Hey, everyone! Sorry I haven’t been very active these past few days, but I have a special announcement to make!

I’m sure by now some of you may have noticed the Sugar Rush daughter i posted last week, and now I am glad to announce that @basicallyxneptune and I have a blog specifically for our RWBabies and their AU (along with our RWBY Swap AU) over at @basically-rainbow-aus.

What’s up with Goodwitch, Port, and Oobleck in the Reverse AU?

Ooh, you’re lucky I started thinking about this only a small while ago.

Now, this may be a stretch, but Goodwitch is swapped with Junior while Port and Oobleck are swapped with Miltia and Melanie Malachite.

Glynda Goodwitch - Glynda is a woman who can make your wishes come true. Blessed with power and a certain intelligence and authority, she commands a great network of people. She is organised and in control of her situation and depending on the price, she’ll help you out. She doesn’t have much patience with certain people but as long as she has profit and more influence by the end, she’ll put up with it.She runs a ‘club’ where people can seek out her and her network (however, it’s more of a classy organisation than a nightclub like Junior’s).

Dr. Bartholomew Oobleck - Oobleck is a fascinated, hyperactive person with a love of coffee. He’s proud of knowing (and sharing) information, which is one reason he likes Port so much. He joined the club security with him but also with an interest in seeing the type of people who visit Glynda’s club.

Prof. Peter Port - Peter and Bart are in a relationship and constantly chatting in the background of Glynda’s club. They’re there as security/mercenaries. Port is in it for the bragging rights and some side cash. It helps that bar fights make great stories (even if the endings tend not to rely on what actually happens). He runs a side business of information gathering and finding people. He does a lot to get his stories after all. His customers just have to get through quite a bit of excess information to get to the actual information they want.

Thinking about aro and ace rep and fanfiction and pair the spares and I thought I’d... write down my current/off the top of my head RWBY headcanons in the aroace spectrum? To see how I feel about myself and my tendencies.

Aro/Ace Spectrum RWBY Headcanons: Coco is a grey-aro lesbian (either no relationship or Velvet) Ciel is aro-ace (no relationship) Neon is aro but not ace (Casual sex with teammates and/or QPP with Flynt) Scarlet is aro/ace (no relationship) Ren is ace (typically Nora/Jaune/Ren) Harriet is grey-aro (either no relationship or Winter) James is demiromantic, demisexual, and gay (usually Ironqrow) Clover is demiromantic (usually Wishbone) Port is ace (usually Portbleck) Ruby is demiromantic (usually Nuts and Dolts but lots of options) Raven is grey-aro (usually Poly STR) Neptune is grey-ace (usually Seamonkeys)

I think, as a person who runs on the aroace spectrum in both categories (demi-romantic, not talking about the other because it’s my business, and such), I should think more about this. I don’t need to ship everyone and I think it’s important to include more rep in my fics. While I have a very strong tendency toward romance, everyone deserves to be represented. I’m gonna think more on this.
