Today was going to be different. Training with the men’s first club! I was excited to train with my boyfriend as he couldn’t take his eyes off me in the car

“Ale! Keeps your eyes on the road bebé”

I chuckled as he ran his fingers through my hair. We both got out of the car as he kissed my forehead before leaving our separate ways to the locker room.

As i walked out i could feel the butterflies growing in my stomach as he locked eyes with me.

“Hey Y/n Alejandro is looking at you!” Alexia blurts out

I see Alejandro turn his head almost instantly as his friends start to tease him too. I burst out laughing as my friends laugh with me too. We all get our boots on as the technical talk starts, a circle forms and they just talk off. I flashed a smile at Alejandro as he wipes his face, flustered.

“Pssst, Balde look” Gavi says as he silently laughs with Pedri

They set us into 2 different groups as one starts with a running drill and the other with a free kick drill. But i wasnt with Alejandro this time. He pouted as he jogged off to the other side of the pitch to start his running drill. I started with my free kicks as i scored all of them in, i turned around to see Alejandro slowing down in his tracks as he had a proud smile on his face as he made a small heart with his hands.

“He loves you eh?” Fermín says as he points over to Alejandro, as he gives him a look.

“Mhm yeah, he loves me a lotttt” I say as dragging the ‘lot’

A good 45 minutes have past as we walk over for a water break. Alejandro starts to jump up an down like a little child as he heard the water break announcement.

He ran up to me to give me a long, tight hug as he kissed my sweaty cheek (ew sorry omg😭). I saw down on the bench as he took his water bottle, spraying some on his head so he can cool off.

“Amor, your doing so well do you know that” He says

I lean my head on his shoulder as he continues to pepper me with kisses on my forehead.

“Alejandro! Shh” i giggle

“¿Qué? Hm fineee i guess you don’t want them to know your only mine”

I leant my head on his shoulder as he continued to pepper my forehead with kisses. I was tangled in his love. Im so inlove with him. He hugged me tight as the teasing began. He hushed me as he pulled closed for a tight long hug.

“They’re so cuteee” Salma said as she pointed out.

“I bet Alejandro was the first one to say i love you!” Pedri laughed

Alejandro scrunched his nose at Pedri as they continued to tease. It was like Alejandro wasn’t hearing any of this. So i did the same. You adored every single thing about him. To the way he plays to his personality.

when he noticed you stopped buying a bunch of makeup products, he was worried to say the least. he wondered if you were now prioritizing the money you made so he started buying things for you instead; he loves spoiling you with his own money

but then one day early on into his two-year training, while his back is turned he jus goes “shut up curly brows” and cue perona being confused like who the fuck is curly brows while zoro is like •_• because what the fuck did he just say

later on that night zoro realizes he misses the routine he had with sanji, and even reflects further to notice how much he misses bickering with nami, and having chopper around as a cute pet child, along with all his other nakama. the next day doesn’t even bother arguing with perona, and then it continues to the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that, till it’s almost two weeks they don’t even look at each other

((even mihawk is getting tired of the tension at this point))

but perona eventually starts to feel bad and with her experience in making plushies, starts by making a mini-sanji (she finds a scrap photo of his wanted poster in an old newspaper in mihawk’s office), and then goes on to make a mini-luffy, mini-nami, mini-chopper (she makes two choppers and keeps one for herself because chopper is cute) and so on until she made a whole little collection of mini-straw hats

she then leaves them all on zoro’s bed that night and hides behind the sofa in the corner of the room to see how he would react

cue zoro coming in, tired, and clearly frustrated. he yawns and goes to collapse onto the bed before noticing the plushies. he walks towards them and picks them up, one by one.

they aren’t professionally made, stitched with random swatches of fabric and most button eyes are mismatched, (perona had very little material to work with in mihawk’s castle) but he recognizes each one and caresses them gently, a small, soft smile growing bit by bit with every doll he reaches for

perona, proud of herself, floats out through the wall and pats herself on the back for a job well done before being scared shitless by a sudden mihawk around the corner

“GYAAAA- YOU SCARED ME-“

“is he alright?”

perona pauses, then puffs out her chest proudly

“of course he is! i made him the best and cutest gifts ever.”

cue two years later and perona is helping zoro get to sabaody via a small boat and it’s on the way where he says “thank you. for the dolls”

perona pauses for a moment, having forgotten the gifts until zoro pulls something out of his bag.

it’s small, not as nicely made as the ones she crafted, but it’s clearly zoro’s attempt at making a small perona plush, fit with a black dress, black hat, and pink hair with mismatched black and pink button eyes

“AAAAAA!!!” perona gushes and grabs it, squeezing it happily. “ITS SO CUTE!”

zoro tsks and leans back, folding his arms behind his head to take a quick nap, cheeks barely brushing pink “you’re so loud”

“EH? DONT BE MEAN TO ME AFTER THIS! SUCH A SWEET MOMENT AND YOU RUINED IT!”
