Yeah I have this habit of squirreling extra money away and going "this is for x specific thing because it's on preorder on a site that doesn't take the money immediately so I'm going to wait until it's really on sale first" and then forgetting about the thing. Or forgetting about the money, so it gets put to the side multiple times over the waiting period.

So sometimes I end up with more money than I think I will and can knock extra things off the to-buy list

i really wish i knew more about qsmp but i dont have energy to put into shit anymore im hoping that when my cpap machine gets here i’ll be sleeping better and have more energy to put into my interests but i genuinely feel so fucjing awful bcyz the characters from qsmp all seem so so lovely and interesting and i do know bits and pieces of atuff from what i see on my dash and the little i get from the few streams i do watch but i dont know enough to feel like im a real fan and it just makes me feel bad because qsmp is such a cool project and everyone involved seems so worth watching.

my surprise at switch 2 sales is less of a. wow im disappointed everyone online agreed it was dumb but turned around and bought oneanyways (disregarding normal people who are just gonna purchase whatever). but more like. i thought we didnt have disposable income like that rn. everything is expensive as hell. its the preprder console price plus games plus subscription services and people normal people are like oh ive definitely gotta get on that asap. really? how is it so hard to organize against buying of things when theres such steep prices for so little. it would seem natural to me for normies to just be like. yeouch thats a steep starting price. ill just wait awhile to purchase.

got dan heng imbibitor lunae cosplay boots so I can cosplay him for a con next year and even though I measured my feet and got the size based on their chart, they're still lie 5 sizes too big????? i'm so confused. there's literally 2.5 inches of space between my toes and the top of the boot and the calf part fits both my legs in it lmao. it's also kinda poorly made and the inside seems to he falling apart??? they missed some details and the colors are all wrong. I have to rework the entire boot basically. adding some detail and trying to repaint some parts.

I put velcro where the zipper is to make it tighter. I also shoved heel inserts into the toes to make it smaller inside and it's super uncomfortable and still falls off when I walk but it's a little better. they added better quality boots to the preprder cosplay after I already ordered these. ones that are the right color and right details. but I can't return the ones i got because shipping costs to return would cost more than the refund i'd get. they don't refund shipping. only the product. so returning would cost more than buying a second pair of boots but then i'm stuck with these and doubt they'd resell. sighs.

I hope the cosplay fits decently at least. I went off the size chart for gorou and cyno last year and they were both WAY TOO BIG and I had to do crazy customization to get them to be halfway decent...so I went smaller this time. everyone says asian sizes are too small! go bigger! but that doesn't seem true lmao. I didn't go bigger. I went the size the chart suggested and it's way too big. how's everyone getting a size bigger than suggested and saying it's still way too small???? you all must be bad at measuring or something lmao. maybe i'm bad at it too and that's why it's too big
