A quick report of the new family reunion;
Philip Schyler, the father of Elizabeth Schuyler Hamilton and father in law to Alexander Hamilton Laurens, has returned, as well as his wife, Catherine Schuyler, and their son, Philip Jeremiah Schuyler.
And so, the current number of Schuylers has been effectively trippled since Eliza left us!
So far, Alexander has been getting on wonderfully with his in-laws, as well as John Laurens Hamilton who has this time not insulted, threatened or challenged to duel no one from the Schuyler family.
An another member who has unofficially joined the family lately has been Micha Poole. By John he is considered a brother (as so said by John's husband), and by kids an uncle (as Philip has already once called him uncle). A most notable geese-and-bugs-phobe, he has so far been getting along wonderfully with everyone!
Elias Kellehers father has also supposedly returned, however we all know the reputation that man who barely can hold the title of 'father' has. I hope the best for Elias.
John and Alexander have returned from their trip to Nevis, which should be getting discussed in the next article, and upon their return Lewis was quickly caught sneaking back in and grounded. Perhaps he was visiting his 'friend' Quill?
Not much to report on the rumour front- other then a possible Philip illegitimate and the trip to Nevis and it's theories why it came about- however, both of these are olden news.
More people joined as well such as Sybil and Montgomery, but at this point girl. I can't.
Tidbits of information and rumors from all around are always appreciated

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993)
Tumblr media
While I didn't enjoy this film, that doesn't mean you won't. No matter what I say, the people involved in this project did it: they actually made a movie. That's something to be applauded. With that established...
I know the 1990 and 1991 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films have their fans but they have limited appeal to anyone who isn't a child or who didn't see them in their youth. I might've stirred some controversy with my criticisms of the first two movies but not this time. No one's stepping forward to defend Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III.
When Leonardo (voiced by Brian Tochi), Donatello (voiced by Corey Feldman), Raphael (voiced by Tim Kelleher), Michaelangelo (voiced by Robbie Rist), and their friend April O'Neil (Paige Turco) come into contact with a mystical scepter, they are sent to 17th century Japan. There, they discover a kingdom torn apart. British arms dealers led by Walker (Stuart Wilson) are in talks with the wicked Lord Norinaga (Sab Shimono). As the conflict between Norinaga and his enemies heats up, the Turtles must recover the scepter and return home before it's too late.
The disappointments come hard and fast with this threequel. Yes, Casey Jones (Elias Koteas) may be back but his character has nothing to do, which is why he’s given an ancestor (more on that in a moment) for April to fall for. Shredder and the Foot Clan are nowhere to be found. Instead, we get a different opponent than before… but let’s take a look at the film’s antagonist. It’s just some guy with 17th-Century firearms - hardly an upgrade or escalation from the Super Shredder and the herculean mutants our heroes battled previously. Instead of looking at the numerous nemesis from the comic books or television series, we get this lame tale of the Turtles going back to the past. They, they immediately begin a deluge of pop culture references. About 80% of their dialogue consists of gags referencing what was in during the 90s. Unless you've got a time machine and are watching this film in 1993, it's like a period-piece within a period-piece.
The most frustrating aspect of the film is how easy it would be to improve it. For example, the scepter can’t quite send people back to the past. It actually takes someone from 1603 and makes them switch places with another person who weighs the same as them 300 years in the future. When they swap, they wind up in each others’ clothes. That's just unnecessarily weird and convoluted. Are we supposed to believe the turtles weight as much as a normal human? Why the clothes swap thing, and why is it so inconsistent? Or are the Turtles’ masks glued to their faces? You know the real reasons; it's so the heroes can wind up in samurai armour. You read that right. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are sent back to the time of ninjas… and are transformed into samurai. What?!
You might be willing to give the half-baked love story between April and Wick that goes nowhere, the bland villains or the inconsistencies between the previous films a pass because it's a movie for children. What about the humor, then? No? I'm not surprised. Sometimes, the jokes are so bad you can’t even tell if they’re jokes, or just bad writing. The best example is a scene in which April spots Casey’s ancestor in a dungeon. “Casey?” she asks, seeing the similarity. Then, she turns and spots a rat. “You look familiar too”. Is she actually implying that this rat is Splinter's ancestor? If she is, I hope someone was buying lottery tickets that day because all the planets in the solar system were in perfect alignment for these people to all wind up in the same place at the same time.
Never before have the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles been as annoying as they are here. None of them get any substantial character development, which means you’ll still wonder which one of them is which unless you've memorized their mask colours. It’s like the movie knows it’s just taking advantage of the fans at this point, which is why they’ve cut all the corners they could. I don’t even think they gave Splinter any legs. TMNT III is easily the worst of the bunch. It does hardly anything right. (March 5, 2021)

Haha! He’s an OC I created named Elias Kelleher! In the RP he’s engaged to Pippy Longstockings (Philip).

adam kelleher, elias logan + elena isley for the ‘why the fandom would dislike them’ meme bc i love them but im curious why u think people wouldn’t — @xoteajays
Oooh, thank you for these!! I already answered Eli’s here, but here’s your answers for Adam and Elena!!
For Adam, I think a lot of the hate he would get would be for getting in the way of Bruce and Selina’s relationship. People really love their BatCat, and I find it likely that a lot of fans would see Adam and Bruce getting together as a kind of middle finger to their favorite ship.
A lot of people would also probably call him a hypocrite for always being worried about Bruce and fussing over him when he goes out as Batman and then deciding that he’s going to become Arachnid and be a vigilante too. Which, maybe he is, a little bit.
I also feel like some people would mistake his constant sarcasm for rudeness, which it isn’t! He’s just basically incapable of not being sarcastic every other sentence.
Tumblr media
As for Elena, she would also definitely get some hate for “breaking up” a beloved ship, in this case Barry and Iris.
I feel like a lot of people would feel like, since she’s Bruce’s ward and also a vigilante, that she’s just a replacement for a Robin in the DCEU - never mind that she’s a capable and badass character in her own right and is no one’s replacement.
And on that note, I also think a lot of people would call in unrealistic that Bruce would take in the daughter of one of his most dangerous enemies, completely ignoring the fact that Bruce has always been proven to be kind to children, no matter where they came from, and the fact that Elena ran away from her mother to find Bruce when she was only six years old and there is no way Bruce would’ve turned away a scared little six-year-old girl.
The fact that I can actually think of a lot more than this... superhero fandoms kind of suck, man. 😅
Tumblr media
Send me an OC and I’ll tell you what the fandom would dislike about them if they were canon!

“I suppose not every show is going to be UFC 231, right?” UFC Fight Night In Canada Preview
Joey
April 28th, 2019
The UFC returns to Canada for its standard run of 3-4 shows in the market and our first show is....something. In many ways I actually think it looks like your standard non-PPV Canada card; there's no Canadian worthy of headlining so you roll out a few relevant names at the top of the bill, try to protect a few Canadian fighters you like on the undercard and then roll through the roster, see who has the flag next to their name and then give them a guy and see what happens. The main card is fine enough; a great main event, a great featherweight fight, a heavyweight fight, arguably the "best" Canadian they have in Elias Thorodoru and then two intriguing Canadian born prospects trying to make good at home vs two proven UFC fighters. The undercard is a pretty bland mixture of debuting Canadians on short notice vs other Canadians and the occasional prospect vs proven name fight. It's not a great card but ESPN+ seems to have a good idea of how to give us these shows in formats that don't make us mad we watched them from start to finish. I guess what I'm saying is this show isn't good on paper but it'll probably be quick, violent and inoffensive. There are worse ways to spend a Saturday, am I right?
Fights: 12
Debuts: Kyle Prepolec, Cole Smith, Marc-André Barriault, Sergey Spivak

Twelve Precarious Ponderings
1- Two distinctly different main events in back to back weeks with similar-ish undercurrents at play.  Jacare vs Jack Hermansson was a case where one guy was trying to help out the organization, risking it all in the process to be the company guy of sorts. It backfired and now Jacare may retire as one of the greatest fighters to never get a UFC title fight. Donald Cerrone looked to be on the verge of getting a fight ABOVE a title fight; the one on one clash with Conor McGregor that would've/could've created generational wealth for the new dad. It seemed like that was the plan before McGregor decided to get in more trouble and sideswipe Cerrone entirely. As such instead of making sitting out and staying busy while waiting for Conor McGregor, Cerrone is back at it with a fight that he doesn't have to take against Al Iaquinta. Why? Well perhaps he figures the McGregor fight is gone or perhaps he's just the company guy who remains a company guy. Even so you'd assume there were more entertaining names and fights out there for him above Iaquinta. Maybe that's just me overvaluing the risk and undervaluing whatever sort of name/hype Iaquinta has now.
2- Cerrone in the past has struggled with guys like Iaquinta; the sort of guys who can box him up straight down the pike with uppercuts to be mixed it at will. Cerrone has the ability to beat Iaquinta up from distance but if they get into boxing range and if Al is able to keep his punches down the center of Cerrone, I think there's a great chance that he can hurt Donald. I know we're all in love with this new Dad Cerrone mythos we have and how he might be mentally locked in BUT styles exist and history matters. We're talking about years worth of both about how to beat a guy like Cerrone. Iaquinta has more than enough of those to be a realistic threat.
3- Why is Elias Theodorou vs Derek Brunson a co-main event? Over Shane Burgos vs Cub Swanson especially?
4- Cub Swanson is riding a pretty gnarly losing streak right now but let's be fair here; we're talking losses to Frankie Edgar, Brian Ortega and Renato Moicano. It's fair to say that Shane Burgos does not exist in that same vein of those guys as of right now. The last time Cub was tasked with taking on a tremendous yet unproven prospect (Not counting Moicano because I think we all knew he was the goods by that fight); he dispatched Doo Ho Choi in one of the wildest fights in UFC history. These are the sort of fights Swanson more often than not gets up for, the kind of "tests" he finds a way to rise up to the occasion for. At the same time, you get the feeling Cub is almost aware of his own fighting mortality now. He's almost become more and more of a guy who seems to do his fighting outside of the cage with/against the UFC if that makes any sense. He's also the sort of guy who seems to ride between that perilous line of "too durable for his own good" and "simply not durable enough anymore" on a fight to fight basis. Burgos is in a weird space having gotten finished by Calvin Kattar to start 2018 before ending 2018 by finishing Kurt Holobaugh after getting dropped early on in the first round. This feels like a pick 'em primarily because I have no idea which version of each guy I'm getting.
5- At the risk of being a flim flam man, I have to admit I'm turning the corner on Brad Katona. He's fighting in MMA's deepest weight class at a seemingly imploding SBG but he's starting to look more and more like a solid bantamweight. His hands are coming together, he can grapple really well (although I think the more he tries to do this as he goes up the ranks, the less likely it is that'll be the case) and he's one of these guys who fights with great composure. I struggle to grasp whether or not he has one defining trait I'd feel comfortable betting on and I don't know how he'll take to pressure fighters BUT we're going to get a GREAT shot of that come Saturday! Merab Dvalishvili does nothing but come forward, throw with power and force clinches. He'll be outathlete'd by some guys and his love of rock 'em sock 'em robots will lead to some bad decisions and some close fights. This is a good fair test for Katona.
6- I wonder if Cerrone breaks out more BJJ with Iaquinta who can get reckless and has a few sub losses on his resume basically due to how excited he can get in those wild scramble exchanges.
7- Walt Harris went from Oleksiy Olenik in Russia to Olenik in Ottawa to fighting an undefeated HW making his debut on short notice in Ottawa named Sergey Spivak. Rough go of it.
8- The undercard is pretty much carried by a trio of prospect vs proven veteran type fights. Macy Chiasson fighting at 135 lbs still has me VERY nervous but good lord she ran through Gina Mazany in her debut at the weight class. I'm pretty curious to see how she handles a) the short notice call and b) Moras' weird Maia' esque ability to throw fists early on to get people snookered into her grappling exchanges. This might be a bit much too soon. Aiemann Zahabi had a GREAT fight with Ricardo Ramos and then disappeared off the face of the Earth after a spinning back fist loss in the third round. He's back and he draws a solid lower level 135 lb-er in Vince Morales who has losses to Domingo Pilarte and Song Yadong.  Lastly you have big and athletic but raw Juan Adams on the prelims drawing Arjan Bhullar in a fight that almost feels like a fight designed to expose/really test Juan Adams. Bhullar can wrestle and smother dudes, creating the kinda boring snoozy fights you regret seeing live and forget immediately after.
9- Marc-Andre Barriault is a really interesting middleweight prospect who has been cutting his teeth at TKO in Montreal. He's been basically beating up on local dudes although he handled former UFC signee Adam Hunter. He gets Andrew Sanchez who is basically a big slow grinder type who has some success when he does decide to let his hands go.
10- Mitch Gagnon has fought seven times in the UFC dating back to 2012. Thiago Santos fought EIGHT times just in 2017 and 2018 alone.
11- It's a shame it won't count on the second fight stats but Matt Sayles' return bout against Kyle Nelson is a really intriguing one. Sayles had a rough go of it vs Sheymon Moraes (harmed in part by some wild eye pokes) but he's a really solid meat and potatoes style fighter who should be able to carve out a nice niche at 145 lbs.
12- Did I mention Elias Theodorou vs Derek Brunson is the co-main?

The closing of the masquerade ball dance of Lady Quiton's clandestine identity and the revealing of her Domino mask
Tumblr media
With great strife and impeccable investigation, at last; the grand reveal of the libelous Lady Quiton is present and now! And shall have many gasping from shock when I inform you, it is but Miss Cordelia Eloise Bennett. (@coribennett )
Miss Bennett may have the tongue of a snack, but she does not acquire it's stealth. For the tracks of Lady Quiton's high heels led straight to her own. A Dutch woman? Who else, but the young fluent Bennett, whose family is Dutch. A lady that hates all that has been mentioned in the defamatory papers? Bennett has admitted so plenty. Even having done her research well on Gates days before slandering him like twas verbal slaughter. And why would the Hamilton Laurens family be refrained from ever being muttered in her writing? Perhaps because the girl is but close friends with a treasured son of theirs; Philip Hamilton Laurens, and his beloved; Elias Kelleher. Surely not wishing to let her writing stir their friendship, the family name has never once been spoken of. Her lousy investigation to delve into Lady Quiton's identity was but her weak alibi to maintain the appeal of innocence, and yet she not found one suitable suspect. And is it not a coincidence that Miss Cordelia came about just weeks before the slanderer appeared also? What a mystery, but no longer.
Bennett must pay heed to what I say, for her silence would be but denial and shame in her discovery.
Upon the next bundle of rumors, shall I appear once more. Gossiping is amongst us, and I find it my duty to reveal it upon us.

Firstly I shall give you a topic that seems to be commented on the most: lovers.
One of the most recent couples to have apparently paired up have been Quillian and Lewis! An unlikely couple to be sure, as sweet as Lewis is, he is utterly and completely bitchless. His birds and the bees talk went down traumatically, and Quill does not appear to be any better. Let us hope they get their wits about and finally figure out what a romance is.
The most beloved couple of this place known as Philip and Elias are together once again, however while Elias was away he did not seem too happy knowing Philip was receiving other company in his bed chambers... I hope the best for them in their endeavors of having an open relationship, their children at least need parents who do not fight constantly. However, how fond Philip is of brothels and charming others, I would not blame Elias to leave him. Elias is the sweetest of them all, he could do much better then our gambling cheat, if he so wishes. Not to mention there have been whispers around the town about an another possible lover of Elias'...
While we are on the subject of jealousy, we may point to the fact that Alexander and Kitty are still seeing eachother, albeit in private for conversation. Who knows what that conversation might hold? I hope nothing that could be used to accuse Alexander of cheating on an another one of his spouses for the second time.
Other, less notable relationships, would include Phoebe and Cori, the famous company of Philip and the biggest bookworm in the town. According to what I have heard, they have grown closer as of recently. An another person of interest would be Martha Laurens, who has recently been looking for someone, however she has never confirmed who that someone was. Perhaps she too has found herself a soldier in the front lines of lovers and relationships. Holly has received an anonymous love letter... Could it be an another suitor vying for her affections alongside Lord Bryce Griffiths? I certainly hope that the Lord will keep a lookout just in case.
Tidbits of information and rumors from all around are always appreciated.

My dear Elias,
Finding the mailbox as Empty as your absence has brought me to pen this letter to you, my most faithful Dear. I pray for a swifty reply as to ease my waking dreads, assure me that you are Well and Alive, perhaps even better but not too Much so that I than begin to worry you bask in our distance rather than closeness.
Without the light of my days, being you, you may very well imagine the dull gray cloud that has stubbornly casted itself upon me. It feels as though it has been Centuries and you have been gone but for a few Days, I admit tis a foolish Dwelling but one all the same. Nothing much has occurred here. Tell me, Love, if you are enjoying yourself as to make this ache all the more worth it. Whilst I choke on the ashes of the sun you left. I long to see your penmanship once more.
Yours forever,
Philip A. Kelleher
My most beloved Philip,
I’m delighted to inform you that I am indeed safe and sound in Italy and that most of my time is being spent around other lovers of art so that your mind may rest easy. It has been quite the adventure. The greeting I had received were incredibly sincere and touching. The gallery is currently being set up with the help of the museums staff, and they take much delight in my paintings as they hang them.
Oh my dear, despite all of the frivolous chats and wondrous meetings, I crave to hear your voice and feel your embrace every second of the day. The night is incredibly dark without my moon to guide me. I miss the soft whispers of “I love you” and the playful banter you constantly tease me with… The fourteenth shan’t come fast enough, my love.
An ocean away and still I hear your heart as mine yearns for the one who holds it dear.
My dearest affections,
Elias P. Kelleher

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 (1993)
Tumblr media
I wouldn’t call Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 the abomination some have claimed it is, but that’s not to say it’s much good.
This time around the Turtles are going back in time! When Leonardo (Brian Tochi), Donatello (Corey Feldman), Raphael (Tim Kelleher), Michaelangelo (Robbie Rist) and their friend April O'Neil (Paige Turco) come into contact with a mystical lantern, they're sent to 17th century Japan where conveniently, the British have started trading with the Japanese, so everyone speaks English! As they scramble to find a way to return home, they must contend with the wicked Lord Norinaga (Sab Shimono).
It's a letdown they had to resort to a run-of-the-mill bad guy with cookie-cutter minions. I thought this series was supposed to be all about aliens and mutants, where does this plot involving magic and feudal politics come from? The premise is underwhelming and there's little ingenuity plot-wise. It’s just the same clichés you’ve seen over and over in these generic time-travel plots. People confuse the Turtles for demons... sometimes; people confuse April for a witch; the characters make pop-references nobody gets; people from the past learn some “awesome” piece of the present to enrich their culture. Yawn. You might've been able to get past some of these flaws if the movie had been funny, or well made, but it isn’t.
The special effects are downright embarrassing. It’s like they didn’t even try to do any lip-synching. The animatronics are sophisticated. The Turtles have moving eyebrows, cheeks, and lips, but half the time it looks like the mechanisms are going haywire. It makes this whole thing look really cheap. Not quite on the level of We Wish You a Turtles Christmas but still pretty bad. I’m not even entirely convinced that they made legs for Splinter (James Murray) because he's immobile for the whole movie and there’s only a single shot where you might be able to see his lower body if you pause the DVD and you squint a lot.
It's probably nitpicking to complain about the absolute lack of logic in the time travel aspect but this movie’s no good anyway so let's go. We’re told this MAGICAL lantern thing works by transporting people from one specific time in the past to another in present-day, and vice versa. Because of some kind of law of equivalent exchange, the two subjects transported have to weigh the same. Hard to believe the Turtles weigh as much as a regular-sized human being, but whatever. Beyond this rule, everything's a free-for-all. When April and Kenshin (Henry Hayashi) switch spots, they switch clothes, but April keeps her walkman. So... clothes can’t travel back in time but electronics can? Even if those are the “rules”, they get broken more than once when the people who trade spots with Raphael, Michaelangelo, Leonardo, and Donatello arrive in their underwear but the Turtles keep their headbands, belt, and kneepads. What exactly constitutes an article of clothing? I know it's trivial stuff but these inconsistencies combined with April just happening to bump into what is implied to be both Casy Jones’ AND Splinters’ ancestors in the late 1600s makes you wonder if anyone gave this story any scrutiny.
It's a sci-fi action movie with cheap-looking special effects, a story that’s not particularly inventive, characters who aren't interesting and dialogue so bad it often comes back around to be funny. “Who were you expecting? The Addams Family?” Donatello asks. No, definitely not.
I laughed pretty hard at Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3. A few times with it, mostly at it. Even fans of the characters probably won’t enjoy this one very much. If you've run out of bad TMNT movies to make fun of with your friends, watch this one next. It’s pretty bad, and often “so bad, it’s good”. (On VHS, December 3, 2014)

Warren Gatland mocked that theirs weren't earns Nr. 1 world ranking – he says he likes to sacrifice the place to satisfy critics at the top of the sport.
Agustin Pichot, vice president of World Rugby, labeled the ranking system of his own governing body as & # 39; ridiculous & # 39; and suggested Wales should not be a top dog that has not beaten for 66 years New Zealand .
Wales has become England at number 1 after its last World Cup warming and will stay there by beating Ireland at home this weekend.
Wales boss Warren Gatland rejected criticism of his party number 1 in world rugby
And before Saturday's game, Gatland laughed at the comments of the Argentinian Pichot.
& # 39; I'm pretty happy that I can reject the position, & # 39; he joked. & # 39; We will give up from now on! We didn't go in and requested it. If he's not happy, get him from us! It doesn't bother us.
& # 39; We officially refuse the position – thank you very much! & # 39; This was a reaction to the outspoken Pichot who said: & # 39; It is a rank that was done poorly and I said it the first day I arrived at World Rugby.
& # 39; It has no order, it's all mathematical and I'd say it's almost a marketing issue.

& # 39; This was demonstrated when Wales never defeated New Zealand (since the ranking was made in 2003) and now appears first.It's ridiculous! I'm going to change it, I assure you. & # 39;
Gatland – fourteen players from England switched wins fourteen days ago and debuted 21-year-old Owen Lane and prop Rhys Carre – then set the heat on in the fight with Ireland.
Joe Schmidt, their head coach, suffered the worst defeat of his tenure in Twickenham last weekend and lost 57 to 15.
And his counterpart ger said that the Irish are now deeply concerned about the World Cup opener just three weeks away.
& # 39; They are under enormous pressure at home with a lot of criticism, given that they did not go any further in the World Cups than they had expected & # 39 ;, Gatland beat.
& # 39; There are many doubts in the minds of the coaches about who their best players are – some of their players are getting a little older – it is a time to get some of the youngsters into it stop?
Gatland joked that his Wales side was never applied to the rankings and & # 39; can be perfect & # 39; if they must
& # 39; It is a huge game for Ireland that will answer many questions.
& # 39; That is why I am enthusiastic. It is a challenge for us. This is professional sport and we can put a huge dent in their confidence and derail them a bit. & # 39;
Gatland chooses his last 31-person World Cup team on Sunday – and has challenged his marginal players, who are captured by Josh Navidi to make themselves a hero on Saturday and force their plans. Evans and Rhys Patchell each play a half on No 10 knowing that only one will be selected on Sunday to go to Japan with Dan Biggar as one of the two fly halves.
& # 39; They are well aware that they get the chance on Saturday and it's probably a shout between them both, "Gatland said.
" Jarrod gets a chance, we know a little more about Rhys Patchell, so the pressure is on Jarrod and he fully understands that. & # 39;
