So there's this story about this young lady named Sarah that's going into an adventure with her bestie named Jonh Cine and they met friends along the way.

They met this chocolate lady that became their tour guide

but professor wrestler decided to retire cuz he believes that he became delusional that his head went places. MsPaint didn't want to let him go but she eventually accepted

and then they met this prisoner that went to prison cuz he pushed someone for sum reason but the one he pushed is of high-standing so he was put to jail and so Jonh Cine befriended the lonely man and also became Sarahs'

and then they played cards cuz chocolate lady is bored but then Jonh Cine is so nice he wants to donate sum blood in the hospital so he stayed behind

plus the pretty househusband (that she never knew that he knew of what she knew but she'll never know) decided to stay behind the nearby slaughterhouse cuz he wants to chop up meat so

Sarah went on her journey with the rest of her friends (and imaginary friend that for some reason has same name as her bestie)

also, chocolate lady left them in sum hotel and they met these one nurse and a jester that welcomed them in the lobby and a live snobby crab started being a snob

so then Sarah's rockstar and prisoner friends started playing rock-paper-scissors of who will pay for the hotel (yes, the prisoner has coins too) but they ended up getting yanked on the head and punched on the gut by the jester cuz he's annoyed of their squabbles and they were kicked out the hotel

and then jester got pinched after by the snobby crab

and then Sou started to get bored so he borrowed househusband's laptop (it appeared in front of him so why not) and played online games with his assistant-adopted-sibling and Sarah is terrified that they've been playing fortnight (she doesn't know how in one laptop) all three nights so she had Kg's help to get the laptop so they could play animal crossing cuz they're tired of playing with their imaginary friends and also to play with ฅ⁠^⁠•⁠ﻌ⁠•⁠^⁠ฅ

so then Sou refused cuz he a sneaky, beanie ᘛ⁠⁐̤⁠ᕐ⁠ᐷ

Sarah started missing Jonh Cine cuz he's been bullying her in her sleep and she wants to cry and pinch his face

speaking of pinch, they started playing cards again and the snobby crab appeared just to anger everyone by *pinching everyone on the gut* with reality

and then time came when they need to continue their journey but got reminded they still need to pay the hotel so they argue at each other and Kg reluctantly volunteered but then Sou's assistant-adapted-to-sibling felt bad so she volunteered but then Sou didn't want her to pay too so Sou volunteered

then they started to cry at each other

so then MsPaint threw herself into the lobby desk before pulling up her paint and brushes then painting everything in red and pink in a flash and then pulling up people's attention cuz she painted so fast as she pulls offf precise beautiful pieces of art and everyone's distracted that MsPaint stared at Sarah implying they leave

then Sou and his adopted-sibling-to-be decided to join a flower shop so they farewelled Sarah with a present of Jonh Cine in some screen playing appear-disappear-onehalf-onefourth before her group left (Sou still have the laptop btw cuz Sarah didn't notice)

But then they met Sou's ex-bestie, named whateverdafckuwanthisnamebe, also having a journey with his own friends: an emo, a clown, an emo2.0, a bread, a muscle, and a normal person

Technically, whateverdafckuwanthisnamebe is also one of the hotel staff too so he dragged Sarah and what's left of her friends: KiloGrams, ฅ⁠^⁠•⁠ﻌ⁠•⁠^⁠ฅ, and Ronald back into the hotel

they met the boss of the hotel and they were given a game where if they win, they can go back to their journey that is nonsensical cuz bloody what were their goals anyway but they agreed cuz they're broke af having no money and Kg found out he was robbed without knowing (by whateverdafckuwanthisnamebe btw) from the very beginning

whateverdafckuwanthisnamebe trolled them hard before he disappeared from existence when Ronald grilled some burgers and enticed the boss enough to make him the hotel's griller

and everyone was let go

obviously there's still something going on and Sarah saw through and decided, with the help of KiloGrams and ฅ⁠^⁠•⁠ﻌ⁠•⁠^⁠ฅ, commit arson and burned the hotel down

in the end, the three went home anyway cuz arson is tiring okay.

Tafsir Ibn Kathir: Surah An-Nisa Ayah 12

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

12. In that which your wives leave, your share is half if they have no child; but if they leave a child, you get a fourth of that which they leave after payment of legacies that they may have bequeathed or debts. In that which you leave, their (your wives) share is a fourth if you leave no child; but if you leave a child, they get an eighth of that which you leave after payment of legacies that you may have bequeathed or debts.

If the man or woman whose inheritance is in Kalalah has left neither ascendants nor descendants, but has left a brother or a sister, each one of the two gets a sixth; but if more than two, they share in a third; after payment of legacies he (or she) may have bequeathed or debts, so that no loss is caused (to anyone).

This is a Commandment from Allah; and Allah is Ever All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.

Share of the Spouses in the Inheritance

Allah says;

In that which your wives leave, your share is half if they have no child; but if they leave a child, you get a fourth of that which they leave after payment of legacies that they may have bequeathed or debts.

Allah says to the husband, you get half of what your wife leaves behind if she dies and did not have a child. If she had a child, you get onefourth of what she leaves behind, after payment of legacies that she may have bequeathed, or her debts.

We mentioned before that payment of debts comes before fulfilling the will, and then comes the will, then the inheritance, and there is a consensus on this matter among the scholars.

And the rule applies to the grandchildren as well as the children, even if they are greatgrandchildren (or even further in generation).

Allah then said,

In that which you leave, their (your wives) share is a fourth if you leave no child; but if you leave a child, they get an eighth of that which you leave after payment of legacies that you may have bequeathed or debts.

(In that which you leave, their (your wives) share is a fourth) and if there is more than one wife, they all share in the fourth, or one-eighth that the wife gets. Earlier, we explained Allah's statement, (After payment of legacies).

The Meaning of Kalalah

Allah said,

If the man or woman whose inheritance is in question was left in Kalalah, Kalalah is a derivative of Iklil; the crown that surrounds the head.

The meaning of Kalalah in this Ayah is that the person's heirs come from other than the first degree of relative.

Ash-Sha`bi reported that; when Abu Bakr As-Siddiq was asked about the meaning of Kalalah, he said, "I will say my own opinion about it, and if it is correct, then this correctness is from Allah. However, if my opinion is wrong, it will be my error and because of the evil efforts of Shaytan, and Allah and His Messenger have nothing to do with it. Kalalah refers to the man who has neither descendants nor ascendants.''

When Umar became the Khalifah, he said, "I hesitate to contradict an opinion of Abu Bakr.''

This was recorded by Ibn Jarir and others.

In his Tafsir, Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that Ibn Abbas said,

"I was among the last persons to see Umar bin Al-Khattab, and he said to me, `What you said was the correct opinion.'

I asked, `What did I say?'

He said, `That Kalalah refers to the person who has no child or parents.'''

This is also the opinion of Ali bin Abi Talib, Ibn Mas`ud, Ibn Abbas, Zayd bin Thabit, Ash-Sha`bi, An-Nakhai, Al-Hasan Al-Basri, Qatadah, Jabir bin Zayd and Al-Hakam.

This is also the view of the people of Al-Madinah, Kufah, Basra, the Seven Fuqaha, the Four Imams and the majority of scholars of the past and present, causing some scholars to declare that there is a consensus on this opinion.

The Ruling Concerning Children of the Mother From Other Than the Deceased's Father

Allah said,

But has left a brother or a sister, meaning, from his mother's side, as some of the Salaf stated, including Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas.

Qatadah reported that this is the view of Abu Bakr As-Siddiq.

Each one of the two gets a sixth; but if more than two, they share in a third.

There is a difference between the half brothers from the mother's side and the rest of the heirs.

• First, they get a share in the inheritance on account of their mother.

• Second, the males and females among them get the same share.

• Third, they only have a share in the inheritance when the deceased's estate is inherited in Kalalah, for they do not have a share if the deceased has a surviving father, grandfather, child or grandchild.

• Fourth, they do not have more than a third, no matter how numerous they were.

Allah's statement,

After payment of legacies he (or she) may have bequeathed or debts, so that no loss is caused (to anyone).

means, let the will and testament be fair and free of any type of harm, without depriving some rightful heirs from all, or part of their share, or adding to the fixed portion that Allah ordained for some heirs. Indeed, whoever does this, will have disputed with Allah concerning His decision and division.

An authentic Hadith states, Allah has given each his fixed due right.

Therefore, there is no will for a rightful inheritor.

This is a Commandment from Allah; and Allah is Ever All-Knowing, Most Forbearing.

‘Speeding vehicles, potholes among cyclists’ biggest fears’

NEW DELHI: The fear of getting hit by speeding vehicles, traffic congestion and potholes or open drains on roads are some of the biggest barriers for those who want to cycle, a survey conducted across 50 cities has found. One-fifth of the women respondents also flagged the fear of harassment as one of the reasons why they would not prefer to cycle. The survey was conducted by the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) as part of the India Cycles4Change Challenge launched by the housing and urban affairs ministry (Mo-HUA). According to the findings, the respondents also pointed out issues such as lack of cycle parking, obstructions by parked vehicles, and poor street-lighting among others. Nearly 52% of men and 49% of women found cycling unsafe on main roads while 36% and 34% of men and women respondents respectively feared cycling at traffic junctions.

According to the survey, 98% of men and 89% of women respondents said they know how to ride a cycle. Only 7% of the male and 2% of female respondents said they cycle to work or their educational institution. “A resounding 98% of men and 95% of women in this survey have stated that they would cycle to work, education, and for recreation, if cycling becomes safe and convenient in their cities,” said a spokesperson of ITDP India programme. The survey covered over 50,000 respondents and responses were collected to understand the barriers faced while cycling, the purpose of the cycling trip, frequency and an opinion on safe infrastructure. “Using innovative engagement methods, the survey was disseminated through social media, newspaper articles, QR codes and other offline methods to gather maximum responses,” the spokesperson said. It also found that only onefourth of those who know how to cycle, use the non-motorised two-wheeler daily and nearly half of them cycle for a few days a week. The survey has paved the way for 28 cities to identify the pilot corridor and neighbourhood locations, and to address the barriers commonly faced by cyclists. Over 340 km of corridor roads and 210 sq km of neighbourhood areas have been selected across the country for this purpose.
