Drive 2011 - 9.5/10 I watch this film without fail every year, probably multiple times in a year. The best thing about this film. It never fails to deliver after all this time. A modern giant and a film icon in my opinion. The Driver (Ryan Gosling) is a movie stuntman and garage worker who becomes tied up in a criminal scheme when his neighbours Husband comes back from jail and brings trouble to their front door. The film is a very artsy type film, which appeals to some people and doesn’t appeal to others. In that respect I can see why this film is a 50/50 to some. For me, I found its art style fantastic. It’s soundtrack is seamlessly tied in with the style of film, and fixed camera shots of him driving adds a feeling of being in the car and part of these chases with him. The mystique around Goslings character even goes down to the fact he doesn’t even have a name in the film, and is known simply as driver. He doesn’t talk much, and the film can move slow at times, and I can appreciate that these points in the film are when people can lose interest, however the scenes are stitched together with high tension moments, and music that allows you to be drawn into the scene, regardless of the little dialogue. The film also boasts a pretty impressive cast, with the likes of Ryan Gosling, Brian Cranston and Ron Perlman amongst the list of actors! The edition I have here is the Novamedia set, which comes with a beautiful steelbook, with a fantastically embossed Scorpion on the back. A stunning slipcover with his silhouette from a scene in the film on it. And an artbook and art cards. This edition is one of my favourites and this film is one of my classics! I mer enn 15 år har den sosiale entreprenør Novamedia jobbet for å kunne gi nordmenn muligheten til å vinne sammen med naboene sine, og samtidig generere penger til ideelle organisasjoner. Loddtrekningen hos Lotteri- og stiftelsestilsynet i Førde fredag var første steg på veien mot et felles lotteri for SOS-barnebyer og WWF Verdens naturfond, med Novamedia Norsk Postkodelotteri AS som operatør.

– Nå skal vi først analysere kravene i lisensen og lage en plan for den kommende perioden, sier Cecilia Bergendahl, administrerende direktør for Novamedia Sverige, som drifter det svenske Postkodelotteriet.

Postkodelotteriet er et etablert lotteri i Nederland, Storbritannia, Tyskland og Sverige som siden oppstarten i 1989 har donert over 70 milliarder kroner til frivillige organisasjoner. Lotteriet er verdens tredje største giver til veldedige formål. Spillet er et abonnementsbasert spill der naboer sammen vinner pengesummer med postnummeret sitt.

– Postkodelotteriet er en seriøs og etablert virksomhet, og vi er svært glade for at vi skal samarbeide med dem i Norge. Lotteriet bidrar med betydelige midler til ideelle formål, og vi vet at vi allerede det første året kan regne med bidrag til vårt arbeid for at barn skal få god omsorg, sier Bente Lier, generalsekretær i SOS-barnebyer i Norge.

Postkodelotteriets visjon er at verden blir et bedre sted med sterke ideelle organisasjoner, og uten dem er forandring umulig. 

– Det er en glede at dette nå endelig er avgjort og at vi kan komme i gang i Norge også. Sammen kan vi gjøre verden litt bedre, sier Nina Jensen, generalsekretær i WWF Verdens naturfond.

People's postcode lottery is a subscription type lottery run by Great Britain where people can win a max amount of 500,000 euros. To play People's Postcode Lottery, players have to pay 10 euros per month, and they will automatically enter to draw. This lottery also raises money for charity, so 32% of the ticket price goes to charity. It has more than 700 million euros raised for charity.

Winning prizes and recent results

To Play People's Postcode Lottery and to win 1000 euros every day, a subscription of 10 euros per month is compulsory. In May, the current max winning lottery prize is 3.1 million euros. It can reach higher. The everyday draw prize is 30,000 euros.

It depends on luck to win the People's Postcode lottery. Your postcode needs to match with the winning code. But the exception to winning half of the lottery amount in the final draw is your pose code number is to be close to the winning postcode number. The more closure the number is, the more you will win.

How to play people's Postcode Lottery?

People's postcode lottery is based on a subscription lottery, and it also works for charities. It cost 10 euros per month to play. 32% of the ticket price goes to charities. Players are allowed to play people's postcode lottery daily and they can win every day.
