Slowly but surely, Christmas draws near 🎄 So I searched for this interview, where Richard shares a Christmas tradition his family and friends practice regarding Christmas presents:

"We play a little game, which is basically everyone buys a gift for, let's say, 100€. So, the gift comes under the Christmas tree, then you dice. When you get a 6, you can choose one gift. So somebody gives you the gift, but you can't touch it. Everyone gets a gift, then everyone opens the gift, so all of the sudden, everyone sees the [different] gift[s], and then [after] 10 minutes, you can dice again. And if you get another 6, you can actually choose and exchange the gift. It's really exciting. So every has fun, there's a lot of nice gifts and you only have to buy one gift." 🎁🎲🎄

やっとプラハ市街地に来ました

I visited Prague 🇨🇿 and brought my detective Suk plush to all the MONSTER locations…

Red Rose 🥀 mansion (Břevnov Monastery) The infamous mansion is allegedly inspired by Břevnov Monastery which is around a 30 min tram ride from old town Prague.

The Old Town Square cafe where Grimmer and Suk sat down at. They’re living pretty lavishly for a broke rookie cop and a fleeing suspect 💀☕️

Týnský chrám and Jan Hus monument

The tram next to the Palladium shopping center

Three Frogs (Tří Pštrosú / Three Ostriches) The restaurant / hotel that allegedly inspired the Three Frogs bar. They used to have a sign just like the one in the anime but it’s gone now 😞. The hotel is right next to Charles Bridge, which is also consistent with what Johan told Suk.

Karlův most (Charles Bridge) It was super crowded when I went so I was not able to get the exact angle

Finally, the central Prague police department, where Suk worked and was shouted at for fumbling his words in front of the press.

I might share more pics I took in Prague later but this is all I have for Monster locations 😮‍💨👍 took me a while to compile.
