Trying to get through a mental crisis on your own is definitely nothing easy for anybody, or maybe it is for some, but I am definitely not one that can handle it. I dont even get through it in a healthy way. I remember each panic attack, how it made me feel, how it took so much energy out of me, everything. I also remember people not understanding. How lonely that has always made me feel. Sometimes its hard for me to understand myself too though, but not in the way that everyone else doesnt understand.

Overthink adalah tanda sebenarnya bahwa kamu peduli.

Peduli akan apa yang terjadi pada masa depanmu. Peduli akan apa yang sedang terjadi. Peduli akan segala hal.

Tapi kembali lagi, hari-harimu tidak bisa dikendalikan dengan overthink yang ada. Justru malah membuat kamu enggan dan sulit untuk melangkah.

Banyak hal yang membuat kamu menjadi takut karena kamu merasa bahwa sepertinya masa depanmu akan suram, tak seindah apa yang kamu harapkan.

Kembali lagi, banyak hal yang tidak bisa kamu kendalikan dalam hidup ini, karena sepenuhnya itu adalah kuasa Tuhan.

Ketika kamu berdoa kepada-Nya, maka percayalah selalu kepada-Nya, tidak perlu takut, tidak perlu cemas, tidak perlu khawatir. Tidak perlu untuk overthink kembali.

Semua akan baik-baik saja. Lakukan yang terbaik apa yang bisa dilakukan sekarang.

Kamu harus semangat, dan aku pun juga mau terus semangat.

Tumblr is always a fountain of inspiration, as is coffee. The promise of a large caramel latte, a little half asleep day dreaming and a Shakespeare quote inspired me this morning. I seem to be writing a mini ‘over the coffee cup’ fantasy series, I wonder where that will take me. Inspiration comes to me at calm moments, when my head empties of clutter, usually either sipping coffee, long drives or…

Sometimes, I wonder what should I do with this feeling.

Have you ever felt so worried and frustrated at the same time.  If only you could just call their phones again and again just to know if they’re alright. Sadly you could just limit yourself up to three calls, fearing that you might rub off as clingy or  someone as who thinks too much. 

I just wanted to know if you got home safe.

and on a selfish note, I wanted you to be the last voice I hear before I sleep at night.

Its hard wanting someone when they make you happy when you're down, laugh when you feel like you can't and you both enjoy each others company.

Its harder ignoring all of that because you don't want to ruin what you already have.
