I love not-so-gentle giants.

Like the ones who aren't trying to hurt a tiny, but their also not like "it's okay, don't freak out, I'm safe, your safe here. I'm not gonna touch you." But instead their more like "Stop crying, I'm not gonna hurt you, can you chill tf out?" And I love them because they are casual around the tinies, they rough house like they would with any of their other friends, and they tease and poke fun and basically just treat the tiny like any other person their friends with.

And of course, accidentally fearplay.

So, the latest session, huh?

Spoilers for Wild Life Session 5 and 6 under cut!!

It sure was something. I immediately after watching it had to draw something, and got my amazing friend to shade it, so what I’ll do here is point out all the references I made because I want people to notice (it’s my first post here after all :D)

The wing on the right and the pickaxe was a reference to Mumbo becoming the canary, as he’s always the miner who went soon after

The wing on the left as well as the broken halo was to reference Skizz becoming a fallen angel (basically dying right after Mumbo)

The flowers (which you can’t really see) on his jumper were a reference to third life with Scar and then them becoming friends again

The empty bird cage was to show that Jimmy was free of his curse, and the Watcher eye was to show that he prayed for it (BECAUSE HE SERIOUSLY DID)

The light green eye because he’s on his… light green… name…

And the eyes because, well, Watchers and Grian go hand in hand a lot

Benjamina (in Boy Mode and Girl Mode) and Olympe (secret merman)

Benjamina goes by “Ben” in boy mode and “Mina” in girl mode. Olympe thinks Ben and Mina are two different people.

For a while, Ben doesn’t know that the twink and the sea monster are the same person. So together they’re caught up in a monsterfucker gender fluid love rectangle (is it just a triangle? Am I going insane?) Anyway, here’s some Olympe X Ben and Olympe x Mina!

Little rant.

“School kills artist” is a statement I never took into consideration particularly, but now I’m starting to understand how much school schedule is having a bad influence on my art.

During the Christmas holiday I drew often, and I was satisfied, but still I was stressed because I had to study a lot.

Now that I’m back in school, I have the ideas, I have the will and the motivation, but I have no time and I’m constantly stressed because of school, so if I even doodle something it turns out bad or simply I don’t like it and I will be disappointed in it. I get frustrated A LOT and it makes me feel awful about my whole art progress, like it’s pointless to continue.

casually, it happens only when I’m stressed because of school. Because, besides casual art blocks which are normal, when I have a healthy schedule, my art is just okay, and I’m okay with it.

When I’m stressed, everything seems too much, even art. And so I will hate it too. And this will put me into art block EVEN if I have the ideas and the motivation. This sucks.

So, all this rambling just to tell ya that I will probably upload less quality content (maybe doodles, etc.) because I can’t rush illustrations without feeling disappointed about them.

The exception will be the secret Santa I worked on that is ready and I actually like a lot! (Sort of. I liked it a lot before school started.)

Yeah.

Whats the worst way to explain g/t? Cause any time I've had to explain it i just say "it's a concept based on extreme size difference and the dynamics of the charaters within that size difference." But how would you explain it poorly? "It's like elephants and mice. But with peaple."

Mentioned a while back that I was going to London. And this is why!

I went to the Undertale orchestra yesterday! It was amazing! Obviously I didn’t record any of it, but there are a few recordings that are floating around on Tiktok, as always happens with things like this.

And of course, when I was in London I couldn’t miss the opportunity to go to the Transformers store! (It’s half the reason I went.)

Shoutout to the patience of the poor employee who saw me piling up stuff and was looking mildly concerned the whole time.

On a more relevant note to this blog, I did get some writing done and got some pretty good ideas.
