Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is the process of steaming, dehydrating, and grounding the placenta and then placing it into pills that you can swallow. It is usually taken shortly after giving birth or during a woman's menstrual period. There are many health benefits to taking the capsules. Most parents dont see their placentas after they birth. Most are not allowed to take their time and birth the placenta becuase the vast majority are birthing in hospital institutions. The placenta is many cultures is believed to hold twin similarities to the baby. Why? Because it is genetically exact to the baby AND its parent. That's why it is important for you to take it home with you. If you leave it behind your essentially making a donation to the hospital and they can do what ever they want with it and they do. 💚For those who asked how my postpartum has been going. I have to give a big thank you to @thewadsquad1 for my placenta pills 💊 they have been working so well. Photos are from 1 week postpartum and 41 weeks pregnant.🤰🏻So far I’ve lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks. In the first week of taking the pills my swelling went down and my milk came in after three days. I was joyful not sad not feeling anxious, loving my body, watching and feeling it changed back. Doing yoga again some light jogging and exercise after two weeks with Doctors approval. Whenever I’m feeling tired 😓 sometimes overwhelmed I take the pills and it gives me the energy I need to keep on going. I can actually feel my body healing faster then I ever thought it would. I will continue to update you guys as the weeks go by. If you are pregnant I would recommend getting your placenta capsulated.
