counting this one as done! it just needs to be blocked and to have buttons added which i'll do this week. this could've been done way earlier in the month but i kept putting off finishing the second sleeve cuff.

cosine ripple baby blanket by sam godden

yarn: caron skinny cakes in frosted mint

whipped this up for a coworker who's due in august so that i have plenty of time to get it to her before baby arrives. the pattern was really simple and i think it turned out quite cute!

celeste sweater by petiteknit

yarn: knit picks palette in bittersweet heather* (mc), lion brand wool-ease in linen & oatmeal, knit picks wool of the andes worsted in haze heather, loops & threads woolike in sage*

still plugging away here. still deciding on if i want to do a split hem but leaning towards yes. also thinking i'll probably fold down the collar - i don't think the mock neck suits me.

GUYS IT FINALLY HAPPENED - I LASER CUT OUT MEHRAK’S FRONT SIDE ‼️‼️‼️

(Please ignore my sloppy laying of the cardboard, istg it looks better when fully aligned but I kept bumping it lmao)

I laser cut pretty much everything except for the middle pieces bc I just high key got sick of waiting for the machine 💀 I will print the right size pieces soon lol.

I am debating making a backside but I think I will make sides for her, however, those would have to be finished next week bc I go back to school after that so I won’t have access to the laser cutter anymore. Hopefully, I kick into high gear and get it done but we’ll see if it happens lol.

Even if I don’t get sides, I will paint this soon-ish and hot glue everything into place!

using the pattern as a base but i'm knitting it off gauge and between sizes so. champagne-ish. i'm affectionately referring to this as my niall cardigan bc the goal is to wear it when i go see the show live on tour this summer. the colour is not my usual vibe but it fit my ✨️vision✨️ for tour.

this one is on timeout bc i'm not certain i'm in love with how the texture looks in this single ply but this yarn was originally being used for a different sweater that i ended up frogging and i really just didn't want it hanging around anymore. just need a break from it to make a decision.

2x2 ribbed hat

yarn: craft smart neon acrylic in neon pink

current desk project in the most obnoxious colour i've ever knit with. not following a pattern for this one, just cast on 96 stitches and am going to knit 2x2 rib until i get to whatever length feels right and then figure out the decreases at that point.
