Today’s lunch; After watching the Food Network and seeing an egg salad sandwich, made me want one! Here is my healthy version - egg salad - salad! My traditional egg salad is made with the following; 6 hard boiled eggs Chopped and diced; celery, tomatoes and onions with sweet pickle relish, spicy mustard and mayo or Greek yogurt! Then I put together a salad (Kit) kale and cabbage (without the dressing and topping packs that are included) and just mixed in my egg mixture and topped with beets! Got my protein, healthy fats, and veggies with the extra carbs from putting it on bread! Funniest testimony I’ve seen yet ! LOL...🤩💎 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂💥 “ Don’t judge me..... " So this morning I got up at 4am so I could head off to my work site and get on the job site. Stumbling around in the dark, I found my clothes, wallet, and keys. Mixed my little pink drink and headed out the door. When I got to work I went right to checking my equipment on the rig, noticed a couple of guys laughing (felt like I walked into an inside joke) but said good morning and went into the trailer to finish some things. So at 5am I headed over to give the company man his report and we chatted for a bit. On the way out I could feel him staring at me?. It was then that he said .. “Nice jeans...” At that moment I realized that in the dark I’d grabbed and put on my wife’s old jeans! I’d been walking around the rig and job site with bling on my booty! And I was stuck wearing them all day because I didn’t have a spare pair in my truck. So.. thanks Plexus .. I guess.. I just wanted to share this real quick because the question is often asked: Is Plexus just for women? The answer: Definitely not! This is just one example of our friend Nate.
