hii first sorry it took me a while to get to this. i do think the pressure of wanting work to be perfect and enjoyable to those is a lot for someone to handle. especially when there are people in asks being completely disrespectful and rude (always behind anonymity bc they are scared).

i try not to place that pressure on myself because i know once i feel pressured to do something, i, myself tends to lose interest in what im writing or creating!

100% of my work is from my brain and if its not i will always let you guys know from who and where i got inspiration from! i really try my hardest to write everything you guys request or i know us as a unit would enjoy, so seeing your fun comments, reblogs and likes mean the world to me because it feels like i have this community who sees the vision in what i create.

im so grateful what tumblr has given me, not with just finding a new outlet to write in and to enjoy writing again. but to make many friends and to be an inspiration to those who want to try creating its a nice feeling!

i found authors who expanded my taste in fics because i love their work and ofc im gonna read and support!

i truly do love this community and love you guys! so i hope that one day when i do take a break you guys will be here when i get back! 💛💛

Carrot + Lemon cake Ingredients are: Wallnuts, carrots, dates, 1 whole lemon, cashew nuts, some coconut oil and a tbs of honey.

Apple Cake

Lots of apples, no butter , and it stays soft for the whole week.

Ingredients:

- 3 apples - 3 eggs, room temperature - 100g sunflower oil (or other seed oil without as strong flavor) - 70g full fat yoghurt, natural or vanilla flavored - 160g sugar - 220g all-purpose flour - 1 lemon, zest and juice - 1 package (16g) instant dessert yeast - cinnamon, just if you like it

How to make the apple cake:

Cut the apples into thin slices, pour the lemon juice on top, and sprinkle some cinnamon if you like it. Let sit while yoi prepare the batter

Mix the eggs and the oil with an immersion blender for about 1 minute, add the yoghurt and mix for another minute until smooth and creamy

Put the sugar in a bowl and mix it with the egg-oil-yoghurt mix

Add the flour, the yeast, and the lemon zest. Mix until the batter becomes smooth.

Preheat oven at 180°C

Pour the batter in a 24cm tin, either square or round (or any other shape with similar diameter), covered with baking spray, butter and flour, or baking paper

Decorate on top with the apple slices and bake for about 50-60 minutes

OMG 🥳✨ Went to Robson Coffee today, and had a super surprise ! They know I’m vegan and so they immediately told me they had some oat milk choco cookies (no eggs no butter !!!) 💖💖💖 I know I asked them a few times if they couldn’t make something vegan in their food options, and a #plantbasedmilk option for the drink menu would be amazing cause this winter it was super cold to be able to drink grapefruit juice only ahah ! And everytime they laughed and apologized and I understand they might think it’s annoying if there is no demand, but like at Starbucks with the recent almond milk choice and the #plantbased milks options made more visible on the menu & with an order card, I noticed they have more customers asking them. So, lately, we have been going to the remodeled and recently opened Shiroiya Hotel’s lounge with my student, because no vegan food but at least they have a decent tea & infusion menu for the cold days. But back to #robsoncoffeeアーツ前橋店 today OMG I was so surprised and so so happy !!! Thank you !!! And this is good, so I’m even happier !
