I love listening to Kevin Nash's podacast, The way he talks about Scott makes my heart hurt/full
I subject myself to that joy/torture too, anon!
I do really enjoy his podcast even if I tease him about it on tumblr. I also think it's a super helpful outlet for him trying to process all the grief he feels.
I love the days where he can talk about Scott and share little tidbits about their friendship or what it was like to be around him. I also can't stop myself from listening to the things that I know will make me sad. But I think it's healthy to process those feelings too!
I think I'm going to watch the Scott's WWE Legends today - everyone think good thoughts for me!

lol anyway, all that said, heres just a gen buncha stuff I really liked this year, unfortch for us all!!: its mostly podcasts lol:
toxic podcast / an aesthetic theory of alejando kolleeny: this is,, the purest distillation of the podacasting form imo - I'll say it time & time again!- comedian in a room by himself talks about a piece of media I could never personally get into basically - one of the little joys of this year was it coming back for a while (hiatus all 2020 p much): for a while every week I would listen to it on the trips to woodies I was always doing lol. definitely not for everyone, but It got me thru my thesis & all the rest of my college year lol - taught me everything I know about both the DC movie-verse, wine, as well as the saw franchise. please dont think less of me ??
bnl/stevie page - ugh, ah yk, i listened to All of their pre-2009 catalogue over the course of a month && read SO many old interviews- obvs had heard page' most recent album in 2020 but I got way more into everything. hate to say it but bnl ARE underrated && I think following the growth from rly exciting live band/kids into 'Real Musicians' is so interesting
Blank Check Pod - just got HARDCORE into this for a couple of months basically; how few pods do 2+hour end releases as the baseline lmao; taught me so much more about movies to be deeply annoying about!, when its good its one of the very best
Live @ The Death Factory!: Pretty 'Recent', Extremely Niche podcast on 'scum cinema'; EVERY ep is enjoyable, the biggest problem ive got with it is that I can't always find the music they use to end each ep! - theyre great really consistently engaging& interesting hosts, talking about niche cinema (& honestly gen 'niche media'); introduced me to noroi, as well as a couple of other films I really liked this year - if I rec ANYTHING for u to ACTUALLY get into on this list I rec this one
Gen stuff:
got WELL back into fatt this year; sangfielle is DEFINITELY one of the highlights of this year, its so unique & special-as well as being a perfect jumping on point for new listeners- ive loved every minute
got temporary into cobra kai / tkk, & I definitely need to return lol
the tick!!: ive been putting off watching it since I knew about it, just bc of how it appeals & how I KNEW it would upset me - I still need to fin the 2017 series ! - the live action ones have SO much charm, && I think use superherodom as a metaphor for queerness (in a variety of senses) in such a appreciative loving way that makes them really special - still need to get thru the comix/etc
I also really liked the Gideon the 9th series, what a joy
&& ofc, twioat is ALWAYS there for me; I may not have been the maddest on Emmanuelle season but by GOD those frosty fellas were still out there every week doing SOMETHING; I should be burning tributes every day
- theres a TONNE of other stuff Im forgetting here im sure, but yk!! at least I remember like,, 1/6th of the year thru this stuff lmao

Figuring It Out w/ Kris and Lexx
By Irate Specialist
Ladies, gentlemen, and podcast listeners near and far, the Figuring It Out podcast is the new show you should be tuning into. Kris and Lex are the two friends and young entrepreneurs that host the show where they discuss a variety of different topics. If you want to see the podcast in action they go live on Instagram and upload to YouTube as well. This podacast takes time to discuss topics ranging from things like whether or not college is a good idea to the effects of colorism.
In addition to their budding podcast, both of these young ladies also have their own businesses where they have been able to support themselves without working for the man. Kris has her own hair extensions company, Daisy Hair Extensions, where she sells luxury hair extensions worldwide @shopdaisyhair. Lexx sells customized gift baskets for every occasion. This month she has created limited edition breast cancer awareness baskets so check them out @basketsbylex.
Tumblr media
The goal of their podcast is to really examine certain topics and ultimately try to figure them out. One of their first episodes is “Figuring Out Supporting Small Businesses.” On the episode they not only talk about how to support small businesses but they also speak on having the courage to start your own business. The advice they give on the show is all actionable and very easy to understand and implement. For example, just referring someone to your friend’s company or even just reposting someone’s post about their business.
Another great episode to listen to is the “Figuring Out Colorism.” Colorism is when members of the same race are treated differently based on the shade of their skin. Kris and Lex are both considered light skin African Americans and discuss how although it may seem like they have it better off due to their skin color they don’t. This is an interesting episode because I’m used to hearing about how Colorism affects dark skinned women. Listening to the view from light skinned women really shined more light on how big the issue is. One of the most powerful parts of this episode was when Kris reminded people that light skinned or dark skinned we’re still black and in a job interview that is the main thing people will notice.
Their most recent episode is “Figuring Out Relationships in 2019” (clip is above). On this episode they discuss how they view the relationships that they’re in, social media’s role in a relationship and finances in a relationship. They really get deep into these topics and if you’re in a relationship I highly suggest you listen and hear their perspective on things because it may even help you out with your relationship.
This dynamic duo hosts IG lives every Wednesday and drops a new podcast every Thursday. Also it’s not hard to figure out where to listen to this podcast simply check it out on Spotify, Apple Podcast (or wherever podcasts are available).

Inquiry 1 / R.E.M
This week the first inquiry for Process and systems was due, and unfortunately, I was unable to get it in on time. I have a bad habit of procrastinating when it comes to my work but it's never gotten to the point where I missed something. Going forward, I need to focus on getting a head start on things as so much of my work could have been better if I had only started sooner.
The idea I had for inquiry one came from a plant that I had over the summer that is now dead. The plant was a parlor palm, which is supposed to be one of the easiest plants to take care of. I never knew when it needed water or when it had too much or too little sunlight. I thought it would be a really cool idea to have a device that could give me information on my plant and the soil that it was in. That's when I thought of the green heart.
Tumblr media
The device would be a small Bluetooth heart, with multiple sensors that could supply the owner with info on their plant. The device would then pair to the phone where all the information would be. Moisture levels, water quality, ph levels, etc.
We were also tasked with listening to a podcast by 99 percent invisible about the band R.E.M and thier most influrntial album, “Out of Time”. I had no idea who R.E.M was until I looked them up after listening to the podcast, nor did I know anything about the affects of thier albulm. I think the podacast really highlights the importance of design and how it can be used to make a difference. The idea to put petitions on the back of the long boxes was a genius way to spread the word about the Motor Voter and it is something I have never seen before. It is such an interesting clash of cultuers in my opinion, as you don’t se music and politics cross over too often. This defenitley opens my mind up to the possibilites of design and how far grat design can go.

She’s controversial AF, but we love every bit of it. Sis has a lot to say and doesn’t give a damn who has a problem with it.
Tumblr media
The 28-year-old has been on her grind to the top since a teenager. The mom-of-three had her first child at the tender age of 17, but that did not stop her hustle. In fact, it made her go harder. With her baby attached to her hip, she still got out there to make something happen for herself and her family.

A post shared by Suki With The Good Coochie (@sukihanagoat) on Sep 3, 2020 at 9:48am PDT
Suki talks about the controversy surrounding women who demand men take care of them, i.e. City Girls. The Miami rappers said in an interview they would not date a man who won’t/can’t take care of them and it launched fiery debates about women being “gold diggers” and only wanting a man for money. Suki gives us the REAL about a woman demanding certain things from men and why women shouldn’t be afraid to ask for what they need/want. And she drops some GEMS – especially her break down about the difference between a gold digger and a woman who wants a man to take care of her.
Suki brings a lot to the table, so she demands a lot from the man who wants to be in her life. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
When it comes to being liberated, Sukihana is going to secure the bag by any means necessary. Yes, she has an OnlyFans account and YES, she’s making hella money from it. It took some convincing of her boyfriend, Bill, to get on board, but he loves her so much he supports all her endeavors.
Is marriage on the table for Suki? She lets us in on whether or not she would trek down the aisle to say “I Do.” And she also schools the ladies on how to avoid f*ck boys and trash baby daddies. Take notes, ladies.
There was some Twitter drama after she posted a picture of her lady parts (they were covered) on social media and she explains why it blew up the way it did. She also shares her va-jay-jay routine to keep it nice and smooth.
But wait, do men even care about hair “down there?!” Suki has the answer.
Suki is comfortable with sex talk and she’s just as comfortable talking politics and protesting for her people. She’s all about uplifting the black community as kings and queens and is passionate about fighting racial and social injustice.
Suki says she’s definitely a feminist, but she’s not a feminist who hates men. And that’s that on that. She also addresses women who constantly hate and are judgmental of other women. Oh, she heard y’all calling her “ratchet” and she has a response to that as well.
We’re still in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and it def has shaken things up in her life. She shares how her life has changed since the pandemic and how it has affected her businesses and her family.
SUKIHANA dropped her new mixtape “Wolf Pu**y” last week (she reveals how she came up with the name) and today she’s hosting a block party (hopefully a safe one) in Lauderhill, FL to turn up.
Congrats!
Get into our chit-chat above.

Firm That Tracked Protesters Targeted Evangelicals During 2016 Election
A data broker that tracked Black Lives Matter protesters also tracked the locations of Evangelical Christians on election day 2016 using their cell phones and used that data to help push get-out-the-vote messaging, according to the company’s own CEO.
Mobilewalla, a data broker headquartered in New York City, purchases and collects location and other personal data about cellphone users, and then sells it to companies for marketing purposes. On Thursday, BuzzFeed News reported that Mobilewalla had tracked the almost 17,000 protesters who went to the streets to join Black Lives Matter demonstrations in the last month, a research project that Sen. Elizabeth Warren described as “shady.”
In 2017, the company’s CEO Anindya Datta revealed another controversial project. During an overlooked podcast interview, Datta said Mobilewalla “played a key role in the U.S. presidential election” in 2016.
“We were a very key data arm for one of the major parties,” Datta said, refusing to specify which one of the two parties.
Datta explained that they created “segments” of Evangelicals and tracked their location in real time on election day. The firm, according to Datta, used that data to tell Evangelicals to vote if their phone hadn't been seen near a polling place on election day.
“The biggest amount of money we generated in the election was for what is known as Get Out The Vote—the GOTV part of the election. So what we did for this particular party, who spent way less on feet on the street than the other party, we were monitoring every polling booth,” Datta said. “Every polling location in a certain number of states and we were telling the ground team who showed up to vote and who hadn’t yet.”
BuzzFeed's reporting and this revelation show just how pervasive the use of cell phone location data can be, and how specifically it can be targeted. As Motherboard has shown many times, the market for cell phone location data is vast and largely unregulated. The data itself can come from apps that track GPS location; in some cases, location data can come from cell phone companies themselves.
Mobilewalla boasts that it can track "1.6 billion devices" in more than 35 countries. It says that it can create "persistent customer identities" and track their visits to a specific location over time, as well as segment that audience according to interests, age, and other demographic information. It claims it can also track relationship status, cost of their device, "gamers," and other highly specific data.
Datta said that the company identified people as Evangelicals by tracking their church attendance over the course of six months preceding the election.
"Christianity has like 290 denominations, like 17 of which I believe are Evangelical," he said. "The definition we were given was, take a swing state like Florida. There are 1,400 Evangelical churches. So to be an Evangelical Christian, you need to have been observed in an Evangelical church at least once a week for the last six months."
Datta said he was “very tempted” to say whether they worked for the winning or losing side of the election, but declined to specify. He did, however, say that "the client was very happy." Circumstantial evidence and common sense suggests that a get-out-the-vote campaign focused on Evangelicals would be in service of Republican candidates. Exit polls showed that 81 percent of Evangelical Christians who voted in 2016 voted for Donald Trump; just 16 percent voted for Hillary Clinton, according to Pew.
Do you work or did you use to work for Mobilewalla or another location tracking company? We’d love to hear from you. You can contact Lorenzo Franceschi-Bicchierai securely on Signal at +1 917 257 1382, OTR chat at [email protected], or email [email protected]
In a statement, MobileWalla spokesperson Andrea Kaplan contradicted the CEO and said that the company works with political ad agencies that support both parties.
“Mobilewalla’s core business is to provide consumer data and analytics primarily to B2C enterprise companies and advertising agencies," Kaplan said. "Our products are used for marketing use cases—to acquire and retain customers. We do not work directly with either political party or with any political campaigns. We have worked with political advertising agencies that support candidates from both parties. On occasion we have been approached by political advertising agencies who are interested in our audience segment data, this is a very small part of our business. We have no political leaning or agenda and we are non-partisan in who we work with.”
Regardless, Mobilewalla appears to have several clear links to the Republican party.
Public records from the Federal Election commission show that Mobilewalla was hired during the primaries to oppose Donald Trump by the Ted Cruz campaign, as well as the Enterprise Freedom Action Committee, a right-wing organization. Mobilewalla was also hired by several other Repiblican candidates in 2016, and it also received a payment of $186,050.00 in 2018 from the American Potential Fund, a PAC that supported the Republican Florida senator Rick Scott.
John Scott-Railton, a senior researcher at the Citizen Lab, noticed the podacast and tweeted it out on Thursday.
Tumblr media
A sample of the kind of data Mobilewalla advertises to customers.
Kaplan said that MobileWalla is not working for any campaign this year. However, the company has a spinoff called MWPolitical, which appears to be Mobilewalla’s political arm.
During the 2016 election cycle, Jim Valentine, who was then Mobilewalla’s vice president of political and advocacy, “created political channel for Mobilewalla (Aug 15), including partnerships with Presidential primary candidates and various SuperPACs. Managed digital political campaigns for over 100 candidates at the national & State levels,” according to Valentine’s LinkedIn account.
Valentine is now the founder and CEO of MWPolitical which describes itself as “a full service digital/TV media placement agency. We specialize in programmatic placement (reselling Mobilewalla data), TV planning and placement, and SMS/MMS campaigns,” according to his LinkedIn. The company’s official site used to say MWPolitica “impacted hundreds of Republican ra[ces],” according to a Google search result. (The current website does not specify that the company worked for Republican candidates.)
Tumblr media
Valentine donated $1,000 to the National Republican Senatorial Committee, according to public records.
In a phone call, Valentine said he had no knowledge of Mobilewalla’s role in the 2016 elections. He also said that his new company MWPolitical, is not legally tied to Mobilewalla.
“I exclusively work with the Republican party although I wish that wasn’t the case,” he said.
The Trump campaign did not respond to a request for comment. The White House declined to comment and referred questions to the campaign.

bagaimana saya mengenal minimalisme

**long confession so no pic
“Yesterday I had a bad flu and I was stuck at home with nothing to do. To pass the time by, I looked at Hanson social media accounts and I found Natalie’s interview for a podcast called MamaBearDares- LOL the name says it all. Usually I don’t listen to this kind of cheesy and sugary podcasts, but I was in a nosy mood and I gave it a chance. Turns out it was a super-boring chat of three Merry Brides talking about their “hard” life of wealthy moms. I don’t get why some fansons complimented her for this interview, TBH I find it kinda depressing. The general vibe I got from this podcast is that she seems to define herself only as Pentamom Taylor’s wife. Okay, it’s a podacast about children, but she shows no interest at all beyond her family trips. She pretended to be a bookworm educating herself through reading, but all she could do was talk about bearing books. Worse still, when one of the hosts asked her what she does only for herself, Pentamom replied that she dress up and go out with her husband. Really? Come on, Natalie, don’t you have an hobby that doesn’t involve your minions or Taylor? It’s sad, IMHO she talks and she acts like she hasn’t matured much since high school- she seems a cheerleader showing off her trophy boyfriend whenever she can. The more I read her blogs and listen to her “interviews”, the more I’m convinced that Ezra was the only reason why Taylor married her. Back in the day, I always thought that Natalie was going to be a temporary girlfriend and he was going to marry an interesting and stimulating woman as a life companion. He seems a passionate and deep person, I don’t think they have much in common. My two centsFansons insults in 3-2-1“

We Delved Deep Into Outward And Shared Long Tales From The Gachapon(d) In The Latest Episode Of dia.log – The Gamer Matters Podacast
As our #gachapuasa campaign continues, what better way to vent off some repressed urges of gacha pulling than talk more about gacha? The dia.log crew brought on Twitch streamer/our Dota external correspondence/avid gacha fan Tohka to talk 30 minutes of gacha. Even Meck joined up with his tales of F1 Manager, the F1 gacha game.
Meanwhile, Anan continued to share his experiences in the deep survival game Outward, Danial now making car tier lists, and Wam rallying the crew on calling out the awfulness that is the Epic Games Store.
It’s a long tale of gacha and survival games, so sit back and enjoy the ramblings.

Why We Need The Unrivaled Honesty Of Comic Jim Norton

With a looming deal on the horizon after signing a contract extension for his morning radio show, a role in an upcoming Martin Scorsese Netflix film and a standup tour in full swing, you can bet against comedian Jim Norton becoming yesterday’s tomatoes any time soon.
The Bayonne, New Jersey native can be seen performing stand-up comedy live across the country on his Kneeling Room Only tour and can be heard weekday mornings between 7 a.m – 11 a.m. ET on SiriusXM’s Jim Norton and Sam Roberts show.
Norton, along with Roberts, hopes to have a new contract wrapped up by the end of the week after signing another round of extensions to stay on the air while the details get worked out.
“Jim is like undeniably one of, if not the funniest guys in radio,” Sam Roberts, Norton’s morning show co-host said. “It’s such a blessing to be able to do a show with a guy like that because it’s not the type of thing where we have to sit there for hours on end and try to find the humor in something or fake that we like each other, or fake chemistry or anything like that.”
Working out a lucrative long-term deal would not only be in Jim and Sam’s and the fans’ best interest, but SiriusXM’s as well. You’d have to be locked in an asylum to not appreciate the strides the team has made in just two years.
Even with the abundance of audio content from terrestrial and satellite radio, as well as podcasts, Jim and Sam offer unconventional originality and immeasurable levity beyond comparison.
The show’s absurdly long intro – which serves as one of the many delightful running gags – has you eagerly awaiting the co-hosts take on what happened the day before and in today’s early morning hours. The dressing down of staff can be as compelling as Jim and Sam’s unique and unequivocally funny perspectives.
Then there’s Jim’s characters: Chip Chipperson (a dim-witted Norton character who lives with his mother) and Edgar Mellencamp (an elderly man with a dry mouth) to name a couple.
“Chip comes from Jim’s heart,” Roberts said of Chipperson. “And that’s why Chip is the most lovable and people, whether they know it or not, I think are sensing that.”
Chip has also found people’s hearts in becoming a sensation outside of Norton himself. The Chip Chipperson Podacast has a loyal following that sees its live shows sellout a variety of clubs and theaters.
“Norton thinks that Chip will outlive him as a personality,” comic and frequent Chip Chipperson guest Kevin Brennan said. “I actually like Chip more than Norton if you can believe that.”
Brennan has a theory on why the radio and podcast character has taken off.
“Chip’s crazy,” Brennan said. “Chip says whatever. He’s insulting, he’s offensive, he’s ridiculous and I love it. I just think it’s hilarious. He’s so funny because he still has Norton’s mind. He’ll say stuff that’s really funny off the top of his mind that he just came up with. That character is hilarious. I like mean comedy, that might be a reflection of my childhood.”
The success achieved by a character Norton started out doing to annoy an ex-girlfriend and amuse himself when he was alone (still does) has come as a surprise to Jim.
“I’m really happy,” Norton said. “I hope it keeps going. I hope it’s not a temporary thing. Of course I’m shocked. The fact is that we all have Chip in us. We all kind of stink on some level. And Chip embraces that and is that. It’s awful jokes, so it’s really fun. It’s fun to pick the worst jokes you can think of.”
Because Chip and Jim are separate people, there is an art to interacting with Chip for the success of a radio bit or the podcast.
“I’ve learned to just treat his characters like real people,” former co-host of the Opie and Anthony Show, Anthony Cumia said. “Chip Chipperson of course, a very popular character. Whenever I do his show and there’s somebody who’s never done it before, there sitting there and going, ‘What is this like?’ I go, Just imagine you’re doing a talk show that’s hosted by a [very slow] person, because that’s pretty much it.
“Then they’re like, ‘Oh, okay I guess I could go with that.’ I’ve just learned to really treat them like they weren’t Jim, and how would I react to somebody that really acted like that. Opie never really got a line on how to [interact with] Jimmy’s characters.”
Following the Opie and Anthony Show’s departure in July of 2014 after Cumia was fired for using racist language on Twitter, Jim and Gregg “Opie” Hughes tried to pick up the pieces and continue on with a new incarnation of the show.

The duo continued for about two years before Jim and Sam paired up and Opie tried a show of his own.
“Look, we worked together for a long time,” Norton said of the partnership he had with Hughes. “The relationship deteriorated. It happens. I feel like I was very loyal for a long time. I’ve been very, very reverential to O and A, what they’ve done for my career. I’ve been very publicly appreciative of him.”
Hughes was fired by SiriusXM in July of 2017 after taking a video of producer Roland Campos going to the bathroom.
There were only a couple dustups while Jim and Opie were on the air together and it’s only recently that Norton has been more vocal about what it was like working with Hughes, especially on Jim and Sam.
“It’s one of those things where he’ll throw a jab, then I throw one,” Norton said. “Or I throw one and then he throws one. I think that’s basically what it is. We both wanted to for a long time, but we weren’t able to. So it’s kind of fun to do when there’s a reason for it.
“He’s doing his show and I’m doing my thing with Sam. There’s really no reason for us to even think about each other. So it’s not like we do it all the time. It’s occasional.”
No matter who he’s been on-air with, stand up comedy has always been a constant in Norton’s life.
Audiences fortunate enough to see Norton perform live in person are seeing the comic do what he’s best at. Despite Norton’s brutally honest, self-deprecating humor, the stand up chops he’s sharpened from almost thirty years of performing give him the confidence to prowl the stage like a panther.
“First of all, I love Jimmy,” comedian Russell Peters said. “He’s very funny, very astute and he’s a big student of the game.”
Comics like Norton are at a premium. Rawness and honesty are desperately needed to sift through vile dishonesty politicians spew out and the fraudulently indignant hypocrisy social media lynch mobs muster up on a daily basis.
“It’s his honesty onstage that keeps him where he is,” Peters said. “And I always try to tell comics, the more honest you are onstage the easier this job is to do. Keith Robinson told me that 20 years ago and I never forgot it. He’s not hiding anything.
“People are coming to see comics for the honesty. That’s what they want. That’s what the world is lacking right now. The news isn’t being honest. You can get two different types of news nowadays. How f***ing weird is that? You remember back in the day [when] news was news? Now you can have pro-Trump news or anti-Trump news. I’m like, Why can’t we just get news news?”
“He’s risky,” Brennan said of Jim’s stand up. “He’s always been risky. I hadn’t seen him in a while, because he’s been working mornings a lot. And he works the earlier shows usually, especially during the week, the weekends [he’s] on the road. But I saw him do a full 20-minute set or 25-minute set probably in July and it was f***ing great.
“I was kind of blown away by how good it was just because I know he’s so busy. He’s got a great work ethic so he does the morning show and he’s always on the road, he does Chip Chipperson. He’s just extremely busy.”
Peters and Brennan aren’t the only comedians regarding Norton as the Toast of the town.
“I love Jim,” Norm Macdonald said. “I love Anthony Cumia too. I think he’s a fantastic broadcaster, and those two together were great, now they have separate shows, but they’re both so good they can each have a show.
“It’s very hard to do radio for two, three hours a day, really hard to be funny I mean. Larry King used to do it all night long, but he didn’t have to be funny. Jim is just one of those unfiltered guys that just says whatever is on his mind, doesn’t second guess himself and he has a lot of passion for his opinions and that’s what makes, I think, for great radio.”

Norton examines his own life and career with the same honesty and self-loathing humor you can see in his act or hear on the radio show. When asked if after all the success he’s currently having he’s one good project away from hitting it big, he responded:
“No, I’m one bad project away from killing myself,” Norton joked. “I hope something happens. I never wonder, Where’s my spot? I never expect anything. The more good things that happen the better, but I never expect anything. I really don’t. I hope something good comes of it, but I never expect anything great to come.”
Something great that did come is the Netflix film the Irishman (2019) directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci. Norton filmed a scene where he plays one of his idols, the late comedian Don Rickles, performing at a night club.
“I love Rickles,” Norton said. “So it was really, really fun to play him. I tried to do it justice. The lines were written, which was easier.”
While shooting his scene, Jim worked with De Niro a second time (the Comedian), a third if you count De Niro appearing in the intro to his last standup special Mouthful of Shame.
“At one point, because De Niro wanted to hear material he hadn’t heard, they said, ‘Mr. De Niro is requesting that you just do your act.’” Norton said. “Because the camera was on him, so he just wanted to see my regular material just so he could laugh at it, so any shots of De Niro, if there’s any of him laughing, it’s at my regular jokes.
“It’s really weird, I was just talking to him and (Joe) Pesci. I mean there was an audience, but I was just looking over at De Niro and Pesci which was kind of surreal. It was great though because afterwards [Pesci] goes, ‘Hey, you were funny, man.’
“He was really cool and Scorsese is a really relaxed guy. I wasn’t nervous around Scorsese because I had met with him already and we had sat in his office and talked. And I wasn’t nervous around De Niro because I had done something with him, so Pesci was like the only one. It was still so much fun to do it with him. I didn’t let myself panic and get too nervous.”
