yall need to learn to make a distinction between actual plush makers and people who design plushies for mass production in exploitative factories.

#i would make a longer post but i´m tired #like yeah it takes artistic skill to make a design but just because i sketch out a sculpture doesn´t mean i´m a sculptor #those are different skills and the people actually doing most of the skilled labor end up being exploited in factories #i´m banging my head against a wall because i know 90% of people just care about “cute plushie” and not about the craftsmanship of plush #making. especially if it´s not sold as a pattern to them that can be reproduced at home. idk how to solve this and talking about it makes m #feel like i´m the old man yelling at clouds but AAAA
