ALOE VERA: I guess you might be aware with ALOE VERA and with it's beauty benefits. But did you know that what are the advantage and disadvantage of ALOE VERA if included in diet? It comes basically in three form- Juice, Soft Gel and Gel. You might know that, ALOE VERA is good for Acnes, and used in other health care and beauty products. Inhibit infection, promote healing of minor Burns and wounds, skin that is affected by diseases . Psoriasis - extract cream might reduce redness, scaling, itching, herpes simplex etc. Note: Aloe Vera gel is not recommended for internal use, it can only be applied externally * Aloe juice helps staying hydrated. * Jucie also regulate Blood sugar. * Aloe Vera juice or oral use of ALOE latex is effective at treating constipation, stomach ulcer and acid reflux. * Reduce dental problems. Note: although there are many benefits of ALEO latex but it can be avoided, as unprocessed contains chemical that have potential to cause cancer. 1g/day intake for long period of time can cause kidney damage and might be fatal. But it is safe when taken in appropriate amount for short time. WHOLE WHEAT DOUGHNUTS Made it for the first time. I can surely say that they are healthy and as well as nutritious. Ingredients i have used are good for our health. For an instance the major ingredients i.e., Whole wheat flour.... basically the doughnuts we got in market or on any bakery shop are made up of white flour or all purpose flour which is the refind flour and also not good for health and hard to digestion but on the contrary whole wheat flour is high in fiber and a source of complex carbohydrate. Hence, it's fiber are good for our health. Now, if i say about the sweetner...i dont used and kind of sugar...i used pure natural HONEY which is again the best alternative for sugar. I agree that i deep fried them but some few of them i baked. Means to say, few of the doughnuts i deep fried and other i baked. If i talk about garnishing, for chocolate, you might find it funny i dont anyone would ever did this or not😂 i used Bournvita, because i was not having any chocolate at home so i used Bournvita and trust me...it was so yumm. Now again i was not having white chocolates, so for white i used cashew paste, which is again healthy. I also used coconut powder for some of the other doughnuts. So yes, these are healthy and any one can have it. I made it just to give a lil try .. yes they were so tasty. . . . BENEFITS OF PASTA Yes, I am talking about PASTA. I know we people think that pasta is not good for health..even i also used to think so. But everything in a limit is good enough. If i say, pasta can help you in weight loss Will you believe me? But, yes, pasta do help in it. pasta is fat-free, cholesterol free, low Sodium That is enough to say that it can fit good in weight loss. Lemme tell you the calories- 1 cup of pasta provide 100 calories + valuable vitamins and minerals... Now, you will say it contain carbs, so it will be bad for blood sugar level, ryt? I have answer to this also- it has low glycemic Index (GI) so, don't worry it won't trigger blood sugar level. Lower GI don't cause high blood sugar. And all other i have shown in above pictures. Lemme, clear them more- Sustained energy means it will give very crucial fuel called glucose. Because it has complex carbohydrates so it release energy slow and also help in extra fat burning that leads to weight loss. Low Sodium and cholesterol free means it is good for people with blood pressure problems It has folic acid which is very important for pregnant women. So yes, if we include pasta in our plate with sufficient amount of protein, vitamins and minerals. It will make a balance diet.
