Not as good, IMO. I've gained fat and lost muscle. It wouldn't take much to get back to me being super happy with it. But this was when I used to play ultimate 2-6 times a week and had been for 2 years. Plus Volleyball, and a lot of all the time sex (because it's more of a workout than people think).
