People are wading in to the large entertainment dome created by Macro Cosmos for a fun night partying.

Street art style painting, paintball fights, loud music and more! Everyone's wanting to have a huge party before the Lunar year officially rolled over. This was a party for the youths as much as the dance in Oreburgh the other day was for the older generation to enjoy.

Staffers are handing out loot bags filled with goodies for visitors. Glow sticks, bracelets and even bunny ears. Some would be luck to scor special vouchers for some of the activities available to them at the entertainment Macrodome. Divided into four distinct zones, there should be something for everybody at this massive party.

Tomorrow would be the next leg of the race, but tonight?

The Pizza Box Pact / Act One: An old promise and a new pledge

SUMMARY:

Eddie and Steve have been living together, working together, and raising their cat together for a few years, now, but they’re not together together. They’re friends—the best of—nothing more, and they’re happy.

At least, Eddie is, and he thought Steve was too. But then he finds a pact they made, one drunken night ten years ago, where they pledged to ‘marry’ each other if they were still single by the time they’re thirty, and everything changes.

Steve isn’t amused by the reappearance of the pledge, in fact he seems almost upset by it, and Eddie figures it’s because he’s going to be thirty soon and doesn’t have a girlfriend. So, he does what any best friend would do: promises to find Steve his perfect woman, setting him up on a series of unsuccessful blind dates.

But somewhere along the way, Eddie rediscovers feelings that he thought he’d put aside years ago. He just hopes he hasn’t discovered them too late.

I love Doffy and Croc in all flavors.

Hateful and antagonistic towards each other, that canonical divorced and remarried and then divorced again energy.

Head over heels in love to the point where no one can stand to be around them because they're so goddamn schmoopey.

Married and domestic and completely at ease with one another without a care in the world, because they have each other.

Toxic and co-dependent and abusive, drawing blood and leaving bruises, spewing venom every time they speak, but unable to quit because if they do, they'll have nothing.

I want them to hurt each other and I want them to be each others' comfort. I want them to have screaming matches at 2am followed by quiet heartfelt apologies at 3am. Let them have kids, or just a dog. Let them have devil fruit powers, or a mortgage and a car payment. Let them have earth shaking arguments AND orgasms.

Let them be on and off friends with benefits, let them be enemies to friends to lovers and all the things in between, let them be soulmates that were chosen in the holiest levels of Valhalla, finding each other across many lives and universes.
