1st prize is the Tatanka hand drum, made with elk rawhide, maple frame, and handpainted.

2nd prize is a devil’s club and willow bark oil roller ball and 4 bags of herbal tea blends: horsetail and yarrow, red clover and horsetail, usnea lavender red clover and mullein, yarrow red clover and horsetail.

3rd prize is a handmade bag with elk tooth pattern fabric, lined, sewn with french seams, and with interior and exterior pockets.

Something must be wrong with me, I haven't talked about the beadnet dress in forever.

It consists of seven thousand faience beads in blue green and blue to imitate turquoise and lapis lazuli. It is 4600 years old (the threading is modern, but the beads were found in their original pattern so this reconstruction is as accurate as it can be). It is one of the most gorgeous garments in existence and was owned by a woman who was a contemporary of king Khufu.

The dress was found in her tomb in Giza, known as Tomb G 7440 Z, and it's the earliest known garment of this type.

Small Town Earrings!! They have very cute beadwork pieces, including some Pokemon and LOZ themed ones!!! I highly recommend their work as well!

Strong Blood Creations!! They're a trio of Indigenous women that create and distribute beadwork; I bought a hair clip from them recently that was absolutely gorgeous!!

Carmen Redunante! She's a Nisga'a/Chilean artist who sells absolutely gorgeous beadwork as well as other jewelry, prints, and and tapestry!!
