Loan sharks in exchange to public and private harassment, kills you over time in a coming months with a ton of violent rampage of yelling, anger, murder and illegal possession of firearms & shotguns, making it hard for a borrower to come up with enough funds to repay their loan per month overdue amount. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) must strictly regulate under the Philippine law.

Simplified loan requirements on social media between Facebook and Telegram are made easier as scammers, even nearly legitimate by offering PHP20,000 to PHP200,000, along with your scheduled monthly payment terms ranging from 24 months to 48 months (2-4yrs.) or more.

According to Atty. Gaby Concepcion of "Unang Hirit's Kapuso sa Batas" segment of GMA News, the social media lender will not receive any kind of loan amount in an unlicensed 3rd party lender which leads to a total red flag and never received on time. Loan scams are a type of advance and miscellaneous fees is an absolutely dangerous fraud meaning the victim can only be committed to yourself when the money that you pay for goes into a sand dust of none. In short, it's a bit of cesspool money to waste. However, if the 3rd party unlicensed lender declares a legitimate loan payer to your borrower's request the said loan approval, it will safely disburse your loan money thru online e-wallets in the Philippines.

Loan scammer(s) and optional harassments can face a lot of charges in a physical world of Republic Act #10175 or Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, Republic Act #10173 or Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Article 282, 286 and/or 287: Section 3 of the Revised Penal Code; including Facebook's Terms of Service: Section 4.2 and Community Standards: Section 1.5, and followed by an additional violation of Memorandum Circular #18: Series of 2019 or Prohibition on Unfair Debt Collection Practices of Financing and Lending Companies issued by the SEC. Violators may face a 2-month suspension per unlicensed social media lender with a PHP1M fine, a total revocation for Certificate of Authority to operate as a Financing/Lending Company or both.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Philippine National Police - Anti-Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG), Mynt Fintech Innovations Inc. (GCash-MFI), Maya Bank Inc. (MBI, former e-wallet brand of PayMaya), Coins.PH (a Crypto-based e-wallet) and Meta Platforms Inc. (MPI-FB) are working together to combat these loan scammers and other illegal activities online, in connection by asking a fee of nonsense. Free advertisers in 3rd party loan advert posts without a consent of transparency, legitimacy and trust, including a repetitious spam and scams are subject to a permanent suspension on social medias (including the evasive use of VPN or Virtual Private Network) without a parole.

Lender organization officials told OneNETnews, you can only loan in any specific amount, along with your complete requirements and a purpose of the loan at the authorized online lending apps and physical banks instead like the examples of CIMB Bank and Union Bank.

Mostly sometimes, if it's good to be true when deducted a fee per 3rd party loan amount or anything nonsense to the public, you will fall automatically a bad payer victim whether its free or paid fee regardless of its credit history. Per conclusion of this undercover investigation on our digital news team, it will not be trusted this much and it was a total loan scam. Week two of the Bonfire Art Bash: Storytelling! I always enjoyed those colouring/story combo books as a kid and wanted to continue this year's personal theme of "things I could hand/mail to their characters' owners if they wanted them," so I made a trio of colouring pages, then coloured them myself! Gave it a stained glass look too, both because that makes it more satisfying to colour (for me, anyway) and because it's a neat effect that's easy to pull off—avoid large uninterrupted swaths of space and repeating the same exact colour next to itself and you're golden.

Bonus: the heights of the characters aren't quite square but they were designed to make one big continuous image if you hide the "middle" borders!

Been mulling over an intersection of experiences I had last week and coming to the conclusion that I want it to mean something and inspire me to action, I just don't know how.

We read a text in my Women, Gender, and Science class last week that discussed the gendered/sexual language that began to be used in botany around the time of Linnaeus, and I took the opportunity to point out that there was a lot of allo- and amatonormativity happening in the same descriptions. My professor seemed enthused to hear me talk about it, but even more significantly, one of the grad students in the class, who'd been furiously taking notes while I was talking, mentioned it was the first time she'd learned about the terms and seemed extremely interested in what I was pointing out. It felt validating to bring up an angle of discussion that's a product of my own very aromantic perspective and have someone else find it well-articulated and compelling enough to take an academic interest in my point.

--And then, a few hours later, leadership for the queer student group I'm in (which I have become involved with in an official capacity, so that included me) had to deal with an instance of arophobic harassment in our Discord server, prompted by an aspec person harmlessly venting about Valentine's Day things already feeling inescapable.

All this happened the same day I ran our group's student activities fair booth, and a day after I attended my first student government meeting after signing up for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee -- and specifically an advocacy project related to LGBTQA+/BIPOC mental health needs on campus -- so it's not exactly like I'm sitting around twiddling my thumbs when it comes to queer activism and advocacy. But broadening someone's horizons by explaining terms that affect me daily and witnessing an attack on an aspec person from within the community, in a space where I've never seen anything like that happen to someone who wasn't aro or ace, has me thinking complicated thoughts about how much work there is left to do when it comes to ace and aro advocacy specifically, and coming to the conclusion that while I have plenty of ideas for ways to be outspoken about my community's needs as a trans person these days, I have a lot fewer when it comes to my asexual and aromantic identities.

Something to keep thinking about, I guess, although I really do wish that caring deeply about aspec issues didn't feel so niche and lonely.

but now she’s hardcore trying to push brilliant diamond on me and i’m like hey yeah i would be down to play at some point! but i’m playing tears of the kingdom rn and i cannot simply interrupt one game to play another. so now that she knows i’ve beat the game she literally brought over bd and once again i’m trying to explain ok first of all i’m still doing other side stuff in totk. and second of all even if i got tired of playing the actual game she needs to understand. hyperfixation mode is going to last at least two more months. beating the game is not the same as being emotionally over it
