You learn that video editing has so many minor details that come together put a visual together. One that I was working on was this very simple transition/wipe that took me literally an hour to do because my dimensions in the video weren't the same. This is why I love editing. Me = After three months of training. One minute out of our three minute round. Coach suggested that I have myself recorded so I can see the good and bad things I do during training. I definitely can see the lack of forward pressure, head movement, lack of diversity in strikes, defense and speed now. This is a MMA/muay Thai/jiu jitsu gym. We only boxed because my legs were injured. Either way I realize what I need to focus on. I definitely didn't know I was moving so slow.
