Perfect end credit scene for The Batman: Batman turning Selina over to Arkham, and guards lead her to a room where Poson Ivy and Harley Quinn are. And Selina gives a knowing smirk and says "the gang's back together again" or something just as zingy, and BOOM, sets up Gotham City Sirens. Especially since they're setting Selina up as an anti-hero rather than just a villain. So she could be a double agent (with the GCS and with Batman) and it'd be perfect.
