Charles Leclerc... he can race on the razor edge of perfection, he can go wheel-to-wheel against the very best at 300+ kph, he can win a grand prix with the throttle stuck at 30%, he can overtake on the outside of Copse, but he definitely cannot park a fucking car to save his life. 🫣

HE WOULD!!!!! also it would be VERY funny if the anti-witch-seduction (AWS) training had the exact same vibes as those free speech training things they make you do in university where you watch a bunch of bad acting videos and answer very easy questions that have very obvious correct answers if youre not a monster

lime having to sit there watching another video of someone dressed as a fake witch and then taking a multiple choice quiz thats like "You see a witch trying to bribe you with her body, do you A) bring her in anyway, or B) give in?" and hes like "Boy oh boy i wonder what the right answer is"

or its one of those cringey corporate team meeting vibes where everyone sits down in a big room and the manager goes "okay im not naming names but REMEMBER IN THE HANDBOOK how it says we're not supposed to sleep with witches?? yeah?? that was in the handbook guys. please read it again if you need to. this is not team player behavior"

#and EVERYONE is zoning out and mad at whoever got caught #as a psa lime is never the reason why these meetings get called #hes sneaky and smart about mochi #its some other idiot asshole having a love affair with the badger witch in the mountain region or some bullshit #the m34th is largely a very awesome and very cool and serious organization #but i need to throw in the dumb moments like this because i think its very funny #90% of the time they leave you alone with your missions and just ask that you report in and do your paperwork every now and again #and then theres the bureaucracy of government training programs hidden in the bowels of the org

Okay I know this would have been nightmarish to draw for the artists (or maybe not, given that they kept changing her design throughout updates).

But., since Dot has two different main designs (the latter of which some people barely recognise as her) I think she should've worn the femme design in public and her older one for EPF stuff. It would've suited her character as the Disguise Gal so well and provided so many opportunities for them to make meta jokes about how penguins can literally change into whatever outfit within like 2 minutes in-game.

He got a haircut recently but his mohawk is as stubborn as his personality.#Also a very rare moment of introspection from vince here. he's sorting things out. just a PSA here though I doubt I will ever make him date #Way too many things going on with him to consider a relationship of all things. He can have friends and family though :3 #Amon has a few other forms. I was considering doing this sooner but now I'm extra happy with the idea #Why does he only have three? why only apex predators? that's some lore I'll divulge at a different time #He uses his croccy form most- including when he's humanoid because it's most convenient. No shedding and lots more defense #he can tank bullets and quickly get down to business too. not to mention his croc-form dulled his emotions when it came to his old work #even when he looks 'human' he is always in one of those three forms. He also dislikes getting fur in his clothing.#Adra has a similar influence from these powers but doesn't have any shifting. More like little characteristics #Vincent usually covers Amon's lack of speed and evasiveness while Amon covers Vincent's lack of defense and (comparative) strength.#They bounce off of each other's vibes way too well sometimes but can get the job done in a chaotic but efficient way. Sera buddies them up #She sometimes carries missions with Amon because of his previous experience and range of powers for certain missions.#vincent doesn't like taking orders from Ser specifically but has surprisingly learned the concept of restraint and polity from amon.#ARK_SYSTEMA

Ok like i know the whole no metas in Gotham thing is a lot more nuanced than most fans take it BUT I kinda like fanon interpretation here just bc I want Duke to have a network of metas connected in Gotham

Edit: I always make the full post in the tags but honestly it derailed so much that I think my point isn’t even necessarily entirely abt Duke and metas but basically I like Duke and everyone else does by default now. If y’all won’t woobify him the way I want I’ll do it myself

#like #imo I think it’s funny if Gotham citizens took the idea of no metas in Gotham way too literally #to the point of ostracization #funny was not the right word there but im not going back so anyways I meant interesting #and Duke himself doesn’t rlly give a fuck #he discovered his powers post the whole Batman thing and he personally knows that the way Bruce sees it is not the way the average gothamite #-sees it but he also knows that Batman doesn’t do much to actively dissuade them but he also knows PSAs are not how barman operates and that #-if he brought it to Bruce’s attention brucie wayne would have a lot to say on it in a way that Batman couldn’t but also also #-ppl OUTSIDE of Gotham and even withing Gotham use the meta thing to their advantage and it’d be a shitstorm so he needs to wait and plan #which sucks.#anyways this is all to say that Duke is friends with literally everyone in a way that other members of the batfam can’t be due to #the intersections of his identity. take that as you will.#and honestly if we wanna go an X-men type route #metas that ARENT heroes are treated a lot worse even if they’re not villains but they know they can trust the signal #Duke as the signal not limited to gothams bat signal but as a signal to everyone that there’s someone in their corner #remember that post that was like canon Duke is who everyone wants fanon dick to be #Duke is actually friends with everyone everywhere ever that’s just his charisma #dick doesn’t wanna be Batman but part of him does do that paranoid hiding info seeking info mission above all else kinda thing #I don’t think Duke would do that #I feel like Duke WOULD put community first and if he had a team I think he’d be the type to trust them with the info he knows #like y’all know the whole Kaldur thing in YJ? to anon (and also anyone else currently keeping up w my fics), i am once again so so so sorry for how long it’s taking to put out new content. im running a fever as i type this and will be getting my other wisdom tooth out tmw so i’ll be in a lot of pain for a few days. i will be writing a little during that time but idk for sure if i’ll 100% finish anything. thank you for being so patient ily : ‘)

update: i apparently had a mild case of heat exhaustion and was running a fever again this morning so i didn’t go to the orthodontist. that will happen on friday!
