Welp @robotslenderman got me thinking about Kara's attendant.

After the dust settles with Roy, Kara ends up establishing a haven in Dublin that is effectively an archive for her work. A place where she can safely store her finds and return to when she needs to do some research. But an archive needs an archivist, so Kara decides to find a suitable ghoul.

She chooses an old teacher of her's, Oisin O'Cleirigh, a man who always put great stock in what most considered stories and fairytales. Naturally, he was utterly delighted to discover that his favourite student was now proof that he was right, and that she wanted his assistance with her work.

Oisin spends his days and nights researching the materials Kara brings back and looking after the archive. He knows where everything belongs and while his research hours has the archive looking like it's been hit by a hurricane, he always has it neat and tidy and in perfect order when he's done so that everything is readily accessible for Kara when she comes back. He's a man of organised chaos, yet somehow still loses his glasses when they're on top of his head.

He's very fond of Evie too and can get caught up telling her stories about Irish mythology and history. He even manages to keep Beckett on his toes, engaging him in spirited debate about why Gehenna has to be nonesense and why Caine and the Antediluvians are where he draws the line when the world is so full of strange and bizarre things. Naturally, Oisin is the one who eventually wins that debate and Beckett is forced to concede.

Naturally he's terrified of Amicia and is happy to keep an ocean and a continent between him and her, and Sullivan is the class clown (affectionate), though he's also quite scary when he does his 180. Kara will always be his favourite though.

Relatives the twins are very close to:

Malachi Hale is perhaps the favorite uncle (second to Thomas of course) of the twins - just don’t tell their other uncles. After becoming a successful business man and earning a good living for the family he started with his wife Maggie, three times Malachi arranged for the twins and their family (the last time excluding Nicolas) to go to Ireland and visit for a couple of weeks - the first time when the twins were three years old, the second eight years, and the third when they were fifteen. Though none of Fiona’s brothers could attend her funeral, Malachi sent several gifts and best wishes cards to the family on behalf of those grieving for her back home.

Ronan Hale is a cold case detective that currently resides in his hometown of Dublin; he often visits the twins and works with Kimberly and her department as a consultant.

Remington Hale is a medical examiner residing in Cardiff. Like his cousin Ronan, he has aided Kimberly with cases often, providing his medical expertise.

Summary: Ronan is the oldest of six children, born in Limerick where he would grow up until his family moved back to his father’s hometown of Dublin when he was nine years old. When his parents got married, neither of them were ready to have children and it remained that way for twelve years before Malachi’s wife Maggie changed her mind on the idea. It took a little while for Malachi to be come around, having some concerns that he never fully shared with his wife, but eventually he came around and Ronan was born in 1980, the day before his father’s 35th birthday. Ronan had a tough childhood, having been bullied almost mercilessly at school to the point where it became abusive. When Ronan was eight years old, he was being harassed by a twelve year old kid and his friends. The twelve year old once caused Ronan to fracture his wrist while riding his back, chasing Ronan on his own bike until Ronan lost control and fell off. Ronan lied about what happen to him and he never told his parents about the bullying; his parents didn’t find out about the twelve year old’s behavior until it was reported by a friend of Ronan’s to a teacher that the twelve year old had pushed him to the ground, Ronan falling face first which resulted in the scar on his upper lip and chin. Ronan’s parents blamed the school for failing to notice the bullying at school and demanded something be done about the twelve year old (he would be suspended and later taken out of school for his increasingly bad behavior) but also gave Ronan trouble for not telling them about the bullying sooner, though could understand his reasoning for being scared of what the bully would do if he were to tell. Ronan didn’t have to worry about the twelve year old bothering him after that incident as his parents moved their family back to Dublin not long after. When he moved to a different school, Ronan never had a problem with bullying again and his grades increased a lot. He graduated high school and moved on to studying to be a police officer and would eventually be promoted to a homicide detective. When he was 24, he married a woman named Tara O’Neill after dating for only six months. Though the marriage was a bit on the hasty side according to many of his peers, including his father, Ronan had his heart set on Tara, falling deeply in love with her. The marriage lasted for fourteen years until a divorce was filed (by Ronan) after his wife left him for his younger brother Murphy. It was revealed that Tara hadn’t been faithful to Ronan for years, cheating on him with at least 3 men in the past before carrying on a nearly five year affair with his brother. How they managed to keep their affair a secret for five years is a question nobody could answer, and one that Tara refused to answer. Neither Ronan nor his father have spoken to Murphy since the affair was revealed.  In the short time that Ronan and the twins knew each other as kids, they became the closest of friends and relatives. The cousins maintained as much regular contact with each other as they could.

NAVAN O’MAHONYS turned the screw in the third quarter to finish comfortable winners and maintain their 100% winning start to their FL campaign at Paddy O’Brien Park on Sunday.

Following a slow start the hosts led 0-7 to 1-2 at the break and then added a further 2-3 without reply in the third quarter to secure the points.

Padraic Dillon struck for a Syddan goal, his side’s opening score of the second half on 48 minutes and Gary Farrelly followed up with a similar effort from the next kick out after a mistake by keeper Aaron O’Byrne.

Farrelly’s goal left it 3-2 to 2-11 and that was as close as Syddan got. Their only point of the second half came from wing back Stuart Fedigan on the hour mark.

Syddan had made a great start to proceedings with a goal from Gary Farrelly in the opening minute following fine work by Padraic Dillon. Stephen Bray missed a gilt-edged chance when crashing a shot against the crossbar from a couple of metres after five minutes.

Ruairi O Coileain accounted for all of his side’s points in the opening quarter and another effort from the centre forward levelled the sides at 0-4 to 1-1.

O Coileain then pointed his side in front before Daire Rowe, with his second score levelled matters. Points from Stephen Bray and Shane Gillespie eventually left the town side ahead at the break.

O’Mahonys hit five wides before O Coileain edged them further ahead on 38 minutes. The eventual winners were well on top at that stage and Gillespie and O Coileain added further points while new signing Oisin O’Brien slapped to the net after the ball had rebounded off the woodwork.

A second goal from Stephen Bray left it 2-10 to 1-2 after 44 minutes. David Bray added to the O’Mahonys tally with a brace of points when coming off the bench in the second half.
