Can someone explain jjk 261 to me lol (senseless rambling)

Full acknowledgement that I probably have forgotten DETAILS.

Like... I get the themes gege is trying to do with the whole thing but it feels so WRONG and doesn't make sense to me.

and I think what's really bothering me about Yuta/gojo is that a step is missing?? Was it really the last resort? If they could stitch gojo back together so they could put Yuta in, why couldn't they revive him? Why couldn't gojo revive himself when gege left that giant hanging "you should go for the head" tidbit in hidden inventory?? Then there were those binding vow with six eyes theories going around that could also have made sense? Would make him tragic in a whole other way but kind of beautifully. Does gege just want the worst suffering for all??

Yeah he would still be a weapon, but it would be HIM. I think I would've appreciated the plot twist if gojo died like... Head crushed, no hope for all the other theories to be possible.

Why, WHY damage his head and absolutely remove any chance of that when it might not have been last resort yet? Did I miss something? At least show me them agonizing over healing and failing before killing him yourself??

It just feels like trolling and twists for reactions and just skipping things? Don't at me, I'm still in immense denial and grief 🙂

When gojo said you should go for his head to kill him who woulda thought his own people would cut him up like that 😭

The manga industry, especially JUMP, needs to hurry up and do away with weekly scheduling for mangaka. There needs to better regulations put into place for their health and safety because this is pitiful. Two weeks - monthly updates should’ve already been the standard for the manga industry at this point. These money grabbers will only continue to put the lives of these artists at stake for the sake of capitalism unless some serious changes are implemented.

#it’s just???#at the end of the day all these people want to do is draw and write their stories and share them with the world #why is death from stress the end game for so many of them #this should not be part of the package when finally deciding that this is what you want to do with your life #rambling #I still never got over miura’s passing man #and Togashi is still here but he’s been suffering from the consequences of overwork #it’s just… all so bleak #fans just need to learn to be patient if these changes are ever made and to be respectful #your fav series is not gonna die just because you can’t get it right now #I’m glad that gege does this now like he takes a break every 2-3 chapters and that’s good #this should be normalized

What drives me even more insane about this scene is how you'd expect Gojo to imagine High school era! Geto in the crowd. Or at least not the cult leader, worst of all the curse users Geto Suguru. But no, it's the cult leader Geto. It's Geto as Gojo last remembered him. As Geto last was. Whatever choices Geto made, wherever his choices led him and them, however he was, whoever he was, traumas and messed up ideas and bad choices and ill reputations and scorns and all. Gojo wanted Geto Suguru there. Not any ideal version. Not any "what if" version. Not any "at some point in time before things went downhill" version. Not any "when your hands weren't stained with innocent blood" version. He knew very well what he wanted. And he wanted it all the same. He wanted Geto Suguru. However he was. He just wanted him to be there. He just wanted him to be.

And he didn't want him to help him, he didn't want him to fight with him even if they were strongest together and always fought together for a while. He just wanted him to be there in the crowd and cheer him on. He just wanted him to stand there and give him one of his sweet, heartwarming smiles that shaped his eyes into crescent moons. He just wanted him to be. Then even if Gojo had died in the end anyway, he would have been satisfied. It would have been worth it. Only if Geto was there.
