Party Crasher is based on John Travolta’s character in Saturday Night Fever, and his afro and mustache is based on some common styles popular at the height of disco’s popularity!

It all really goes to show how well designed Party Crasher is and how much thought went into his outfit. 

Easily in the Top 3 Akuma designs in the show for sure

Regarding Andre given episodes like party Crusher, it does seem like he'll try to find ways to get out of actually spending time with Chloe

I think that was more just not wanting to be Chloe's make-up model anymore.
