my heart is a red room, overflowing with memories, and designated for 2 beds, one in each corner, hosting stay for future and past.

one is neat-n-tidy another being an unmade mess

the left is occupied by ghosts and a child of age 7 and of 9 and 12 and 16, occasionally taking too much space crowding the place.

the right one stays empty, yearning, waiting, for some entity to come and rest to make their home here, sleep on and dream with me.

and I lay there, down on the dancing floor watching the roof shake on beat simultaneously, in a sad melody the crashing pain of being alive falling upon the walls, making the air heavy while the rusty stench surrounds.

twisting and turning not comforted in own's world wanting to run away from the mess and empty space but this room is only certain home of mine where I can be, and always belong, sometimes.

lots of different textures that can be enjoyed through vision, taste, smell, and touch

lots of liquids and "runny" foods or dips that can be ... dripped and licked easily, or used as a dip. yoghurt, honey, olive oil, grease from the barbecue, beshamel sauce... Surely I don't have to explain how these can be used, do I?

lots of cooking happening at home at all times

they're both actually great cooks, and use food as a love language, comfort(ing) thing/sexual foreplay

no time to cook

no time to eat "properly"

lots of takeouts, sandwiches, gas station foods

occasionally dinner in a local pub, but Eddie doesn't like crowds so they just stay at home and order Chinese

not exactly peak health™ but they often go without lunch or with a very light lunch since they're keeping themselves busy during the day, so they deserve a hearty/fried/greasy meal in the evening

breakfast consists of black coffee because neither of them can be bothered. besides, they go straight to the gym at the training ground, and then they just forget about breakfast and go on about their day

(Eddie keeps some treats for JT in his office desk though)

very autumn-like?

usually very simple, often cold (sandwiches, bread, cheese) dinners, but made from super fancy and really high-quality ingredients

when the time allows (and especially in winter), they have a proper roast dinner or something similar from the Danish cuisine

when they go on long hikes, they would have the proper British fry-up for breakfast, and then stop in a random countryside pub for lunch/dinner

they just love to sit around in the evening with fancy craft beer and chill, watch a TV series, or read

pretty much the same as leaving an eight-year-old in charge of choosing what to eat

they do unimaginable things with the food

their wives can't control their diet and they go WILD (especially Franko, Jamie still loves bacon - I assume his wife is a vegetarian or vegan and made any meat a forbidden item at home lol)

once Franko went to Everton, his eating habits went downhill - without Christine's watchful eye and without a proper home (I assume he stayed in a hotel), he ordered KFC and greasy pizza almost daily, to the point of having stacked boxes and buckets in his room (he had to quickly hide or throw them away when his Wife came to visit him. maybe he didn't bother with hiding them from Anthony, and Anthony thought it was fucking pathetic and sad for an aging man to be living and eating like this.... Frank doesn't even bother taking Anthony somewhere nice for dinner like he used to do with Mason)
