hi guyssss this is basically a post of some cute activities to do while you're regressed, but are health/beauty/hygiene related. sometimes when we're little, doing things like applying makeup isn't a good idea, because it could go in our mouths, or we could poke ourselves, etc.! this post is a list of things you can do to still fill that need while being safe. these activities can also help you regress 🫧🧼🐤🛁🌟🧽🐳🐠✨🪮

what is NEVER okay, no matter your big or little age⛔🚫👎 🚫starving yourself 🚫 engaging with diet culture in general 🚫comparing yourself and your eyes, hair, makeup, face, beauty, etc. to others 🚫 hurting yourself to look more beautiful 🚫not taking proper safety precautions (for example if you are clumsy without a cg, then make sure you have one around when handling hot tools!) 💗 your body, your face, your lack of hygiene, does not make you less of a regressor or less of a person. we all struggle and we are all beautiful in our own ways. i hope by taking care of yourself like this you can appreciate and show yourself some love!

→ where can i buy some of these things? ✨ you can get a lot of cheap makeup, hair accessories, and hairbrushes at the dollar store, toy stores, or claire's! ✨ i would NOT recommend putting dollar store makeup on your face if you have sensitive skin, but it's okay for giant barbie head. she has special skin that doesn't get irritated and is happy to model it for you!! ✨ toy makeup you can obviously get at toy stores or online, and it's pretty easy to DIY some ✨you can get fun scented soaps and lotions at the dollar store (sometimes), department stores such as walmart or target, claire's and bath and body works. ✨ bath bombs can be found at lush and department stores ✨ face masks/skincare for kids: department stores, claire's, toy stores (maybe? haven't checked) ✨ sticker earrings, rhinestones, temporary tattoos: claire's, online, toy stores

→ help! i used a new soap/lotion/etc. and now my skin is irritated! oh, no, i'm so sorry!!! you should let your cg know, if you have one. then also check the bottle for instructions on what to do. it will probably say wash the area with mild, non irritating soap and warm water. discontinue use of the product as well! you will most likely be okay after removing it from your skin. and remember to never drink or consume any cosmetic item, no matter how yummy it smells or looks or even TASTES :0 i hope this was fun to read and you get to do fun stuff !!! say safe everyone, i love u, and i'm taking suggestions as well for stuff to add!! lots of love 💗🪽

oh my god am i .. HERE ??? GIVING AN ASK WHAT!!!!!!

so sorry for disappearing, so much of my life is changing right now, and im no longer as hyperfixated on one piece as i used to be but i was scrolling through the fandom agere tag just now and saw a little bakugo post and i RAN here because i had ideas

anyways hi little bakugo LET ME SPEAK !!!!!! as i was saying, baby bakugo, yes. i love him

hes a regressor that for the longest time has no idea hes regressing. he doesnt know what age regression is, he doesnt know he experiences it either, he just know sometimes hes calmer, smaller, and alone. it doesnt happen often at first, maybe after he can relax after a particularly hard test, or an argument with his parents that got a little too serious. but after his encounter with the sludge villian hes regressing at least once a week.

he deals with this weird kinda perma-regression sometimes. i dont know a better title but there will be times that he will be some form of regressed constantly ranging from a few weeks to a few months until he can fully settle into an adult headspace again. he doesnt know what hes doing— can barely register he is that funny kind of perma regressed. its harder for him to understand things, hes more emotional (not that he’d ever admit it), craves comfort, and is much less angry than usual.

the class figures out somethings up when during a “class bonding” night bakugo gets through an entire conversation with izuku without raising his voice for any reason. theyre even more confused when during this conversation izuku moves his seat closer to bakugo and the guy doesnt say a word about it. the night ends with bakugo wrapped up in a blanket doing everything but laying on the couch and is staying as silent as a mouse.

the class chalks this up to bakugo missing his strict 8 o’clock bedtime.

i feel like he probably finds out that hes at the very least not in his normal headspace because of kirishima. kirishima catches everything up with bakugo, bakugos mental health can NOT hide from this guy😭😭😭 its manly to care about your friends, after all.

^ but maybe they and the bakusquad are all chilling in kiris room and he regresses younger than he usually does so much so he unknowingly shoves his pointer finger in his mouth to chew on, they all catch this very quickly but they dare not say nothing.

kirishima does not have that issue. maybe a little “Why are you doing that, man? Get your fingers out of your mouth thats not good for you, you can get really sick, bro. :(“ as he slowly and gently guides his finger out of his mouth, maybe bakugo looks at him with the saddest and most confused pair of eyes kiris ever seen out of him letting out a little “What:( why?” in a pitch higher than normal. and they all kind of just stare at eachother for a moment before bakugos face turns read from recognition and embarrassment as he quickly gets the hell out of there. and that very moment is the one he realizes he is not, and has not been in a adult headspace for a while.

~A big thing that has stopped Bakugou from figuring out that what regression is, is the fact that he spends so much time never feeling that same floaty soft feeling again that he swears each time he must have been making it up.

~So like nearly perma regressed for weeks at a time, to then nothing. And no one points out anything to him as being strange, so clearly he is just over tired and imagining things

~Ahhhh wait that’s so cute with Kiri!!! Gosh this feels like one of those things where the whole class knows except for Bakugo.

~Like they look into regression and do a bunch of research and assume that Bakugo must’ve trusted them enough already with this part of him to regress around them.

~Meanwhile, Bakugo has no idea what’s happening very confused especially the times he already feels floaty and the soft way his friends are talking to him is not helping. (I have a soft spot for regressors in denial can you tell)

The noise in the station rang loud in your ears. You followed the policeman through the noisy precinct into a quiet room in the back. A pout sat on your lips as you waited in the darkened lights in front of the big mirror. It wasn’t until a new man walked through the door you let up on the pout you were sending to your reflection.

You know the man. His name was Jim. You’d met him once, though you can’t remember when you remember why. Last time you saw the detective was when he sent you to live with your current “caretaker”. The best decision that was ever made for you was being placed into Naomi’s care. Although you were made aware later it was the kind doctor lady who told him it was the safest option. Lee, was her name if you remembered right. You never were told, however, what happened to your mother and brother.

Maybe that’s why they brought you back? You could finally see your brother again, then again they said he was in trouble so, maybe not… You don’t care much for your mom. She wasn’t around much and when she was she was always screaming. You doubt she’d change, ever.

“Y/n…” A voice pulls you out. Jim’s voice.

You hum in response. A smile grows at the recognition. Slightly proud of yourself for remembering so well. 

“Did anyone tell you why you’re here?” He asks while he sits down.

You shake your head in response.

“Do you, uh, remember who I am?” He asks nervously.

Why would that make him hesitate? Of course you remember. You're a big girl, you can do that much.

“Uh huh, I remember you.” You reply nodding enthusiastically. “Is the lady doctor still here too?” You ask kindly.

He raises his brows. “Lee?” You nod. “Yeah, she’s still here… You don’t watch the news do you, Y/n?”

“Nuh uh,” You answer. “Miss Naomi says I shouldn’t do that.”

“Right.” He smiles strangely before it falls again. “Have you seen Miss Naomi today?”

You tilt your head in confusion. Now that you think about it, you hadn’t seen her today. She went out for groceries and the next person you saw was the nice cop guy at the door. Was she okay? Did she get in trouble like Jerome did?

“Have you seen her?” Jim pushes again.

A pout grows on your lips again. “No, sir. Not after she left this morning…”

“Have you seen either of your brothers?” He asks suddenly.

Brothers? Brothers… Right… You have another brother too… What was his name? Your big brothers Jerome and, and, Jeremiah... He was always the calm one. Jerome made the jokes while Jeremiah patched you up. Jeremiah made puzzles and Jerome made the stages. Jeremiah was methodical and mean. Jerome was quick and cruel. 

But. You haven’t seen either in years. Miah, a lot longer than Romie. 

“Y/n. This is important. Have you seen or spoken to Jerome or Jeremiah?” Jim asks strictly.

“ ‘s been a really long time.” You whisper.

He stares. “How long?”

“Miah’s been gone a while when we still lived with momma… Haven’t seen Romie since he got in trouble… Are they okay?” Confusion and fear held clear on your face.

“They’re fine.” Jim says. He sounds angry. He looks at you for a moment. “I don’t think you’re safe.”

“Why not?” Your brows furrow.

“Your brothers are,” He hesitates, trying to find the words. “Dangerous.”

“Dangerous…” You drag on.

“I think they might hurt you.” He says.

“No they won’t.” You state, factually.

No, they protected you. They could get really angry, but they never hurt you, not like mom did. Break things, scream, but never hurt. Jeremiah patched you up so many times, and Jerome held you as you cried so many nights. Why did he think your older brothers would hurt you?

Before your conversation could continue the detective's phone rang. He left you with a simple command and a point of his finger. “Don’t move.”

So, you sat once again unmoving in the little, dimly lit room. You sat for a few moments before a visceral noise hit your ears. You hadn’t heard someone scream the way these people had since you were in the circus. What were they doing out there? You’d go look, but the detective seemed real serious about you not leaving.

So, you’ll wait. And wait. And wait. And, oh god, how long is this going to take? Isn't it enough they took you away from home, but now they’re gonna make you wait? You were going to surprise Naomi with your very own comic when she got home, and now the surprise isn’t going to be finished. She’s probably already seen it. Those big jerks. Except Jim, he at least came to talk to you for a little bit.

Oh well. These things never really go as planned. She’s gonna love it anyways, you’re sure of it.

It wasn’t much longer till you started “exploring” the small room. Your exploring mostly consisted of knocking on the mirror hoping for a response. One knock, nothing. Two knocks, nothing. A sigh, three knocks, nothing. It kinda reminded you of when mom would lock you out of the trailer at the circus.

Four knocks, a fun little pattern, and… Two knocks back. You didn’t mean to, but you jumped a bit at the response. Someone finally answered, you. You knock back with the other person's pattern. A giggle-like squeal escapes you when a very noisy pattern knocks back. This game is much more fun when someone responds! You try to recreate the pattern, but discover you don’t quite have enough hands.

“Well, I guess you beat me.” You smile at the glass.

The knocking stopped and you traveled back to the seat you were in before, and you continued waiting. 

Suddenly, you heard the pattern again, but this time it was from the door. You shot your head to the door. You thought about playing again, but what if it was Jim? What if it was a test like momma used to do? The ones where she’d wrap her hands around your neck when you failed. “Don’t knock on the doors, Y/n.” She’d tell you as you laid on the ground when she wasn’t angry anymore. When she wasn’t disappointed in you failing anymore.

You waited patiently, not really, for the door to peel open. When it finally did the door blocked the person in the doorway.

“Hello~” The man called out.

His voice was both gravely and high pitched. A part of you felt comforted by the sound. Another part felt frightened by his loud presence. Other noises could be heard from beyond the door. Screams and loud bangs surrounded the halls. It was discomforting and alluring…

When the man crept into the room finally you noticed how he bent his tall form down slightly. Like he was prepared for something bad. He didn’t look right at you as he was busy listening to the whispering voice still hiding behind the door frame. 

“Hi!” You called out wanting the man to face you. “I’m Y/n. What’s your name?” Smile on the edge of your seat.

It’s been a while since you’ve met someone new. Naomi always said it wasn’t a good idea for you.

When the ginger turned on his heel to face you, you saw his face light up. Such a familiar face…

“Hello, Doll~” He said with a grin.

His eyes were lit with mischief, with love, and something you just couldn’t understand. His face was scarred around the edges and around his eyes. His smile was permanent in the corners of his lips. He wore a tannish, yellow suit that had something red and sticky clinging to certain parts of the cloth.

His arms were out slightly like he was waiting for someone to throw themselves at him, which he wasn’t wrong, because the second you recognized him you were throwing yourselves into his arms.

A squeal left your lips. Was it really him? Your big brother was back. Was that why Jim brought you here? You couldn’t keep the smile from your lips. He smells like cookies and pennies. He’s so much different than you remember, but it was him. It was Jerome.

He picks you up and holds you in his arms. Your legs wrap around his hips and your arms around his neck.

“You came back!” You gleam.

“Ohoho! You thought you were rid of me for good huh? Well hate to break it to ya angel you’re stuck with me.” He says bouncing you lightly in his arms. Romie seems genuinely happy. It was so different than he used to be.

“So… You’re not in trouble anymore?” He’s back, so he’s not in time out anymore right?

He looks at you with a goofy face. Eyebrows down and a smile that mimicked a frown. 

“Is that where they said I was?” Jerome asks. A darker look crosses his face. You nod. “Well, I’ll tell you a secret.” He lowers his voice and it gets more gravely. “They’re liars. They took you from me and lied to keep us separated.” His voice filled with hate.

“Why- why would they do that?” You ask, slightly frightened by what your big brother’s telling you.

His eyes narrow to the side as a loud ringing goes off outside the room. “Well it’s because they’re big meanies, duhh.” He says it in a way that makes you giggle. “Now,” Jerome says, setting you on the ground. “Let’s ditch this joint.”

A hum left your mouth. “Where’re we goin?”

“Home,” He smiles. “Obviously.”

Everything else went by in a flash. The loud men and the banging of the metal toys. Your big brothers hand wrapped yours up as he pulled you away from the chaos. The car drove fast down the road and Jerome laughed so much you were scared he’d stop breathing.

Eventually things calmed down. Jerome answered every question you had, although every answer made you feel slightly uneasy. Not towards him, of course, no, towards all those cruel people who separated your little family.

The car ride reminded you a bit about being in the circus. The long drive where only Romie was there to talk to.

When the two of you, and whoever was driving the car, got to where you were going Jerome helped you out. Looking around you were surrounded by trees. It’s been a while since you’ve been in such a pretty place. The two of you entered this big grey structure and you held his hand as he led you down a very long set of stairs, ignoring the buzzing noise that happened when the door closed.

At the end of the stairs you’re met with a hall. After a few twists and turns you caught on.

“It’s a maze!” You say with a shout and a grin.

Your big brother jumps from your sudden loud noise after so many minutes of silence.

“Geez! Blow your big bros eardrums out why dontcha.” He says with a fake pout as he wiggles his ear. “And uh duh. You know how Miah is with all his puzzles.” He says holding on to the “s”.

Jeremiah’s here? You were gonna see him too?

Laughter filled your chest and you started to bounce slightly. This was so exciting.

“We’re gonna see Miah!” You laugh out in glee.

“Yeah, yeah don’t sound so happy bout it, will ya.” Jerome says, but there's a smile beneath the petty comment.

They always did jab at each other.

“Why’re we taking so long we gotta go!” You say pulling Romie further down the hall.

It took only a little longer after you started pushing your brother to move faster. The door felt important once you finally stood in front of it.

Your excitement died a bit in your throat. Your younger mind hadn’t had the chance to doubt whether or not Jerome wanted to see you. He just showed back up and loved you, but this wasn’t the same. You had those few minutes and now standing at the door you were doubting yourself.

What if he had forgotten you as much as you had him? What if he doesn’t wanna see you again? What if he hates you?

You hold onto Jerome's hand when he goes to open the door effectively stopping him. He gives a gruff hum as he looks at you like you had two heads.

“What if he doesn’t want me ‘round?” You pout frightfully.

He bursts into a shrill laughter. It lasted only a few seconds and you didn’t understand why he was laughing. “You two have a lot in common, dontcha?” He laughs. “Believe me, Doll, if he didn’t want you here I wouldn’t have brought you here.”

He was right. Jerome would never lie to you, right? So, everything’s going to be fine. Miah and you are gonna get along just like before. Maybe even better! You and Jerome already are.

The ginger opens the door and once again you're faced with your long lost brother. The man didn’t even look up from his detailed papers. Does he like doodling too? 

Jerome looked really different, but Jeremiah looked like a completely different person. His eyes were light green and held heavy focus. His skin was as white as the paper he held, and his dark green hair was combed back perfectly. He wore a purple suit, it was clean and pressed unlike Jerome’s that was now stained with dark red.

“I thought we agreed you would start knocking rather than just barging in.” His voice was smooth and monotone.

You wanted to jump at him. Hug him and not let go. You wanted to, but he sounded upset, annoyed.

“So sorry, your highness.” Jerome answered with a dramatic bow. “I thought you’d want to see what a cutie our little sister is.” This time he turns and pinches your cheeks causing you to squeak a bit.

The man straightened immediately. Did he forget Romie was bringing you home today?

When he turns to look at you his eyes lighten. He seems almost shocked or maybe relieved when he looks at you. It feels like he’s looking at something that you can’t see. You can’t help but shy away a bit from the solid stare.

It was like you both were assessing each other. Waiting and waiting for the next move. Jerome moved to another part of the large room, and you peel your eyes from Jeremiah to watch him throw himself onto a couch. 

Looking back you wave slightly. “Hi.”

“Hello.” He responds simply.

“Y’look different.” You say quietly.

His stoic face broke slightly as you see a smile break through and fall away again.

You shuffle your feet. You had no idea what to say or do next. Jerome was always so open you knew exactly what to do. Jeremiah was always a wall and you really just wanted to hug him.

He hums. “Come here.”

You shoot your head up and walk over. A smile cracks through his face again. You look up at him expectantly.

Jeremiah lays his hand on your cheek softly. “What’re you doing?” You ask in a whisper.

“You’ve changed quite a bit yourself since we’ve last seen each other. I suppose I am just memorizing you again.” He says as if he himself was unsure.

“Oh.” You nod and breathe deeply. “Can I hug you?” You say looking at the floor.

He laughs… He laughed! Your head shoots up to look at his face and you can’t help but stare. Even back at the circus Miah didn’t really laugh, but here he was, a smile on his face. It was over almost as soon as it started, but you were completely thrown off by it.

“Would you like that?” He asks with an odd smile.

You nod quickly.

Your big brother hums again. He steps closer before pulling you to his chest. You can’t help the excited giggle as you wrap your arms as far around him as you could. He smelt like mint and pine. Jeremiah's arms held you harder than you expected.

“I missed you.” You whisper with your face buried in his suit.

It was true you always felt like something was missing. You always felt empty. You knew you were different. Naomi and Lee told you so. You understood that most people wouldn’t understand your way of thinking. That’s why you always kept them in your heart, even if they weren’t on your mind.

It was true you’ve missed your big brothers so much.

“Of course you have.” Miah states factually.

“Of course she’s, what?” Romie calls from across the room.

You can feel the scoff that slips from Jeremiah’s lips and you giggle quietly to yourself. 

“You do not need to be involved in everything.” The ex-ginger claims.

“So mean~ brother. Wouldn’t want to give a little sis the wrong idea would you.” Your other brother dares as he walks closer to the two of you.

Jerome pulls you away from your other brother. Jeremiah just glares back. You whine and look up at him with a pout. 

Why would he do that? “Miah was warm…” You look at him doe eyed.

Romie screeches out a laugh. “Oh! You are just too cute!” He reaches out and squishes your face in his hands. “Isn’t she just adorable?” Romie says and holds you out to Miah.

“Shut up.” The other practically hisses. “Come here.” He says looking at you.

“Nope!” Jerome says, pulling you back into him instead. “All mine~” He grins.

“Romie, that's not fair!” You giggle out.

“And incredibly childish.” Jeremiah continues, grabbing your arm and lifting you into his own.

Jeremiah rests you on his hip. You can’t help but smile at the proximity. Your hands traced his suit, and you listen to the back and forth between the twins. Eventually the three of you moved to that couch in the corner of the room. The conversation bloomed and it was like you’d never been apart before.

It feels strange being here. It’s like a balloon full of confetti was being held over your head; you had no idea when it was going to pop or why it was even there. It was exciting and scary, yet you never felt more safe than you did tightly in the grasp of your big brothers.

If only you knew the truth…

Naomi’s body limp and unmoving a few rooms over. The cops that are mourning their colleagues. Jim is searching the cameras wondering why you would leave so willingly, did you really not know what they’ve done?

Of course Jerome and Jeremiah were in the best mood they’ve been in since teaming up. Their perfect little sister back in their grasp again. So many years without that perfect little mediator. A perfect buffer. The perfect balance for their chaos and gore was your sweetness and innocence. What a perfect scene it was; even if they wanted to tear each other apart they finally had you, their little sister.

Responsibility and Regression

One thing I don’t think is discussed enough in the agere community is regressors who are very responsible and mature outside of headspace. There’s so much infantilism surrounding age regression, even within the community itself, that the maturity of the regressor themself is often left out of the picture.

Even though we regress, plenty of us are perfectly responsible adults outside of headspace. We have jobs. We have families. We have pets, cars, bills, etc—just like the rest of the world. Just because someone is a regressor doesn’t automatically (and most of the time doesn’t!) make them “immature” or “childish.”

Yes, there is some amount of ‘Peter Pan’ in us; we have latched onto a safer, younger headspace for our mental health’s benefit. But that doesn’t make you an incapable adult. Even perma-regressors should be recognized for their maturity; they have to manage their lives even inside of that younger-headspace. And that’s really remarkable. It can be tough trying to fit all these real-life problems into regression. Everyone struggles with the overwhelming sense of insecurity the world has thrown at us, which feels even heavier when you have a child’s headspace. I know I’ve said this for numerous problems before, BUT BE KIND TO YOURSELF! Be patient as you figure it out! You can do it!

So take this as your reminder that (1) You are a valid regressor is you have a mature life outside of Little Space, (2) That regressors don’t have to fit into the boxes of “adults who refused to grow up,” and (3) It’s okay to struggle with that responsibility as well.

Little Space can be an escape from these problems, and that doesn’t:t make you incapable, or less worthy than non-regressors. You’re awesome, alright? Lots of love, everyone, and happy regressing

A dark shadowy figure stands at the foot of your bed, white eyes glowing in the darkness of the room. The figure has fabric connected to another figure clutched in his hand, and as you follow it, you see your adoptive father. He's clutching his sides, turned away from you as to not show you his weakness.

You try to reach out for the man you now call your father, and the shadowy figure, now identified as Batman, stops you. He grasps your wrist in a tight hold and drops your father. Batman drags you out of the room as you scream and cry for for your father to help. You don't want to leave him, you don't want to leave! Batman's got it all wrong!

You wake suddenly, eyes popping open and sitting upright abruptly as you try to calm down from the nightmare you experienced. You look over at where your father is sleeping, gone to bed in a shirt and boxers, and you debate waking him.

After mulling it over in your head, you finally muster enough courage to get out of the bed that he tucked you into, still holding onto a stuffie that Uncle Jervis gave to you, and you climb up onto the bed. Not 'cause you're scared or anything, but because you want to make sure he's okay.

He can feel a dip in the bed he was lying in, softly waking to the noise of you trying to subtly crawl under the covers. "Little one, what are you doing?" Your voice is soft and has an undertone of sadness. "I had a nightmare... Can I sleep with you?" He chuckles, the thought of needing to ask to spend time with your papa is amusing to him, and he reaches his arm out to grab you. He pulls you closer to him and wraps his arms around you, pulling the blanket around the both of you. "Of course, my little puzzle. There's no need to ask."

You sniffle, cuddling closer to him as you turn into the little spoon. "Might I ask what the nightmare was about?" You close your arms around the stuffie and close your eyes." "'M got scared that Batman would take me away... And he beat you up." He frowns at this, not like you can see it, and presses a kiss onto your head.

"Don't worry little one, I won't let him take you."

~Regressor reenacts the abuse they haven’t told anyone with their toys

~Regressor who asks their caregiver/babysitter/playmate to play house with them, only for their partner to realize how toxic regressor’s household was by the way they play

~Regressor hiding somewhere when they feel unsafe x caregiver who patiently waits until their little one feels safe enough to come out and seek comfort

~Regressor who fakes being sick for longer to make caregiver stay (could be that caregiver won’t look after them if they aren’t sick, regressor has separation anxiety/fear of abandonment, ect.)

~Regressor who has been saved from a terrible situation, perma regressed through their recovery

~Regressor who’s emotionally attached to an inanimate object, (stuffed animal, blanket, toy, outfit, etc.) who have learned that if they don’t have their comfort item they ‘aren’t safe’

~Trauma caregiver who’s upset and wants to coddle their little one, to remind themselves that they are safe. Why can’t they? Distance, time zones, little one isn’t small, fear of being clingy?

~Caregiver who grew up always being the protector of their siblings. Now that they no longer need to worry about them, they find themselves a bit lost on what to do/ what their purpose is

BRAHMS AGERE HEADCANNONS

🕸 Brahms is a perma-regressor, regressing to around 5 to 8 to deal with his past traumas. Brahms is basically nonverbal when regressed, communicating with simple gestures or small whines or noises. He's not a big talker.

🎼 One thing that Brahms adores the most is lullabys, the doesn't mind if its a simple song or hum or even a soft tune of the piano (which he knows how to play!) It always sends him straight to sleep or to be nice and relaxed.

🕰 It's no surprise that little Brahmsy is incredibly clingy towards his caregivers, he'll follow them everywhere, and that means everywhere he's just a little velcro baby.

🧸Brahms' absolute prize possession is definitely his doll. He carries it with him everywhere since well it's his little mini me! He takes great care in including it in his games and will break down if it gets broken.

🗝 One key thing that Brahms literally needs to function is a strict routine and structure. Brahmsy hates change as it stresses him out a lot and will result in a few tantrums if not resolved quickly. So a routine keeps the baby happy.

🔥 - a perma-regressor from both physical and mental trauma, touya is almost always a different age than his biological one— it’s the age itself that varies. usually, he’s around his late teens simply due to the coma messing with his development and making him constantly lag behind with those lost years. otherwise, he hovers comfortably around 10-13. It’s nearly impossible to get him any younger; he’s only hit those lower ages during really dire circumstances or when he manages to find a specific thing that triggers it (usually something to do with his mom).

🔥 - when he’s in that younger bracket, he’s very unpredictable and filled with the overwhelming turmoil of unprocessed trauma. he has really severe body dysmorphia in this headspace, which leads to bouts of him being unable to speak due to how alien his voice sounds and him breaking every reflective surface he can find. he can be very volatile during this time, throwing pretty extreme tantrums and meltdowns. he isn’t a “cute” regressor— his brain uses this time to physically process his trauma, even to his detriment. he fights back, he burns, he explodes. it’s full of flashbacks and destruction for anyone who dares to get close enough to him. he’s like a dying star, shifting between beautifully and horrifically bright.

🔥 - he doesn’t enjoy having caregivers. he feels suffocated by people doting on him and he already runs too warm and too sensitive for anyone to get close to him. that said, the league are the closest thing he has to one and, later, he slowly starts to reunite with his family and let them take care of him. either way, it’s a terribly long and painful process— filled with shattered hearts and lots of screaming as everyone figures out what does and doesn’t work. with the league, he likes sticking with toga the most. he hates adults and doesn’t trust men so he likes playing with her. at home, he sticks around his mother and fuyumi for the same reason, and they’re both incredibly gentle and patient with him— which he genuinely believes he doesn’t deserve. eventually, he starts opening up to shouto, who he likes because shouto’s very quiet and subdued which gives touya a rock to latch onto when he’s feeling far too much, and natsuo, who takes the opportunity to flip the script and take care of his older brother the way that touya did for him when they were young.

🔥 - touya is terrified of doctors/hospitals when he’s in that younger age range too, and while he isn’t afraid of fire or his quirk, he does get triggered by large flames (like bonfires or fireplaces) and the smell of smoke. he also hates when it’s too hot— both because his burns get itchy when he’s too sweaty and because the discomfort of heat will throw him into a flashback. as such, both his family and the league go out of their way to keep things colder, even if it means not turning on the heat in the middle of winter.

🔥 - because of his accident, touya medically has a lot of struggles with his body. he is extremely prone to chronic pain and even basic illnesses can lay him out for over a week. on really bad days, he can barely eat or make it to the bathroom and he often has to regress to deal with the pain and discomfort. this means that he’s usually padded during this time as he’s had many accidents from being unable to move from bed. his fear and hatred of nurses and the hospital mean that it’s mostly his family taking care of him, soothing him when it hurts too much and doing everything they can to make him comfortable. this was true with the league, as well, and it was mostly kurogiri making sure that he was okay and taking care of him. shigaraki offered more than once to decay his limbs if they kept giving him trouble, saying that they can replace them with something better and less painful. touya is pretty sure that was his way of telling him to stop groaning so loud, but he appreciated the sentiment even if he’s far too stubborn to take it.

🔥 - he hates basic touch, but he does like deep pressure therapy because he can feel it even with his scarring. this basically means that he doesn’t really enjoy hand holding or hugs, but he does like cuddles if someone is on top of him or they’re holding him tight enough. he really enjoys curling up under a weighted blanket with his family because their quirks keeps him cool and the blanket keeps him regulated (I don’t actually know if it’s ever revealed what fuyumi and natsuo’s quirks are but,,, I’m pretty sure they’re closer to rei’s. if not, this one is for shouto and rei lol)

🔥 - when he comes home, he finds out that his room was boxed up and cleaned out by his father and he spirals into a massive meltdown that nearly burns the entire house down. while fuyumi calms him, holding him tightly and rocking him back and forth while singing songs that she knows her students like, his mother and brothers get to work taking everything from storage and putting it back exactly how it was. the boys base it off pictures while rei uses only her memory because she’s been thinking about touya and his room for years. once it’s fixed and they show him, he immediately drops down to a much lower age. it’s a balancing act— meeting in the middle between what was and what is— and it’s one that takes a lot of work but it soothes him to have things be the way that he remembers because that jarring leap of seeing time passed and everything different freaks him out (it reminds him too much of waking up and suddenly being years older and covered in scars).

🔥 - the league actually knows his name is touya from really early on because he hated being called dabi when he was feeling younger. the easiest way to figure out how old he was, was to call him by a name and see how he reacted. if there wasn’t one, he was at least sixteen. if he scrunched his nose in disgust and pouted, he was around thirteen or so. post war, he actually misses the system a lot because his family struggles to tell how old he is and he hates trying to put a number on the boiling emotions he’s feeling. when he is able to reunite with the league under supervision, he relishes under the familiarity of it and the most settled he’s ever been is with both of his families around him.

Week One (With Baby Flower)

Sunday

They kidnapped you early Sunday morning, around 4:00am because it's one of the calmest times in Gotham's week. Given that they drugged you, you don't wake up until 12:00pm. You were incredibly groggy and distressed. You were in an unfamiliar room with all too familiar toys. Bruce and Dick were the ones to come into the room and explain everything to you. Despite how hard you fought all advances towards you, you ended up involuntarily regressing due to the extreme stress. The day progresses mostly with you sobbing into one of the batsiblings arms, not by choice, but because they wouldn't let you cry alone. You had to be spoon fed by Duke who was the only one not throwing himself all over you. You go to bed around 9:00pm because they drugged your food to "help you calm down".

Monday

You're calmer when you wake up the next morning. Your mind was still too stressed to allow you to be a complete adult, however your fear and sadness turned into defiance and anger. Maybe you couldn't fight them off, but you could be a huge brat. When Steph and Cass came to get you for breakfast you threw toys and pillows at them. When Tim tried to feed you the pancakes Alfred made for you, you slap the fork out of his hand. When Bruce tried to put you down for a nap you kicked him in the stomach. When Jason tried to read a book to you, you ripped one of the pages in half. When Duke and Damien tried to take you to the garden you threw you and Duke to the ground. The night ends with you falling asleep while being locked in Dicks arms after you headbutted him.

Tuesday

Tuesday starts even more calm than the two previous ones. Still teetering on the edge of big and little, you're also drugged a lot more than you were Sunday and Monday. After your day of aggression they decided it was best to keep you under tighter lock and key. This day goes relatively uneventful. If anything it was a bit concerning how quickly you shut them out and shut down. Thankfully they realized you were just ignoring them in anger. Sadly that led to you being treated like a doll most of the day until Tim stole you away and let you play on his Gameboy. Yes, you were angry at them, but stimulation was required. Thursday ends with you tucked into a corner in Jason's room after he offers you reprieve from the others. You fell asleep easily tucked in his book nook with a stuffie, a thick blanket, and a fluffy pillow.

Wednesday

The next day you woke up with a pacifier in your mouth that wasn't there when you fell asleep. Jason took you to get breakfast and you were switched off to Dick who got you dressed. The rest of the day you were forced to spend with Bruce, a Daddy Daughter day to help the two of you bond. This led to a lot of tantrums due to the lack of activities and his overbearing attitude. Eventually, Bruce put a locking pacifier on you to stop you from screaming at him. You later take a nap due to a "health shot" he gave you. The biggest problem that day had been you having your first bath since being "brought home". Cass and Steph were the two tasked with this because they wanted you to feel the most comfortable in this situation as you could. It ended with both girls soaked and you sobbing into Dukes arms. You're put to bed by Damien and Tim and Titus was left to sleep in your bed with you.

Thursday

By Thursday you're falling into the pattern a bit more. You were not as stressed and therefore not regressed that morning when you woke up which gave you some time to comfort yourself, regain your composure, gather your thoughts, and ask your captors, family some questions. Despite you holding back your regression between the coddling, stress, and drugs you were back to being little by lunch time. The family continued its cycle with each member getting their time with you. Though that day you also spent most of it crying once you slipped back into the headspace. The day ends with you being bottle fed by Bruce in a rocking chair in your new bedroom. Too bad that night you had a terrible nightmare about being escaping causing you to wake up screaming. You're pacified by Alfred who gives you a pacifier with medicine on it to relax you. Though you didn't get back to sleep you did get to cuddle with Alfred until the Bats got back.

Friday

Friday starts with you being very sleepy and very stressed. The family tried their best to keep you on schedule. Breakfast goes terribly because you kept crying and falling asleep while Cass attempted to feed you. Damien watched some cartoons with you, but you kept drifting off and chewing on your thumb, so he had to give you to Jason who switched your thumb for a paci and tried to keep you awake by playing with some of your stuffies. By lunch time you were a mess screaming and crying. Thankfully, Steph helped Tim put you down for a nap. Too bad for them that nap turned into bed time as the most they got whenever trying to get you up was a few minutes of babbling before you fell back to sleep. The night ended with Bruce changing you into your pj's while you babble at him tiredly.

Saturday

The week ends dramatically. After getting enough sleep the night before you spent the next day energetically continuously fighting off the people you once thought were your friends once again. When the bedroom door is opened you wobbily run out past Dick who was tasked with waking you. You made it all the way down the hall before tripping and tumbling to the ground. The next 2 hours you were scolded, dressed, coddled, and fed breakfast. Alfred let you pick out the band-aids for your scrapped knees and palms. Damien and Bruce scolded you on the dangers of running in the manor. Steph fed you breakfast, and Duke helped you get dressed. The rest of the day was spent uneventful, but tears fell periodically as you realized the desperation of your situation. The day ended with you being tucked into bed by Bruce who made a promise to you that felt more like it was to himself that next week will be better.
