the thing is i rly like top scara in chsc but i also see him as aggressively demisexual/ace and therefore i literally think he barely ever feels the desire to do the damn thing. childe instigates and sc goes along. he also has weird stuff w being like used for a purpose so he just lets ch do stuff and even tho he Likes It he cant frame it in his mind where he like . is the one who takes the initiative?? its something that happens to him and he enjoys. i guess? thats how ive always kinda seen them. childe is very overbearing and A Lot in general that he kinda bulldozes everything w enthusiasm and eagerness to please.

He’d been teasing her all week via text knowing that they wouldn’t be able to meet in person until the weekend. Not that they’d be alone, it was of course a gathering with all their friends to celebrate the weather finally being warm.

And warm weather meant one thing.

Sundress season. And given his previous reaction, this was the perfect form of revenge.

The dress was carefully chosen, white with watercolor tangerines printed on it, a perfect fit and flare that just hit the knees with gladiator white sandals to match.

Spinning in front of the floor length mirror she carefully inspected all angles, more than satisfied with her appearance. A clean layer of blood red gloss tinted her lips.

She quickly snapped a quick mirror selfie and sent it to her intended target.

She bit her lip with a frown mildly disappointed at his mild reaction.

i have never read it or seen any adaptions BUT i HAVE read northanger abbey which is famously the jane austen book that nobody likes. it is also the only work of hers i have read. i thought it was quite fun in a very 19th century british novel kind of way. i’ve also taken a class on 18th century british literature and that made it super interesting in that context because i’ve read all the books that austen read and that she’s alternately perfecting and mocking in that book. so that’s my hot jane austen take i guess northanger abbey is good.

I've been thinking of writing a fic for them myself where it's just Elena rambling about the origin of sirens and how they weren't really potrayed as fish people in the beginning because I saw a video on the same topic(And because both sirens and Airazor are bird women from ancient times skqks) and Airazor would just sit there and listen to her, partly because she's fascinated by all these strange human stories and partly because it feels nice and soothing to listen to her not-gf's voice. There's a strange sort of beauty to the sounds that human beings produce, especially Elena's voice, so unlike her own kind yet not so different at the same time.

I'm abysmally lazy though and bad at writing in general so I have no idea if I'll ever go through with it sjwkssjsqsj
