Jan 20 Yoga practice allows the pain that is already in us to be experienced. Card Pull - Treat Yourself So, I maybe should have remembered to read today's post before my practice. I definitely thought my discomfort was a problem! Especially when trying to hold that Camel Pose! And I have to laugh at the Treat Yourself because I did the responsible thing and turned down an invite to go skating at Elkridge to do the responsible thing and work on my hubby's books. Not a lot of free weekend's lately! Also, I made a pact with myself to not purchase ANY decks this year!
