KinnPorsche EP 9

Phew the angst in this one, I LIVE!!! This show is definitely 100% more intricate & mature than other BLs and I'm SO here for it.

Kinn continues to be my favourite character and I was absolutely fascinated by the internal conflicts he was going through in tonight's episode.

Poor baby has such severe trust issues and at the same time has to be the ruthless Mafia heir that protects the family/his loved ones.

I definitely think he's playing a long game of chess, but at the moment he's sacrificing his Queen (Porsche obvs) to reach Checkmate.

He wants to trust Porsche but he's been burned before by Tawan, whom conveniently is playing right into his weaknesses throughout the episode.

The Vegas & Porsche drinking scene that Kinn observed certainly didn't help his warring trust issues one bit.

Now I think that Kinn does want to trust Porsche, and does on some subconscious level, but he can't fully because his brain keeps going "what if?". He's the Mafia heir, he can't afford to think with his heart, and he's got trauma. It's what makes his character so complex and why I love him. You cannot possibly define him as being "good" or "bad".

He's in an impossible situation at the moment with his new found love and joy he has with Porsche being put under pressure by the Vegas/Tawan/Mole threat to his family.

So here's to hoping we get everything exposed soon, KinnPorsche fucking shit up in the "I'm on YOUR side" scene, followed by the pool fucking scene in which Kinn happily services Porsche because he loves him so and is very sorry for everything 💦
