Okay so while I'm working on the first page of Changes (I need water for the paints), I went ahead and sketched out some of the plush plans I have for both this Autumn (Moppet Stitch) and Next Year (The Eeveelutions Series :3). Now with Moppet Stitch, I've always enjoyed Monster High since I'm really huge on horror and I love monsters. Downside, a lot of the crafts involving them are pretty much not safe where I live (I got no ventilation space and I risk harming the Boxers if I were to try.) So my solution, sew a fan character for Monster High based on haunted toys and of course my favorite, the extinct Thylacine! Moppet will be saved for the Halloween season since she has the right colorations for it and because Halloween is the best season ever.

Moving on, as my cool down between chapters, I'll be doing the Eeveelutions as plush dolls next year starting with the ever horrific looking Tailypo the Umbreon. The main pattern for the eight eeveelutions will be the Cabbit Golem pattern since it looks and functions pretty well. The only one that won't be getting that will be our Eevee, Wishbone. Due to the limited space, I will only be able to keep Maibaum and one other, so the others will first be offered up to close friends as gifts before being allowed for trade with the left overs Eeveelutions. I'm seriously considering keeping Momiji as that one is an autumn themed little one, but I wanna see how the others turn out first before considering Momiji as my number two for Maibaum. I'll be doing colored card pieces soon too for a better reference that'll come along with them once the series is completed and homes have been sorted out.

Squirmeon (Bug/Ground)

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. Eevee who spend much of their time underground, searching for bugs and earth to eat, may evolve into the Bug/Ground-type Squirmeon. Excellent diggers and burrowers, these Eeveelutions travel where ever soil is moist and laden in minerals. When they move on to a new area, they leave behind enriched soil and a labrinth of tunnels that other Pokemon like to inhabit. Squirmeon spend the majority of their time underground, resulting in poor eyesight; however, their highly sensitive skin detects even the slightest ground vibrations, enabling them to navigate without issue. To stay healthy, they must keep their skin's thin film moist; if it dries out, they become unwell and must burrow back into the earth. Their diet consists mostly of soil and decayed vegetation. They will store nutrients and minerals in the rubbery sections of their tail and body, which they can draw upon in times of need. Though these easygoing Pokémon make excellent companions, Squirmeon are hard to find due to their underground lifestyle. Trainers who aim to evolve their Eevee into this Bug/Ground-type must encourage their Eevee to dig and consume mineral-rich soil.

A new batch of eeveelutions to complete the eeveelution bookmark series~

I was non-stop listening to the PMD: Explorers of Sky OST throughout the process of these. I miss PMD..

Sketching on ClipStudio and moved on to painting in PS, even though I am pretty sure the batch I did last year was entirely on CSP. These took more time to draw as I forgot about the main purpose which was to colour "simply" (which I would have avoided if I took 5 minutes to look at the previous ones). I failed both assignments this time but at least I had a good time~

I found Rikoula's shiny-eevee artwork I mentioned in the other post!!

I don't know if it is because my poor laptop has little space or because of the file transferring between csp/ps but when the layers were within a folder, the file would "break"? it was weird and more visible in the leafeon timelapse. Gladly, no files were lost, but I did get concerned..

While on the timelapse music-hunt I came across this amazing sootopolis cover and I am obsessed!! You have to listen to it too!

Bonus: Chris told me Glaceon is very Oshi no Ko like and I can't get my mind off of that. Glaceon was always meant to be an idol!!

What would you say is the saddest surrendering of a Pokémon you’ve ever seen in terms of trainer and Pokémon reaction?

usually the evolution-based surrenders are the hardest. it's really sad when a pokemon and trainer that have formed a long-term bond have to part ways because of a (often preventable) natural process.

one that was really hard was a guy who had done tons of research and was super prepared and excited to evolve his eevee into a sylveon...only to become horrifically allergic to his pokemon when it evolved. he was heartbroken, and the poor sylveon just howled and cried for days after getting dropped off. thankfully we were able to get him in touch with his sylveon's new adopter, and they promised to send him pictures and updates.

So, i’ve got a rather urgent question. I was out riding my motorbike and when I stopped to take some pictures I found a tiny Eevee, couldn’t be more than a few hours old. No mother in sight, poor thing probably got hit by a car (sadly common on that road). What do I do?

Immediatly take it to a pokecentre. If it isnt moving well, and you suspect spinal injury, i would advise using a pokeball to catch it, do not let it out after that, and get it to a medical professional. Its not ideal, i am not an advocate for catching pokemon willy-nilly, but if its critically injured it is a good way to move the pokemon without actually moving it at all. Ideally try to calm it down, if it is aggressive, keep your distance, an injured poekmon, even young ones, can lash out with surprising strength. We see a lot of people getting bitten and scratched trying to help so apply caution.
