lmao so i was just going through my camera roll and clearing some photos out, when i stumbled across this screenshot i took in january of 2020 and…
i’m in shock. i literally don’t know how i forgot this happened, like i was actually astounded when i found this. NEVER forget when steve rogers’ ending was so horrifically out-of character that SEBASTIAN STAN HIMSELF posted a screenshot to instagram of a tweet dogging on his ending. it’s been years and i still haven’t forgiven marvel. i don’t think i ever will.
“buffy ended the show single :)” ok but only because her current love interest just DIED!! (he near quite literally died in her arms! in sacrifice for her!) her last words of the entire series were telling him she loves him and then saying his name in admiration. she isn’t single; she’s a widow.
THIS IS A CALLING FOR ELAIN ARCHERON AND AZRIEL THE SHADOWSINGER! PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR DESIGNATED REDHEADS, I REPEAT PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ASSIGNED REDHEADS!
Not quite!! Maybe if Milkvan was as good as this top tier, adorable, romantic, genuine, authentic, passionate, and likable relationship these two have I would actually enjoy it.
"will, i don't feel the same way, but i will always care about you no matter what" is playing of the screen of my rose gold macbook air on july 1st, 2025. i am flabbergasted. my jaw has hit the floor. everything i've worked so hard for has amounted to nothing. the countless hours we all spent on analyzation just for the most boring vanilla ship in the history of shipping to be canon. a tear falls from my left eye, only, it isn't a tear, it's a drop of blood! and it's coming from my nostril! suddenly, a loud grandfather clock's ring fills my house. i understand now! i pull out my phone and begin to play heroes by david bowie, snapping myself out of the vecna trance and back into reality where i have a new silver computer and mike is coming to terms with his feelings, because of course mileven would never be endgame, it was just vecna trying to use the overcoming feelings of rage i feel at bad writing to kill me ❤️
Something that’s always confused me about the snowball scene is this clip
We know this clip starts with Lucas asking Max out to dance. Then a girl(who I’ll call Lisa for my sake) asks Will out to dance. Nothing out of the ordinary, right?
Well, not really. It is very important to take notice of how this scene is framed/filmed:
Incase you didn’t pick up on it, this clip is filmed from Mike’s POV.
When Will walks off we see Mike watching him. Giving us the impression that this is from Mike’s point of view. It then switches to Will and Lisa dancing, with Lucas and Max in the background. And, again, we assume that this is being filmed from Mike’s perspective and that he’s watching Will.
But then, I shit you not, it switches to this:
Dustin & Mike.
Dustin is watching Lucas and Max dancing. And this makes sense because we know that Dustin has a crush on Max and is sad that he didn’t get to dance with her instead.
But what I find interesting is Mike being there in background with the same expression on his face as Dustin. And keep in mind, the scene right before this was shot from Mikes perspective.
Dustin has a crush on Max. Lucas asks Max out to dance. Dustin watches them dance together looking sad. This is canon.
Mike is friends with Will. Lisa asks Will out to dance. Mike watches them walk away and looks off at them sadly. This is also canon.
If Will was a girl everybody would’ve perceived this scene romantically. And I know this for a fact because both Dustin and Mike have the exact same thing happening to them.
Max/Will being asked to dance by Lucas/Lisa. Dustin/Mike then watch them sadly. Again, they’re both the exact same thing. So what makes one less romantic then the other??
