How does a bastard orphan son of a horse and a Scotsman….
This is one of the worst things I’ve ever made I think. Just in time for pride month

Taxes can be collected from any kind of money; legal or the illegal kind. That is provided ofcourse no one finds out your money came from the wrong sources.
The Hamilton-Laurens family is an enormous one, yet the majority of them do not work- even when there are bills to be paid. God himself knows that a family of more then ten cannot live on the wages of three.
One of the families adopted children, Lucas, is known to have ties with less credible professions and criminal activities. After all it is well known they were a murderer and a cheat in their past life, would it be so against their morals to dip into the criminal underground once again to source money for the family?
It is also known that one of the family's other children, Philip, has a fondness for gambling, which his parents encouraged with limits untill Philips set of dice showed a dislike towards winning a game. I would say Philip's gambling might be a source of income, however with his habits of losing games he cheated in and wasting his money on booze and brothels- I am inclined to refute such a theory.
The head of the family, Alexander Hamilton Laurens, everyone knows as the man who knows banks and money and all such financial matters. If he knows how to secure money, transfer money, then he must know how to embezzle and steal money.
And on a last note, we must talk of the house. What is going on with it? It was inherited to the family from Pierre, one of the adopted children, and supposedly some add on's such as the farm have been payed by Tarleton, yet who finances the house in whole is yet not clear...
I spoke with the so called 'investigation team' on the topic of the house since I heard they were pursuing, well, an investigation, into the topic, however they were unwilling to answer any questions, they seemed to be too twisted up in some murder investigation of one of the people here... Perhaps they are in kahoots with the family as well?
A money to raise a family of more then ten cannot come from thin air, perhaps the money was made by gambling with the support of the parents, a certain criminal so they do not get caught and a few crooked police officers.
The spontaneous trip to Nevis is not one to glance over, perhaps it were not much of a vacation and much more of an escape...
Tidbits of information and rumors from all around are always appreciated
(Alex has also stolen my credit card please police arrest him)
