Imagine Kara lying in the yellow sun bed, unconscious, Lena sitting pale and worried at her bedside. Alex leaves to check on Kelly and Lena is left alone with her, holding her hand tight - Kara's hand is warm, but not moving yet. There's a crease in her brow as if she's still dreaming about the fight. Lena reaches out to gently smooth her finger over it, letting it linger just a bit too long.

And when she moves her hand away Kara's eyes are open.
