People who don’t understand how archival standards work shut up about AO3 forever challenge.

“All fanworks and fannish works by authors who want to be on the archive and whose work does not break US law” is a set of standards. They may not match your standards for your fanfic archive, but yes— your archival standards can, in fact, be “all of it” if you have money for the server costs. Also most archives dealing with oral histories and texts have rules for creators to remove their work from the archive. None of these complaints make AO3 not an archive.

I’m so tired of people pretending they understand how archival (or any!) collection development works.

Minish (Minish Cap / Four Swords) / they/them / 12 years old

Minish has never been one for talking. They're reserved and self contained but quite bright. As a system, they've never felt like they've had a place to slot into. Turmoil from their past still lingers as an echo in the back of their mind, and with the freshness of their adventure, even at the young age of 12 they have a lot to think about.

They only just discovered they're a system, so they have No Idea what's happening they just work here.

Collectively, they go by "Link" or "Minish".

System Members;

Link (he/they) - Primary host and protector. (15 years old) Green (he/him) - co-host, primary protector and caretaker (20-24 yrs) Red (he/fae) - Soother, emotional outlet and symptom holder. (18-19 yrs) Blue (he/they) - Gatekeeper, primary protector/avenger and emotional outlet. (23 yrs) Vio (they/them) - academic helper and archivist (means that they end up storing all the sys information (18-20 yrs) Shadow (he/they/ze) - factive introject, dead alter and a misguided protector. Link has a VERY hard time accepting he's part of their system (ageless) Clover (he/she/they) - caretaker and protector (14-16 yrs) Minish (he/they) - a little in their system! they have a running suspicion that Link split from Mini. (8-12)

Hello and Welcome to the Tomb! This blog was created because we (the Caretakers/Admins) want to show our appreciation for those creators who sadly haven't gotten the love and recognition they deserve! Here we hope to showcase the amazing writers, artists and other creators that are in the fandom. Though we love and appreciate everyone in the fandom, this place is meant to spotlight the 'smaller' creators who tend to get overlooked so they can shine alongside their beautiful creations!

This is not a place for hate or judgement, and we will not tolerate any of that on our page. You may also be subject to blocking or reporting if any issues persist, so keep that in mind when commenting/reblogging our posts.

As we are just starting up this page we will only be posting on Mondays, Fridays and sometimes Wednesday! But as this blog grows, so will our posts and schedule but don't worry, we'll be announcing that shift whenever it happens!

I hope everyone who celebrates has a blessed Ostara! Decided to draw something new just for today, since I can't plant a seed. (You know, planting a metaphorical seed).

This period of the season is a great time to start planting seeds and bringing new life, to blossom after the long period of darkness from the season before. We clean our spaces, start our gardens or learn new skills that we might not end up carrying with us later. Whatever you choose to celebrate the season of renewal and growth, I truly hope it goes easy for you.

Every season is lovely and beautiful in its own ways. The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is now. /ref

we just need to stop acting like this is instagram, or that anyone cares what your blog looks like. people don’t see your likes, they see your reblogs. you want that favourite content creator to post more art? you want that writer to post the next chapter of your fav fic?? reblog it. share it. show them you care, because otherwise they won’t. this is a hobby we do for free. you consume our stuff for free. you aren’t entitled to it, so please just reblog, it isn’t hard.
