I am super proud to share my DeadTree recreation from TS2 PSP on Sims 4! I tried to recreate the mysterious atmosphere of the original, while adapting to TS4 environment, and of course hiding secrets here and there… I love hiding secrets in my builds !

The building is a 7 units appartement and contains:

- the old church (graveyard included, and secret crypt for vampires as well).

- the famous Nightowl saloon

- the Florica caravan and market

- the Kine Society (glory to Belzebeef !)

- the Library with Lincoln’s flat on the 1st floor

- 2 western buildings for your own sim to settle!

I am a huge fan of the PSP version of the sims 2. I used to love playing with @chrisnewbie amazing recreation (until my old computer died and the new one don’t make TS2 run anymore). I’m so glad the latest pack For Rent allowed to create a full neighborhood on one lot !

home to shrewd entrepeneur pita florica and her brother, garbage collector gimi branko. the floricas have always been traveling merchants, but perhaps strangertown is where they'll finally settle...

this is one of my favourite builds, i'm not gonna lie! i just got to spam decor everywhere and didn't have to worry about 1 specific style.

Tybalt, as a token Capp pure-blood defender had bullied Juliette in the morning, telling her to back off Romeo and not to bring shame upon the Capp's name or he's gonna snitch to Consort about her boyfriend.

Obviously, they have a butler and a 19k bills I'm gonna cancel.

Consort planned a family gathering in a few hour and he decided to sent Juliette and Tybalt out, so Tybalt keep an eye on Juliette and don't interrupt his party.

Tybalt can't get higher than C.

Later he got a call from his friend, Hermia wanted to get a logic skill.

Juliette cares about her appearance way too much. She's scared if she gets ugly she'll be dumped.

She and Tybalt went into a bowling alley but lighting sucks there. Juliette really likes bowling.

Consort invited his family + Summerdreams + Betty + Pita Florica. He wanted to befriend Pita, after that he wanted to get skills necessary for promotion. He can't afford to retire.

“That was something, huh?” Lincoln laughed.

“I don’t get you, reporter. You said you wanted to look for answers but you ran away from them.”

“I ran away from a haunted church full of zombies trying to lock us in a tower.”

“You’re really brave, or really stubborn,” he admired.

“I get that a lot,” she frowned.

“Well, not that I’m sorry to pull you away from danger and a dead end, but I’m staying at the old library across the street. Still got that book you found?”

“Yeah.”

“Good, then we can cross reference it with some of the other Meetinghouse records I have.”

Pita excitedly grabbed Lincoln’s hands. “You have Meetinghouse records?”

“I thought that might make you happy. Yeah, I got some. Maybe you’ll be able to make more sense of it than I can.”

“What are we waiting for!”

“One condition,” he said. “I wanna see the book you found. We’re sharing information here, right?”

“Sure, reporter. Here.”

“Pages are missing. A lot of pages are missing.”

“But the handwriting is my grandfather’s, Vittorio Florica.”

“Florica?”

“Mhmm. I’m Pita Florica, by the way.”

“Lincoln - but uh, you can keep calling me reporter if you like. Sounds cooler. Helps my street cred.”

Pita laughed and rolled her eyes, “Sure.”

Mambo: This is not a good idea, it’ll only end to his peril. 

Mambo: I feel the compulsion to warn you Mr Loner, this will only end in tears if you continue your affair with Miss Beaker. 

Ajay scowled, not appreciating the town’s psychic's warning. 

As far as he was aware, Erin said that Mambo was her mentor in the psychic arts, so why was she warning him against her student? 

But then again, Ajay was highly aware that he wasn’t thinking clearly when agreeing to fumble in the photobooth with Erin. But it had been electric, and not because the photobooth’s camera had gone off halfway through. He really wished he’d never known what his expression during that had been.

As Erin stepped forward, Mambo scowled at her. 

Mambo: Erin, you are a fool, girl. Erin: Nice to see you too Mambo. Mambo: You stomped on his heart and now you think this will win him back? You’ll still be bored of him, and he will grow to despise you.

Erin rolled her eyes and grabbed Ajay and crushed her lips onto his.

Pita agreed with Mambo, even if she didn’t say anything. 

Erin had flirted her way around Deadtree and even had her own cousin enamoured with her. Pita was envious of the fact that Erin got swarmed with men and Pita hardly got a look in when Erin was around.
