Ghost concert was a few days ago!

I went to see ghost on 20.5.2025 in Tampere, Nokia arena.

Painted my and my sister's faces. True to my nature as a papa 1 lover I had to do his paint.

Two hour train ride to Tampere! Let's just say got a weird look or two but hey! We looked cool!

The line basically wrapped around the arena.

It was nowhere this long last time Ghost was here in 2022.

We got interviewed by kaaoszine just before we entered the arena, that was fun!

Once we entered the arena our phones got locked into little bags and sealed for the rest to the night. It was a little strange not being able to use my phone to text my friends updates and such but honestly I didn't mind it at all!

I bought some merch before the ritual started. A tshirt and some patches. All of which are very purple!

After the show our phones got freed from their prison bags outside the arena. It all went really smoothly and no complaints from me! I wish I could've taken a photo of the stage just before the show started and a little video of the choir music, like I did the first time I saw Ghost but other than that I didn't feel the need to use my phone at all. It was nice that there weren't any phones in sight.

Tired soldiers🫡 My voice was ROUGH after two hours of screaming and singing but it was great! Papa V Perpetua looked so cool and all the outfits were awesome! The stage? The show??? The setlist??? I lost it during from the pinnacle to the pit! And devil church! So beautiful <3

Oh and I got my hands on some mummy dust! Saw a friend after the show and his friend was kind enough to give me some! So that was super cool!

Then a two hour train ride home! Got home at 1am and had to scrub of the face paint for like twenty minutes. I have fantastic facepaints that stay on no matter what but unfortunately they stay on no matter what so....you gotta force it off xd

This was my third time seeing Ghost and honestly their show just keeps on getting better and better!

So?

Skeletour 2025 is fantastic and was so worth it! Getting the tickets was a war of it's own and I'm glad I managed to get tickets!

Open Camera App

A follow-up to this post from last night.

In my reblog I said I'd installed the app, so I went out today with both cameras and did a test shot.

The subject is firethorn blossom in our hedge, time 18:34 / 6.34PM, sky almost-cloudless blue, lighting optimal.

First, a Nokia G21 (released February 2022): here's a shot with its native camera app, and a crop for close-up detail.

Here's a shot with the Open Camera app with installation-default settings, and a crop.

IMO, Open Camera makes a serious improvement.

Now an HTC U11+ (November 2017). I bought this older phone last year, old stock NIB, just for the sake of its camera, after seeing the quality pix @dduane was getting from hers.

Next, Open Camera at installation default settings, and a crop.

It looks to me as if Open Camera works best when installed in a phonecam whose native app runs excessive image processing as a matter of course.

The Nokia pics are a case in point, while the HTC, a far better native camera app (and I suspect a far better camera full stop) shows much less improvement.

Now I get to find out what happens with Open Camera in the HTC once I start tweaking settings. That, however, is for later.

The date was the 18th of April, 2022. During a short hospital stay involving glowstick fluid (do not worry about it), I was scrolling tumblr and found a post for a new punk identity, titled "Medpunk". Medpunk is defined as,

"A political project/movement aiming to revolutionize the health system/medical institution by medically allowing individuals to acquire physical/mental disabilities, “disorders”, “diseases” etc. Medpunk is intimately related to morphological freedom and cognitive liberty."

While I do not have any connection to the "radqueer" community, this inspired me. Upon seeing that this term has unfortunately fallen into obscurity and disuse, I am here with the intention of resurrecting this concept and realising the goals of this ideology through a new version of mad science, dubbed "med science" (see what I did there?? hahahaha.)

Yoooo!! Sup guys, I'm sorry If I went a long time but well. Context: Wednesday, March 5th, I had my 4th seizure crisis. . I'm saying 4th seizure because I've had 3 seizures annually in 2014 (due to cheese), 2016 (it was emotional and due to cheese), and 2022 (due to eating a rice pudding popsicle, not knowing it was made with concentrated milk).

This seizure was due to forgetting to take my medication, since I'm on treatment, and also due to overstimulation from screens, specifically my cell phone. After that, and due to personal issues, I fell into a severe depression... I prayed that that seizure had been a fucking nightmare. I was scared, I was frustrated, I hated myself more (this isn't new; I started hating myself in my 20s), I was angry with myself, and I was way more depressed than usual, now I stopped being depresive. I haven't been able to use my phone since then because I had to recover. I had to use a phone without internet, one of those classic Nokias. I've been drawing in my notebook, reading books or manga and going out with my boyfriend. I'm ok now after that awful month of suffer and emotional pain, but I miss to talk with my Discord/Internet besties ( @therandompumkin and @luka-yangire2005 )

I won't post in my mobile for a while, but I will try post here in my work PC in a free time (yep I'm on my academic stay of my university).

i can't believe i fohnd this blog. ok i want to get my long distance bf a custom phone case but i don't know what phone they have . MY best guess is that its a galaxy s23 (+ or normal) but i need a second opinion (im almost 100% sure its a samsung phone) please help!?!?!?!?

idk if the case makes it harder to ID but. yeah

the case absolutely does make it harder to id, yes

firstly, i knew it was definitely not an s23, the camera rings on that phone are much larger and spaced out than these images, even with the case covering most of the camera bump(s). the flash is also much smaller in relation to the cameras on the s23 series.

my second thought is it must be a samsung A, M or F series, but most A series with only three cameras have the flash in between the two top cameras instead of inline with the first one like this one here, so that narrows it down to 3 samsung A series, the a41, a02s and a03s, one F series, the f02s. i then looked for a fingerprint reader, and found it to be in the power button. This rules out the f02s, a02s and a41 as those either don't have fingerprint readers or are under the display.

this leaves us with the a03s. this is not my final answer, as nokia have phones that are suspiciously similar to the samsung A series, notably the g100, g22 and c100. The alignment of the g100's camera does not match with this phone, and the c100 has a rear mounted fingerprint reader which would show though the case. the g22 is the closest match out of non-samsung phones, though the camera bump is two tier and would show, but as it is in a case we can't rule it out.

to decide between the a03s and the g22, i initially looked towards the positioning of the fingerprint scanner, however both are near identical. then, i looked back towards the flash. the g22 has a flash about 3/4th the width of the camera away, whereas the a03s has it only 1/2th the width of the camera away. the phone in the image is closer to having the flash 1/2th the width away.

the closest match of the phone from these two images is the samsung a03s from 2022. it would make sense, as it was one of the best selling phones from that year and the a0 series is very popular all around the world.

Interrompemos nossa programação por motivos eleitoreiros.

Eu sei que j�� postei isso na aba "R3 Comunidade" no YT, mas quis postar aqui também.

Teve em 2020, foi engavetado em 2022, mas 2024 vai ter mais um Horário Eleitoral, pago porque tem que pagar os estúdios pelas gravações e de graça pois a exibição destes (até daquela tela de "espaço reservado") é gratuita em rádio e TV. Só não exibe se não quiser.

Detalhe interessante: essa música que toca de fundo era utilizada no slide de Horário Eleitoral da TV Cidade Fortaleza, entre 2014 (ou antes, não sei) e 2016. Até hoje eu quero saber qual o nome dessa música... Teve vezes em que o HEG demorava um pouco para começar e o slide se prolongava, fazendo com que a música fosse exibida quase que inteira. kk. Lembro até de gravar estes momentos em um celular que eu tinha da Nokia, se eu não me engano, mas infelizmente eles "phaliceram"...

Aliás, o slide que era usado pela TV Cidade nesse período, assim, como satirizei. Quer dizer, não exatamente assim, mas era por aí. Inclusive, lembro me bem que em 2014, nos primeiros dias de HEG, o slide não tinha o brasão de armas do Brasil acima do texto. Ele só viria a ser acrescentado depois.
