You can indulge in your sweet tooth with these guilt-free Raw Vegan Chocolate Cashew Cookies. They don't need to be baked, are loaded with nutrient-dense ingredients, and are paleo-friendly. Enjoy these healthy cookies whenever you want a chocolate fix without breaking the bank.
Ingredients: 1 cup cashews. 1/2 cup dates. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 2 tablespoons coconut oil. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. A pinch of salt. 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine cashews and dates. Pulse until they form a sticky, dough-like consistency. Add raw cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Blend until everything is well combined. If desired, fold in shredded coconut for added texture and flavor. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into cookie shapes. Place the cookies on a parchment paper-lined tray or plate. Refrigerate the cookies for at least 30 minutes to firm them up. Enjoy your delicious Raw Vegan Chocolate Cashew Cookies!

INGREDIENTS:
• 3 green apples, diced
• 3 red apples, diced
• 3 Ib grapes
• 6 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 3 lb strawberries, halved
• 18 oz raspberries
• 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
• 3/4 cup honey
• 6 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• zest of 6 limes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all of your fruit to a large bowl.
2. Whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest in small bowl.
3. Pour over fruit just before serving and toss to evenly coat.

Directions: 1. Place all ingredients into a food processor on high for 45 seconds-60 seconds or until. ingredients are almost smooth and start to form a ball. 3. Separate mixture into 14 evenly sized balls. 4. Sprinkle with more cinnamon. 5. Store in an airtight container.

Paleo Candied Cashews

1 cup cashews (or other nut)
4 tablespoons maple sugar
1 teaspoon palm shortening
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the palm shortening. Wait till it melts.
3. Pour the maple sugar, salt, and cashews into the saucepan and stir to combine.
4.  Turn the heat to low and continue to stir. Heat the mixture for 5 minutes, or until the sugar has melted and coats the nuts.
5. Pour the nuts onto the prepared baking sheet. Let cool until they are cool enough to work with, pull apart any nut clumps that are sticking.
Store in an air tight container at room temp for 1 week.

Paleo Banana Recipe | Paleo Guilty Free
Ingredients: 1. 3 medium-ripe bananas. 2. 2 eggs. 3. 1 tablespoon nut butter (e.g. almond butter) 4. 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 5. 3/4 cup almond flour 6. 1/3 cup coconut flour 7. 1/2 cup raw cacao powder 8. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 9. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 10. 1/2 cup paleo-friendly chocolate chips or coarsely chopped paleo-friendly chocolate.
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a 8” x 4” bread pan with parchment paper or spray with a nonstick cooking spray. 2. Combine bananas, eggs, nut butter and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. 3. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, baking soda and sea salt and whisk together until well combined. 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well incorporated, then fold in chocolate chips. 5. Pour dough into your bread pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
