What is meant by Principles of management?
The "Principles of Management" refer to fundamental guidelines and fundamental truths that guide managerial decision-making and actions within an organization. These principles provide a framework for effective management practices and are often considered as the foundation for successful organizational management. The principles of management have evolved over time and have been articulated by various management theorists.
One of the earliest and most influential sets of principles was developed by Henri Fayol, a French industrialist and management theorist. Fayol's 14 Principles of Management, proposed in the early 20th century, are widely recognized and include concepts such as unity of command, division of work, unity of direction, and others.
Here are a few key principles of management, drawing from various management theories:

hi Dr Devon, do you have any books/articles/etc to recommend for someone who wants to learn high school classroom management skills, with some general regard for disability accommodation?
I recommend reading unschooling approaches and Pedagogy of the Oppressed and rethinking the goal of classroom management / compliance altogether!

I do think that w the advent of skateboarding at the Olympics we can now have a fully canonical bat family heist AU where Dick drags the US men's gymnastics team to all around silver, Jason snaps the East Asian streak of gold medals in shooting, Damian manages to qualify as a fencer despite being too young for it, and Tim, yes, does some cool tricks on his skateboard-- all while they try to defuse a serious Kryptonite poisoning scheme by Luthor and also try to keep from making headlines in their respective (relatively unpopular) sports.

It’s so funny because Martha is like “this is so frustrating! I think he likes me but it seems he’s hung up on his old gf named rose! I hope he gets over her soon so we can be together” thinking he’s just coming out of a normal but meaningful relationship and meanwhile as the typical upbeat shenanigans are going on, David Tennant’s performance has altered so profoundly post-rose you feel like you’re watching a different show underneath the actual show. once an episode he just looks into the distance thinking about her and wishing for a slow death…

I drew this explanation post for why I was completely inactive for a week, but then felt too anxious and drained to post it, and subsequently disappeared for a second week
Two main blog drawings and one side blog wip later, I remembered I made this and still think it's funny, so even though I stopped being dead (TM) I still wanted to share lol

^^^old, but I'm still taking it easy so posts on both this blog and my alt will continue to be scattered for now
#so for those of you that don't know; i have moderate combined scoliosis#my entire back is always at least a little strained so i have to really watch my physical activity#but i live in Tennessee where we have the lowest federally allowed minimum wage#so in order to pay for college i have to work in a package distribution company because it's the only place that pays well/has a scholarshi#I'm in the small package dept thankfully (bc spine)#but for the last three months one specific manager kept sending me out to a different area with the heaviest packages in the building#when i first disappeared it was because i was having trouble walking and using stairs lmao#I complained to that manager and it seems I'll be in smalls again for the foreseeable future; so I've had time to recover and am better :D#every day i didn't post after that was due to anxiety and a low social battery BUT I'm getting slightly better on that front too#i have been *very* aware of my spine lately though#the last time I got an xray was ten years ago and i wonder if it's changed since then... not that i can afford a new xray lol#also can i just take a space to complain about the US not using the metric system#so many packages have kilograms ONLY and i have NO frame of reference for that since we don't use kilograms anywhere else#''ooh wow 70 is a big number but surely it can't be that baD- HOLY SHIT THAT'S 154 POUNDS'' <- me all the time#at this point I myself will just switch to metric and make life harder for both myself and life around me out of principle

...Very curious why a cameo from Ben and Mal was reduced to exclusive edition only for Beyond the Isle of The Lost, because pretty sure without the actor's coming back for Rise of Red, any chances to confirm what the OGs are doing should be taken, but like, I have zero clue if this is just expanding on a loose mention of them in the book or not as I don't have the book so like...

i am a sucker for immortals too!! so!! i wanna read some! <3
im still not quite sure what angle im goin with this one, but there's a lil scene. same au as this
"I'm sure you know what today is", Steve said pointedly.
Eddie pursed his lips while looking at their very full calendar. It seemed like 'today' was always something just by looking at it. But the actual today had a heart and a flag. Many of their special days were denoted with hearts but Eddie was drawing a blank at what the flag meant.
Steve decided to throw him a bone. "It's been ten years..."
"Oh!", Eddie clapped his hands. "Since we successfully dodged the draft!"
"Happy draft dodge-versary", Steve said, grabbing Eddie by the belt loops and pulling him in for a kiss.
"It's kind of a shame though. I could've sent you a pinup again."
"Darling, even in the 40's people were giving that picture a side eye. I wouldn't mind another though."
Send me a WIP and I'll post a snippet!

The image of those golden eyes burned into Espio’s mind, that defeated, exhausted gaze resting on him through the small barred window.
Decided to do some Black and White (with bonus colors so not really but I don’t know how else to call it) for that slow burn romance fic I’m hoping to post the first chapter somewhere this month! I have to have ten chapters written with first editing done before starting the process of posting the first, but I’m almost at the end of the eighth chapter so I think it’s a manageable objective.
Perfectionism makes it hard, but I can’t wait to share this for realsies <3

I'm enjoying reading the dilbert principle partly bc it's surprisingly both funny and kind of relevant for a book written by a middle-aged white man in the '90s and partly bc I get to go hehe. I'm reading a book about business management. for FUN, no less. hahahahaha (it's comedy/satire and it's written by a cartoonist who was never in business management)
