Watching: S1E7
ahh the restaurant scene, which I always enjoy watching. I love Rhys and Taika's improvised scenes. I hope they can work together like this again. They are so good together. 😍

Starkid is one of the absolute best arguments for supprting independent art. The fact that the shows you're invested in can't get canceled by Big Daddy Streaming, the quality is always amazing, the love of the cast and crew doesn't get squeezed out by surprise budget reductions, the fact that since crowd funding provides almost all costs up front (plus the presence of voluntary digital ticket/in person tickets for additional funding), the fan base can access the full material for whatever cost they can contribute (even if you can give nothing monetarily, you will still get a professionally shot version of the material eventually, without surprise fees or password crackdowns, AND with captions/completely accesible regardless of location). The same goes for Tin Can Bros, Shipwrecked, and all the other associated theater and web series companies loosely connected to Starkid. Like, I cannot believe the amazing content provided to us at the same level as Broadway or streaming services with billion dollars at hand, with almost none of the catches that come with others. Like, I cannot believe that we get all of this right at our hands.

I really need to shut up about Izzy Hands but can I just say I am so happy he's doing better. For like two entire episodes he was drunk, disheveled, and practically dying. His original peg leg broke. His hair was in his face. He looked like he was on the brink of losing it. He was berating his own reflection.
The crew coming together to help him really did seem to help him immensely. He's coping with the new leg, he's put together. The bottle of drink that was in his hand is completely gone. He's sharpening his skills, he's speaking coherently. I never thought I'd be happy to see Izzy Hands healthy and thriving, but I am, and I'm so relieved that the crew of the Revenge supported him when he needed them.

more than one person asked so i'm making a post about it. i use this program to download torrents (it's safe, no viruses or ads, i've been torrenting for years). and this is the website where i found the ridiculously hd version of ofmd. just type "our flag means death s01" in the searchbar at the top. for s2 you might have to search episode by episode, so "our flag means death s02e01" and so on (i don't know if the season has been uploaded in a single torrent yet, it hadn't been when i downloaded it). then just click the little red magnet symbol that looks like a big U, and it'll ask you if you want to open the link with qbitorrent. click yes, pick a folder to save the episodes in your computer, and have fun (the higher the green number next to the episodes is on the website, the faster the link will download, so if a link doesn't work just pick another one). you can always ask if you get stuck somewhere, i don't mind!
oh btw 2160p is the highest definition available right now so aim for those links, I'll leave them seeding forever
