyd-a-day 's two characters Eclipse and Sunny. I'm very happy with how this came out, I made some design changes (for Lightfury's as a whole) and it helped me figure out how to draw these guys a bit better.

I honestly do like these two (like only cause I haven't seen much info on them but I want more <^<) and I want to draw them more in the future, definitely a good challenge for myself.

thinking about how both wildberry cookie and crunchy chip cookie are in some ways the antithesis of how people from their kingdoms tend to be.......... wildberry cookie is a stoic warrior guy from a kingdom full of carefree party people. crunchy chip cookie is a headstrong and high energy guy who likes sweets from a kingdom of reserved and quiet people with an aversion to sweets. and despite everything they love their homelands and will do anything to protect them. theyre literally mirrors of each other and THATS why they got along so well they took one look at each other and were like "bro hes just like me fr" despite being total opposites in terms of personality

and theyre in LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

disabled vegas is the most important vegas to me.

#i don't feel like elaborating in detail right now #but i feel that so much of the crunchiness of post-canon vegas is not just in the overt psychological ramifications #(losing his dad losing his position having an uncertain future)#but also in the reality of navigating life as someone who was once in peak physical condition #and now is no longer capable of doing almost anything that was second nature before #emotionally mentally physically all of this would drastically alter who he is as a person #i do wish the show had treated injuries with more care bc of this #(like pete's hand scar. how does that affect his grip strength or his capabilities in the field)#it's one of the most fascinating aspects to me and i love when people indulge in that side of the characterization

Star Trek AU thoughts percolating.....thinking about Tenma in next generation and how he would feel about the Borg. On the one hand: this is the next stage of evolution to him. Bio-machine entities that evolve by assimilating new species into their collective consciousness? Forever improving? He would be obsessed

But on the other hand: collective consciousness. I do not think he would be willing to sacrifice his individual self even if it meant becoming a "higher being"

okay. had lunch and showered and the pie is now chilling in the fridge. my few remaining goals before I go to the parents place are:

stake the tomato plants to help them along (they're not quite big enough for tomato cages yet) and put the trellises in the cucumbers and morning glories

finish cleaning the kitchen (really just one more load of dishes to go in the dishwasher)

organize the fridge, portion and freeze the chicken, chop up some veggies to make a veggie plate (and put it front and center on the top shelf so I actually fucking remember to eat veggies this week lmao). also chop up the watermelon and maybe the peaches (same reasoning, I need to remember to eat more fruit lmao)

#shouldve probably done the gardening before showering bc now im going to get covered in dirt but OH WELL #at least im no longer covered in flour #side note i think the invisalign might unintentionally make me healthier lmao #i like crunchy snacks like chips and popcorn but my teeth are kinda sore rn (bc theyre MOVING!!!)#so in the store today i was like hey maybe instead of buying chips or cheezits I'll just get....more fruit.#also summer fruit is starting to come out and im soooo excited i love summer fruit. cannot wait for BC fruit in july
