this was obviously not meant to attack people directly, but it’s still there. vaping isn’t good for u but u shouldn’t (directly or indirectly) shame people for an addiction. /lh

either ppl on Pinterest will be inclusive or exclusive, and it’s the latter for this one. (They also said rude shit in the desc.) Yes, it IS ai fact possible to be gay and lesbian. You can see this in mspec (multigender) lesbians (ex.g: genderfluid, bigender, etc.) and others. ya can’t say gender is a construct but have strict and binary rules for sexuality.

while I agree it sounds weird from our perspectives, you don’t know what is going on. when I was younger (I’m not saying I’m 11 lmao) i was exposed to a lot of sexual things at the age of 5, so I grew up with tons of intrusive thoughts and issues. also the internet exists so obviously they’re gonna say out of pocket shit.

yuh huh.. I’m a minor and also not very educated in this stuff but I know these things have had importance to the LGBTQ+ community and also in general it’s not ok to shame people for things they can’t control/they like.

while I could see this making sense in certain situations, I need to add something important. for a lot of people, they grew up closeted and around others who badmouthed the lgbtq community. sometimes even the people around them badmouthed people of their OWN sexuality/gender. this means they grew up with a lot of internalized hatred and knowing that the ones they love hate them too. so when they finally have a chance to express themselves, they do it constantly until they’re finally comfortable with themselves being who they truly are.

It’s crazy that kids are doing this now, but I can answer this. societal standards did. beauty standards did. they implement these ideas into everyones’ brains and make them think they NEED to look a certain way and the only way they can is by using makeup (and they do so bc consumerism and also bc big companies want money).
