#possible ahsoka spoilers

Back to Rosario talking about how Ezra and Ahsoka will have a deeper conection and relationship that will be important to the show, we can all agree that this is most likely a Daughter and Son of Mortis thing right? Everyone can agree on that right? Or at very least they will be parallels to Baylan and Shin

This definitely won't happen but it would be so fucking funny if they arrive at the planet Thrawn and Ezra were stranded on and it turns out that these two are best friends now and Thrawn is completely on Ezra's side. Morgan Elsbeth pleads for Thrawn to return and reignite the Empire and he's just like "those bitches? Fuck em. Ezzie and I started a band, we play Jizz music on Wednesdays. Here's my wallet pictures of us hanging out."

Hey so you think that when Ahsoka reached out to Shin and said “I can help you.” that Shin had a momentary flashback to when Baylan found her and took her in? Yeah me neither

Ahsoka offers Shin a hand, a new start. A chance to start over after a heavy defeat, except that would be betrayal to Baylan. Baylan who was already beytrayed by the clones after his life of service to them as their general during the clone war that lead to the extinction of the Jedi Order, both who he had once blindly but his trust in. Plus Sabine’s betrayal to her master is what got them here in the first place. Going against direct orders for her own gain. Yet here her master is, back from the dead, defending her despite practically endangering her masters mission and the galaxy’s whole future, going rogue making up her own mission, for a /chance/ that an old friend is still alive. /That/ is what interests Shin in the first place. That refusal of black and white thinking, taking risks with huge consequences, Shin never thought was possible, only foolish. A world of possibilities await, yet its dangerous, and she’d be alone or at least without her master, the only one who truly knows her and her strength after all these years. What if something went wrong? She’d end up on her own, in a galaxy far far away with no way to reach back to her master, /if/ he would even take her back. Would all her training be for nothing? Would she no longer have a purpose in this universe? How can Sabine make such a rash decision that could ultimately lead to their destruction, so quickly and with confidence. She sees something she wants, and she goes for it. Doesnt matter who stands in her way. Quickly turning her back as she leaves, Shin can see the desperate urge in Sabines eyes, locked in on her, but this time Ahsoka is there to reign her in. Its too intense a gaze, knowing Sabine will do all in her power to make her own path come true. But this time, Shin knowns, this time Sabine is coming for her, and to make it even worse, she isn’t coming for just a fight and wont take no for an answer.

Ezra really pulled an Obi-Wan living on the exact same planet as his enemy by constantly moving just far enough away to never run into them.

The Bad Batch season 3 has been interesting thus far. I really liked episodes 1-7 and I've nothing particularly bad to say about any of those episodes. But honestly episode 8, and after today, episode 9, it's once again gotten to be a bit of a pain to get through. Maybe I'm just too much of a Crosshair guy, idk. Today's episode especially irked me but last time I discussed the topics it delves into I got some pissy people in my notes and I'd rather avoid that this time around.

I stayed up late to watch the Ahsoka finale; so bear in mind that sleep deprivation may be affecting my analysis. But my thought after watching it:
Shut it down. Fire everybody involved. On future projects too. Give it to Charles Soule and the comic book team, because my God they seem to be the only people working on Star Wars who know what a plot and fucking character arc is supposed to look like

uh idk post ep8 baylan and shin drabble idk I’ve been crying 🤠🤠
Shin sat alone at the fire. The bandits she’d made good company with went to sleep hours ago. Shin stayed, intently watching the darkness over Peridea.
“Little one? I’m not here to harm you.”
She drew her saber off her belt, turning it over in her hand.
“This is a padawan braid. It’s an old Jedi tradition used to show one’s rank.”
She gripped the hilt tightly, rubbing her thumb over the iron.
“They hurt you.”
“Is that why…”
“Don’t look, Shin. We need to fix you up.”
She ignited her saber, closely watching the orange glow in front of her and how it illuminated the dead grass.
“As long as you’re safe.”
She pulled at the braid over her right shoulder, passing and twirling it between her fingers.
“Will you ever leave?”
“Shin-“
“Will you?”
“Absolutely not. It’s never once crossed my mind.”
She pulled her loose hair out of the way and brought her saber up, cutting the braid off as high as she could.
“One parting lesson, Shin…”
He left her—no connection to her any longer.
She’d leave her last connection to him behind, too.

Before I eat more of my spicy wings, I THINK....
Baylan is Too Far Gone, and Shin rightfully is having Doubts. Maybe. It seems like she's actually been given pause by events that are going down, I'm-
