just found out my final cut of my thesis is due next week, the 23rd, as opposed to may 2nd, that i and everyone else in my graduating cohort believed was the deadline. this begs the question: why are we here, if just to suffer,

spent my morning exhaustedly realizing that my phone charger had broken inside the charging port & having a panic spiral because i gotta take the car to the shop today and 1) need a phone to call when it's done 2) need easy access to public transit schedules. did some frantic googling and found a forum explaining how to use a safety pin to dig the metal pieces out. so i spent some time finding a thumb tack & then followed the instructions. it only took about 10 minutes.

then i put my phone on a different charger. and it wouldn't charge.

cue SECOND immediate and debilitating anxiety spiral about "OH GOD i just yanked out a bunch of actual electrical components and destroyed my whole phone and i'm gonna have to pay for a replacement and transfer my number and try to recover all of my data and and and,"

pulled the charger out. blew in the port. flipped the charger around. prayed really hard. plugged it back in.

anyway.

my phone is fine now.

Take as much time as you need. If possible call a friend or someone close to you so you could spend time with someone understanding and calm and patient. Or with some animals. Anything that can calm your mind down or bring you serotonin. Please don't close yourself in a room without contact (I mean contact with friends not contact here with internet strangers). If you need a long break - do it. If you need to stop posting at all and disappear from the internet forever - do it. Your health - mental and physical - is much more important than strangers' pleasure.

Well… I don't know what to say at this point. Some of you said via dm that you even thought I would commit suicide. So I'm just sorry if i scared you guys or something！That wasn't my purpose. I just felt like I needed a little time alone, that's all. Also if there are those who follow my instagram, I made some updates to my story from time to time during this period. But despite that I apologize to whoever i have seriously worried！

I appreciate the way you think and all your kind words. I've already tried to talk/spend time to people I feel comfortable with and solve questions that I need to know the answers to… but still don't know if i can say "I'm totally alright" now. I mean i'm not sure if it works, or maybe i need some more time idk…

hey uh sorry for disappearing yet again for a couple months. don't have much of an excuse, though things have been more stressful than usual, offline life having involved family and hospitals and stuff, but not gonna go into any details, things are better now either way so ye. my way of coping with things have been mostly to just play games (ffxiv mainly, leveling alts and other grinding can be a good distraction sometimes) and nothing else to keep my mind off things, so haven't been able to focus enough to do much of any art at all. I am hoping to get back into the swing of things, I am back on my meds that I skipped out on for like a year due to various reasons, but they seem to be helping again so yeah, fingers crossed that things will work out and such ha
