But then I noticed they talk more about sske's love for nrto than nrto's love for sske. Or if they do, they include hnta and overvalue the bond he has with her. Their "love" for sns is so fake.

And some SS do think Naruto thirsts for Sasuke but they have convinced themselves Sasuke only wants Sakura.

I do wonder what it's like to be like NH or SS shipper. Kabinet slaat januaritijdvak voor STAP-budget over

Het kabinet heeft besloten om het aanvraagtijdvak voor STAP-budget van januari 2023 over te slaan. Tijd is nodig om maatregelen gericht op het terugdringen van misbruik en oneigenlijk gebruik te implementeren. Zo voorkomt het kabinet dat scholing die niet aan de voorwaarden van STAP voldoet subsidie ontvangt. Dit schrijven de ministers Van Gennip (Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid) en Wiersma (Primair en Voortgezet Onderwijs) vandaag in een brief aan de Tweede Kamer.  STAP-budget Er loopt momenteel onderzoek naar ruim 3.500 opleidingen bij ongeveer 200 opleiders. Er is tijd nodig om dit onderzoek zorgvuldig te doen, met hoor en wederhoor. Recentelijk heeft de rechtbank in een zaak rondom STAP besloten dat betalingen aan een opleider, met opleidingen die door de Toetsingskamer worden onderzocht, niet aangehouden mogen worden. Enkel het feit dat een opleiding in onderzoek is, is volgens de rechter onvoldoende reden om een opleider (nog) niet te betalen. Door deze uitspraak door te trekken naar alle opleidingen die in onderzoek zijn, ontstaat het risico dat scholing wordt gevolgd, en gesubsidieerd, die niet aan de voorwaarden van het STAP-budget voldoet. Ik vind het belangrijk om er nu voor te zorgen dat de regeling goed staat, voordat er nieuw budget uitgekeerd wordt. Ik realiseer me goed dat mensen die in januari gebruik wilden maken van het STAP-budget hier teleurgesteld over zullen zijn. Maar op de langere termijn zie ik dit als noodzakelijk om ervoor te zorgen dat de STAP-regeling goed functioneert.”  Afgelopen november gaf het kabinet aan de STAP-regeling strenger en strakker te willen maken. Om te voorkomen dat STAP als ongepast verdienmodel wordt gebruikt, wordt het aantal toekenningen per opleiding vanaf 2023 gelimiteerd. Ook gaan keurmerken die opleiders toelaten (zoals NRTO en CEDEO) strenger controleren of hun opleidingen wel voldoen aan de eisen van STAP.
